A WORLDWIDE ANTI-IMPERIALIST PLATFORM.

The topic is “Prospects for the anti-imperialist struggle of Latin America and the Bolivarian Republic in cooperation with the world revolutionary process in general, Russia and the b. republics of the Soviet Union in particular.
DEAR COMRADES, MEMBERS OF THE WORLD ANTI-IMPERIALIST PLATFORM! A brotherly communist greeting to all of you from sunny Kyrgyzstan! It seems to be very far from there! But having decided to come to you on the other continent of our planet, you realize how united our mankind is! How close we are to each other, and no distances play no role for all of us! Thank you very much to the organizers of this extraordinary meeting in the land of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela!
I want to express our gratitude to the people of Venezuela, its revolutionary leaders: the courageous, bright, strong person Hugo Chavez and his successor Nicol?s Maduro! During the years of the domination of liberal ideology in the world, Hugo Chavez turned the development of Venezuela to the socialist path of development! He won the presidential elections in 1998, relying on the Movement of the Fifth Republic, which he created in 1997. Hugo Chavez set the objectives of constitutional reform, where the working masses would be involved in the governance of the state, the purge of corruption, the creation of a socially just society. It is important to note that after the Constitution proposed by Hugo Chavez in 1999, it was decided that 300 thousand indigenous people of the country, the INDIAN people, have the right to their traditional land! In 2009, the leader of the now UNITED SOCIALIST PARTY and having obtained the approval of 54, 68% of citizens in a referendum on the amendments made, Hugo Chavez announced that he would begin to
the construction of the THIRD phase of the Bolivarian revolution, which will last until 2019. The plan to eliminate illiteracy occupied a very important place in his plans! Communist Cuba has a great deal of support in this matter! It has long had a system of free education, medicine, by the way, one of the best medicine in the world! The Venezuelans had someone to look up to!
We cannot help but mention the Heroic Cuban Revolution under the leadership of the legendary, unusually charismatic and very strong-willed, courageous leader FIDEL CASTRO, his comrades in the revolutionary struggle Ernesto Che Guevara and others! They won and established the first socialist country in Latin America, the Communist Party of Cuba! We see how in all our anti-imperialist struggles the ROLE OF PEOPLE IN HISTORY plays an enormous role! If Hugo Ch?vez, in the Era of the DESTROYMENT of liberal ideology, began to build a socialist Venezuela, Fidel Castro, in the collapse of the Soviet Union, did not destroy socialism in Cuba! He stood up, he withstood, he defended his socialist way of development! He did not betray, did not give in, showed his high conviction that he was on the right path, did not turn to the path of criminal capitalism! Thus, it often turns out that not only the quantity and volume of the country plays a major role, but the QUALITY OF THE COUNTRY, the PERSONAL QUALITIES of the leaders, their world-view convictions! We must always take this into account when selecting personnel.
Look at the leaders of decaying capitalism! What are they doing to their states, their peoples? What are traitors like Zelensky, Poroshenko doing, what have Gorbachev, Yeltsin, Chubais done? Today, human society, after a long CONTREVOLUTIONARY DEATH, especially the territory of the Soviet Union, has come to resent what the West is doing to us? This is no way to go on living in a state of occupation from the West! Workers create everything, and the results of their labor escape to the West, salaries like: “Live until you die” On the territories of many states are built extremely dangerous bacteriological laboratories of NATO on especially secret conditions! Many leaders of states are very calm about these biological laboratories, perhaps not even knowing deeply the essence of all the danger of these problems!
Warning! They can kill the entire population, and people don’t even know about the dangers that await them! Real leaders must be trained, to implement an anti-imperialist platform throughout our Planet! If we don’t build SOCIALISM UNIVERSITY, HUMANITY WILL simply DIE FROM HIS DISCUSSION! We have come to a line beyond which there is an abyss!
Lenin wrote that: “NO CLASS IN HISTORY HAS ACHIEVED DOMINATION UNLESS IT HAS PUT FORWARD ITS POLITICAL CHIEFS, ITS LEADING REPRESENTATIVES CAPABLE OF ORGANIZING A MOVEMENT AND LEADING IT.” (PSS, vol. 4, p. 375) At the same time he noted that a huge mass of revolutionary forces lurks in the working class itself. (The urgent tasks of our movement. PSS. vol. 4, p. 375).
Any revolution will be socialist only when the wealth produced by the working masses belongs to them! But it often turns out that the discontented working class and all the rest of the working masses rise up in a CLASS FIGHT FOR THEIR RIGHTS: economic, social and even political! They desire equality, social justice! They fight against corruption first of all, then they try to legalize their hidden incomes, try to solve social problems, build schools, hospitals, roads, apartments with mortgages! But Kyrgyzstan has had three coups d’?tat in the last 30 years! Each time workers and masses of unemployed people were expecting improvement of life, social justice, equality! People who lived under SOCIALISM conditions each time hoped for it! But it wasn’t! Instead of some bourgeois people there just came OTHER bourgeois people! IN FACT, ALMOST NOTHING HAS CHANGED, BY AND LARGE? WHY? Because OWNERSHIP remained in the hands of the ruling class-exploiters! And the Cuban socialist revolution carried out a massive NATIONALIZATION of the private sector! So Cuba had the opportunity to provide its youth with free education at all levels of education, free of charge the best medicine in the world at the expense of the state budget! Venezuela, too, nationalized its oil industry, which began to work for the working masses!
But that was not the case! The U.S. and the entire West immediately imposed sanctions on both countries! WHY IS THE USA SUCH A BLOODTHIRSTY COUNTRY? Why does it with its power not allow other states to develop freely? It does not give the opportunity to choose any path of development? Especially the U.S. with all its technology does not allow the development of socialist countries, impudently interferes in their internal affairs! We all remember how after the last election of Nicolas Maduro as President, the U.S. brazenly pushed this Juano Guaido to the Presidency! Just in 2019, Venezuela was to host the INTERNATIONAL FORUM OF THE PEOPLE’S MOTION FOR SOCIALISM!
The U.S. tried in various ways to prevent that Forum! But the desires and determination of the masses, of the left, of the communist and workers’ parties cannot be stopped! That is why the World Anti-Imperialist Platform picks up the pace, goes from CONTINENT to CONTINENT! PARIS, BELGRADE, VENEZUELA! IT WILL GO ON AND ON! At the same time, the MILITARY SPECOPERATION of RUSSIA, the RUSSIAN RED ARMY AND THE SEASON’S FLEET for the denazification and demilitarization of Ukraine is going on! I think this special operation has already gone far beyond its objectives! Today it is already at war with all western fascism as in 1941-1945, the imperialist, colonial world! OBJECTIVELY THIS Military Special Operations is becoming a catalyst for socialist revolution throughout the Planet and first and foremost, where the working class is developed, where industry exists! The IMF, for example, still dominates the entire post-Soviet space and does not allow its “recommendations” to restore or build factories and plants! There is a change of power in Kyrgyzstan in 2020! The newly elected President and the SCNS (State Committee for National Security) are trying to change the economic situation in Kyrgyzstan for the benefit of the people! Unfortunately they do not know the theory of Marxism and are led by the chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers soaked in liberal ideology! He certainly does not intend to nationalize anything, to transfer the property into the hands of the workers, to build factories, to create jobs! That’s how we have a two-headed government: one wants for the people, the other for the bourgeoisie with the support of parliament!
The experience of Kyrgyzstan once again confirms the fundamental provisions of the Marxist theory of the NEED for a class approach to solving any problem! Did Lenin talk about choosing one or the other, or both? In the TRANSITION STAGE, of course, there will be both public and private sector in the economy! But all priority spheres, the life-sustaining sectors, must be in the hands of the working people, in the hands of the STATE, especially if it has declared itself a SOCIAL STATE!
It is still possible to drift from one side to the other in the economic sphere due to objective economic circumstances, but there must be clarity and concreteness in the IDEOLOGICAL sphere! YOU CAN’T JUST STAND THERE! PLEASE CUBA, VENEZUELA, NORTH KOREA, VIETNAM, GREAT CHINA IN IDEOLOGY CLEARLY STANDS ON MARXIST POSITIONS! WE BELIEVE THAT SWOOD in Russia will soon make her say openly what ideology she holds! After capitalism and its demise, there is only one ideology of the WORKING masses – the SOCIALIST IDEOLOGY! HUGO CHAVES taught his people the MARXIST IDEOLOGY! THE MANIPHEST OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY was obligatory for all! Think about it, it turns out that Venezuela has the first place in oil reserves! A population of over 30 million! Holding on, no matter how hard it is! Why? Because the course is socialist to build socialism!
The entire world workers’ and communist movement, the WORLD ANTI-IMPERIALIST PLATFORM WITHIN THEIR STATES HAS TO BREAK THE BOLOCADE, ALL SANCTIONS FROM THE COUNTRIES OF THE WEST, first and foremost from the USA! Stop the fascist diktat of the U.S. on all nations of the world! Finally, by joint efforts say to the U.S.: “Enough! IT WILL NOT GO ON LIKE THIS!” USA! NATO! HANDS OFF VENEZUELA! HANDS OFF CUBA! HANDS OFF CDR! HANDS OFF RUSSIA! STOP SUPPLYING WEAPONS TO UKRAINE! DO YOU WANT TO DIE? WATCH OUT! DON’T DROWN IN THE ATLANTIC!? I DO NOT FEEL SORRY FOR THE TOP GUYS! BUT I PITY THE PEOPLE OF THE US!
Lenin wrote in his work “Tasks of the Proletariat in Our Revolution” that “From capitalism mankind can proceed directly only to socialism, i.e., the common ownership of the means of production and the distribution of products as everyone works” (See PSS. vol. 31, pp. 179-180). We all remember perfectly well the principles of socialism, “To each according to his ability, to each according to his labor,” and under communism, “To each according to his ability, to each according to his needs!”
Lenin also wrote in his article “The Great Cause” that “SOCIALISM MAKES A NEW, MUCH HIGHER PRODUCTIVITY OF LABOUR”. (PSS.Vol.39 p.21). The construction of socialism in the Soviet Union and the People’s Republic of China has already proved this in practice!
The theorists of Marxism have repeatedly pointed out that unity of THEORY AND PRACTICE is necessary for the construction of socialism! THEORY WITHOUT PRACTICE IS AN EMPTY FLOWER, AND PRACTICE WITHOUT THEORY IS BLIND! Therefore, there must be a skilful combination of both theory and practice in any undertaking! In the XIX century mankind received in the face of Marxism, the scientific theory of the development of society, the path of transition from capitalism to socialism! Lenin and Stalin had already implemented the theory in life in Russia in the twentieth century! And Fidel Castro and Hugo Chavez in Latin America! That is, the theory of the CONDITIONality of the TRANSITION of CAPITALISM into SOCIALISM is being proved! Today, this system is in its last stage of development! It is agonizing, degenerating! Heavily ill, busy with the dehumanization of all mankind, sick with lies, deceit, provocations, black PR! Capitalism today is morally and politically degraded! That is why it is occupied with the most fantastic lusts: casinos, gambling addiction, drug addiction, pedophilia, adrenochromia! This is the peak of the degradation of the human psyche from individualism and the vices of private property! From the vices of humanity even our Earth, as it turns out, has been spinning faster since 1995 and time is accelerating, and the magma of the earth is burning from within and will soon come out! Our life on Earth is ending! Very few will remain alive! Can we all think about it and take action together?!
So write some geologists, physicists, as if the scientific world! Perhaps this is true! But, in order not to destroy nature, to think us and about it, humanity needs to return self-consciousness! Looking at the rich of this world, it seems that they have lost their self-consciousness in over-consumption, bourgeois interests, in the pursuit of profits, currencies, oil and gas, in thoughts of how to strangle others? Suddenly everyone will fall into the arms of their own projects, like with Islamic extremists and terrorists!
Dear comrades! Let’s wish success in building socialism to legendary and heroic countries like Cuba, Venezuela, their heroic leaders will always be in our hearts and our memory like Fidel Castro, Che Guevara, Hugo Chavez! We are glad that they have worthy successors to their Great Cause, like Raul Castro, Miguel Diaz Canel, Nicolas Maduro and others! Let’s wish them great creative success in building socialism in Latin America! Cuba and Venezuela will be the beacons behind which other countries of this continent will follow! After all, it is no accident that the whole world has gathered here in Venezuela! Let us wish the Communist Party of Cuba, the United Socialist Party of Venezuela and many like-minded people new successes in this Great Path of building socialism in the interests of the working masses of both Latin America and the world!
We believe that both republics will build up ties with Russia, with the b. republics of the Soviet Union, with the East and in general with the communist and workers’ movement around the world! Cuba and Venezuela must become an example for our CENTRAL ASIAN COUNTRIES and in particular for KYRGYZSTAN, showing what it really means to fight for the interests of its working people and what to do with the masses of unemployed! Only a socialist, proletarian state seriously thinks about this and decides! The bourgeois state does not care about the masses of the destitute and unemployed at all, except in words! They will drive thousands of them into slavery in the West and feel like heroes! And they will squeeze out taxes from the working people, and in their struggle for power they will carry out all kinds of sabotage, from which the common people will suffer again! Comrades! The problem of unification of all socialist forces on the planet is very acute!
Now the military special operation of the Russian Red Army in Ukraine plays for the communist forces as a SUBJECTIVE FACTOR OF SOCIALIST REVOLUTION! COMMUNISTS, THE WORKING CLASS, THE WORKING PEOPLE MUST BE READY TO HELP THEM AND DIRECT ALL POLITICAL PROCESSES TOWARDS SOCIALISM! This is what the process is all about, but we must be able to channel everything into socialist processes on the principles of SOCIALIST PROFESSIONALIST INTERNATIONALISM! BURJUASIA is trying to push us against each other on language squabbles, ethnic conflicts and mistrust! To unite us along ethnic lines, not along class lines!
“Bourgeois nationalism and proletarian internationalism are two irreconcilably – hostile slogans corresponding to the two great class camps of the entire capitalist world and expressing two policies in the national question.” (V.I. Lenin. Critical Notes on the National Question. PSS.Vol.24, p.123).
Lenin was like a Great Forecaster! Today the entire pro-American Soros propaganda, in order to tear all post-Soviet republics away from Russia, is built on this methodology! Parliaments discuss the problems of days and events long past, they constantly update the names of towns, villages, districts, they stir up language problems such as what a bad Soviet government was, that the indigenous language almost disappeared, when already in the regions, especially young people have little understanding of Russian, not to mention speaking and writing! The WEST WANTS to inflate and create an atmosphere of RUSOPHOBIA this time and play with people’s minds! Communists must fight this evil – nationalism! Ahead is a great work for the revolutionary transformation of dying capitalism – imperialism into a future bright, just, dignified SOCIALISM, the RESURRECTION OF THE SOVIET UNION! PROLETARIANS AND WORKERS ALL OVER THE WORLD UNITE!

¡Queridos camaradas, miembros de la Plataforma Mundial Antiimperialista! Un fraternal saludo comunista a todos desde el soleado Kirguistán. ¡Parece que estamos muy lejos de allí! Pero al haber decidido venir a veros al otro continente de nuestro planeta, ¡uno se da cuenta de lo unida en que está nuestra humanidad! ¡Qué cerca estamos los unos de los otros, y las distancias no juegan ningún papel para todos nosotros! ¡Muchas gracias a los organizadores de este extraordinario encuentro en la tierra de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela!
Quiero expresar nuestra gratitud al pueblo de Venezuela, a sus líderes revolucionarios: ¡la personalidad valiente, brillante y fuerte de Hugo Chávez y su sucesor Nicolás Maduro! ¡No podemos dejar de mencionar la Heroica Revolución Cubana bajo el liderazgo del legendario, inusualmente carismático y de gran fuerza de voluntad, valiente líder Fidel Castro, sus compañeros en la lucha revolucionaria Ernesto Che Guevara y otros! Ganaron y establecieron el primer país socialista de América Latina, ¡el Partido Comunista de Cuba! Vemos cómo, en toda nuestra lucha antiimperialista, ¡el papel del individuo en la historia es de gran importancia! Si Hugo Chávez, en una época de ideología liberal rampante, comenzó a construir una Venezuela socialista, Fidel Castro, durante el colapso de la Unión Soviética, ¡no destruyó el socialismo en Cuba! Prevaleció, resistió, defendió su vía socialista de desarrollo. No traicionó, no cedió, mostró su alta convicción de que estaba en el camino correcto, ¡no se desvió hacia el camino del capitalismo criminal! Por lo tanto, no sólo la cantidad y el volumen del país a menudo juegan un papel importante, sino también la calidad del país, la esencia de las cualidades personales de los líderes, ¡sus creencias de visión del mundo! Por lo tanto, aún hoy, el papel de las personalidades, de los líderes en esta lucha, es muy importante para la Plataforma Antiimperialista Mundial.
2) La segunda cuestión más importante de nuestra lucha antiimperialista es la cuestión de la propiedad.
¿En manos de quién están los medios de producción? ¡Cualquier revolución sólo será socialista cuando la riqueza producida por las masas trabajadoras les pertenezca! Pero a menudo resulta que la clase obrera descontenta y el resto de las masas trabajadoras se levantan en una LUCHA DE CLASES POR SUS DERECHOS: ¡económicos, sociales e incluso políticos! Desean la igualdad, la justicia social. Por regla general, las nuevas autoridades luchan en primer lugar contra la corrupción, luego intentan legalizar los ingresos ocultos, intentan resolver los problemas sociales, construir escuelas, hospitales, carreteras, ¡pisos con hipotecas! En los últimos 30 años ha habido 3 golpes de estado en Kirguistán. Cada vez, los trabajadores y las masas de desempleados esperaban una mejora de vida, justicia social e igualdad. La gente que vivía bajo el socialismo lo esperaba cada vez. Pero no fue así. Simplemente en lugar de una burguesía vino otra burguesía. De hecho, no ha cambiado mucho, en general? ¿Por qué? ¡Porque la PROPIEDAD siguió en manos de los explotadores de la clase dominante! ¡Y la revolución socialista cubana tuvo una nacionalización masiva del sector privado! Así que Cuba tuvo la oportunidad de proporcionar a su juventud, a expensas del presupuesto estatal, educación gratuita en todos los niveles de formación, ¡la mejor medicina del mundo de forma gratuita! También Venezuela nacionalizó su industria petrolera, ¡que empezó a trabajar para las masas trabajadoras!
¡No se puede detener el deseo y la determinación de las masas populares, de la izquierda, de los partidos comunistas y obreros! Por eso la Plataforma Mundial Antiimperialista acelera el paso, ¡va de continente en continente! París, Belgrado, Venezuela. ¡Irá aún más lejos! Al mismo tiempo, ¡la operación militar especial de Rusia, el Ejército Rojo Ruso y la Armada para desnazificar y desmilitarizar Ucrania está en marcha! ¡Parece que esta operación especial ya ha ido mucho más allá de sus objetivos! Hoy ya está en guerra con todo el fascismo occidental, como en 1941-1945, ¡el mundo imperialista y colonial! OBJETIVAMENTE ESTA OPERACIÓN ESPECIAL MILITAR se está convirtiendo en un catalizador de la revolución socialista en todo el Planeta y ante todo, ¡donde se desarrolla la clase obrera, donde hay industria! ¡El FMI, por ejemplo, sigue dominando todo el espacio postsoviético y no permite con sus “recomendaciones” restaurar o construir fábricas y plantas! ¡Hubo un cambio de poder en Kirguistán en 2020! ¡El recién elegido Presidente y el SCNS (Comité Estatal para la Seguridad Nacional) están tratando de cambiar la situación económica en Kirguistán en beneficio del pueblo! Así, la mina de oro de Kumtor fue entregada a una empresa canadiense donde burgueses canadienses y kirguises hicieron dinero en contra de los intereses del pueblo. La introducción de la institución del Kurultai Popular, el control del pueblo a nivel constitucional sobre todas las ramas del poder, es muy nueva e importante para el pueblo trabajador.
¡La experiencia de Kirguistán confirma una vez más las disposiciones fundamentales de la teoría marxista de la necesidad de un enfoque de clase para resolver cualquier cuestión! En la etapa de transición, por supuesto, ¡habrá tanto sector público como privado en la economía! Pero todas las esferas prioritarias, los sectores que sostienen la vida deben estar en manos de los trabajadores, en manos del Estado, ¡sobre todo si se declara Estado social!
3) La tercera cuestión más importante es la cuestión ideológica. ¡Aquí no se puede estar como en tierra desconocida! Cuba, Venezuela, Corea del Norte, Vietnam, ¡la gran China se sitúan claramente en posiciones marxistas en ideología! ¡Creemos que el SMO en Rusia pronto hará que Rusia diga abiertamente qué ideología defiende! Después del capitalismo y su desaparición, sólo hay una ideología de las masas trabajadoras: ¡la ideología socialista! ¡Hugo Chávez enseñó a su pueblo la ideología marxista! ¡El Manifiesto del Partido Comunista era una referencia ! Piénsenlo, ¡resulta que Venezuela ocupa el primer lugar en reservas de petróleo! ¡Una población de más de 30 millones! Aguantando, ¡no importa lo duro que sea! ¿Por qué? ¡Porque el rumbo es construir el socialismo!
4) El cuarto problema vital para los Estados socialistas y el mundo en su conjunto, para todo el movimiento obrero y comunista mundial, es romper el bloqueo, todas las sanciones de los países de Occidente. ¡Detener el dictado fascista de Estados Unidos sobre todos los Estados del mundo! Finalmente, mediante esfuerzos conjuntos, tenemos que decirle a los EE.UU.: “¡Basta! Esto no va a seguir así!” ¡USA! ¡OTAN! ¡Manos fuera de Venezuela! ¡Manos fuera de Cuba! ¡Manos fuera de Corea del Norte! ¡Manos fuera de Rusia! ¡Dejen de suministrar armas a Ucrania! ¿Estás harto de vivir? ¡Cuidado! ¡No te ahogues en el Atlántico!
5) El quinto problema es el de comprender que del capitalismo la humanidad sólo puede pasar al socialismo, ¡simplemente no hay otro camino! El socialismo es una civilización que crea una nueva, y mucho mayor, productividad del trabajo, que por ello es necesario conocer la teoría del marxismo. ¡La unidad de la teoría y la práctica es necesaria para la construcción del socialismo! ¡La teoría sin la práctica es hueca, y la práctica sin la teoría es ciega! Por lo tanto, ¡en toda causa debe haber una hábil combinación de teoría y práctica! En el siglo XIX la humanidad recibió, a través del marxismo, la teoría científica del desarrollo de la sociedad, ¡el camino de transición del capitalismo al socialismo! Lenin y Stalin ya habían aplicado la teoría en la vida en Rusia, ¡en el siglo XX! ¡El capitalismo de hoy está degradado moral y políticamente! Por eso se entrega a las lujurias más fantásticas: ¡el juego, la drogadicción, la pedofilia, la adrenocromía! ¡Esta es la cima de la degradacion de la psique humana debido al individualismo y a los vicios de la propiedad privada! Debido a los daños causados a nuestra Tierra, resulta que desde 1995, está girando más rápido y el tiempo se está acelerando, ¡y el magma de la Tierra está ardiendo desde dentro y pronto saldrá! ¡Nuestra vida en la Tierra puede terminar! ¡Muy pocos quedarán vivos! ¡¿No podemos pensar en ello y actuar juntos?!
¡Queridos camaradas! ¡Deseemos grandes éxitos creativos en la construcción del socialismo en América Latina! ¡Creemos que ambas repúblicas aumentarán los lazos con Rusia, con las antiguas repúblicas de la Unión Soviética, con el Este y en general con el movimiento comunista y obrero de todo el mundo!

ДОРОГИЕ ТОВАРИЩИ, УЧАСТНИКИ ВСЕМИРНОЙ АНТИИМПЕРИАЛИСТИЧЕСКОЙ ПЛАТФОРМЫ! Вам всем братский коммунистический привет от солнечного Кыргызстана! Оттуда, кажется, очень далеко! Но решившись приехать к Вам на другой континент нашей Планеты понимаешь, как же все ж таки едино наше человечество!? Как мы близки друг к другу и никакие расстояния не играют для всех нас никакой роли! Огромная благодарность организаторам этой необыкновенной встречи на земле Боливарианской Республики Венесуэле!
Хочу выразить нашу признательность народу Венесуэлы, его революционным лидерам: мужественной, яркой, сильной личности УГО ЧАВЕСУ и продолжателю его дела Николасу Мадуро! В годы господства либеральной идеологии в мире Уго Чавес повернул развитие Венесуэлы на социалистический путь развития! Победив на президентских выборах в 1998 году, опираясь на Движение Пятой Республики, созданный им в 1997 году. Уго Чавес поставил задачи конституционной реформы, где трудящиеся массы будут привлечены к управлению государством, очищение от коррупционеров, создание социально справедливого общества. Заслуживает особого внимания тот факт, что после принятия Конституции, предложенный Уго Чавесом в 1999 году было принято решение, что 300 тысяч коренных жителей страны ИНДЕЙЦЕВ – имеют право на земли своего традиционного проживания! В 2009 году, будучи лидером уже ЕДИНОЙ СОЦИАЛИСТИЧЕСКОЙ ПАРТИИ, получив одобрение на референдуме 54, 68% граждан на вносимые поправки, Уго Чавес объявил, что приступает к
строительству ТРЕТЬЕГО этапа боливарианской революции, который будет длиться до 2019 года. План по ликвидации безграмотности занимало очень важное место в его планах! В этом вопросе большую поддержку оказывает коммунистическая Куба! Здесь уже давно действует система бесплатного образования, медицины, кстати, одна из лучших медицин мира! Венесуэльцам было с кого брать пример!
Не можем не сказать и о Героической Кубинской революции под руководством легендарного, необыкновенно харизматического и очень волевого, мужественного лидера ФИДЕЛЯ КАСТРО, его товарищей по революционной борьбе Эрнесто Че Гевара и других! Они победили и создали в Латинской Америке первую социалистическую страну, Коммунистическую партию Кубы! Мы видим как во всей нашей антиимпериалистической борьбе огромное значение играет РОЛЬ ЛИЧНОСТИ В ИСТОРИИ! Если УГО ЧАВЕС в ЭПОХУ РАЗГУЛА либеральной идеологии начал строить социалистическую Венесуэлу, то Фидель Кастро при развале Советского Союза не разрушил социализм на Кубе! Выстоял, выдержал, отстоял свой социалистический путь развития! Не предал, не дал слабину, показал свою высокую убежденность, что на верном пути, не свернул на путь криминального капитализма! Таким образом, нередко играет, оказывается, большую роль не только количество и объём страны, а КАЧЕСТВО СОДЕРЖАНИЯ СТРАНЫ, СУЩНОСТЬ ЛИЧНОСТНЫХ КАЧЕСТВ ЛИДЕРОВ, их мировоззренческие убеждения! Это мы должны учитывать всегда при подборе кадров.
Посмотрите на лидеров загнивающего капитализма! Что они делают со своими государствами, народами? Что делают предатели типа Зеленского, Порошенко, что сделали Горбачев, Ельцин, Чубайсы? Сегодня человеческое общество после длительного КОНТРРЕВОЛЮЦИОННОГО ЗАСТОЯ, особенно территория Советского Союза пришло в негодование, что с нами творит Запад? Так дальше жить нельзя в оккупационном состоянии от Запада! Трудящиеся все создают, а результаты их труда убегают на Запад, зарплаты типа: “Живи, пока не умрешь” На территориях многих государств строятся чрезвычайно опасные бактериологические лаборатории НАТО на особо секретных условиях! Многие лидеры государств очень спокойно относятся к этим биологическим лабораториям, возможно, даже не зная глубоко суть всей опасности этих проблем!
Предупреждаем! Они могут убить все население, а люди не знают даже о тех опасностях, которые их поджидают! Надо готовить настоящих лидеров, для реализации антиимпериалистической платформы на всей нашей Планете! Если не построим СОЦИАЛИЗМА ПОВСЕМЕСТНО, ЧЕЛОВЕЧЕСТВО ПРОСТО ПОГИБНЕТ ОТ СВОЕГО РАСЧЕЛОВЕЧИВАНИЯ! Мы подошли к черте, за которой пропасть!
В.И. Ленин писал, что: “НИ ОДИН КЛАСС В ИСТОРИИ НЕ ДОСТИГАЛ ГОСПОДСТВА, ЕСЛИ ОН НЕ ВЫДВИГАЛ СВОИХ ПОЛИТИЧЕСКИХ ВОЖДЕЙ, СВОИХ ПЕРЕДОВЫХ ПРЕДСТАВИТЕЛЕЙ, СПОСОБНЫХ ОРГАНИЗОВАТЬ ДВИЖЕНИЕ И РУКОВОДИТЬ ИМ.” (ПСС, т.4, с.375) При этом он отметил, что огромная масса революционных сил таится в самом рабочем классе. (Насущные задачи нашего движения. ПСС. т.4, с 375).
Любая революция будет носить социалистический характер только тогда, когда производимые богатства трудящимися массами будут принадлежать им! А ведь часто получается, что недовольный рабочий класс и все остальные трудящиеся массы поднимаются на КЛАССОВУЮ БОРЬБУ ЗА СВОИ ПРАВА: экономические, социальные и даже политические! Они желают равенства, социальной справедливости! Борются против коррупции в первую очередь, дальше пытаются легализовать скрываемые доходы, пытаются решить социальные проблемы, строят школы, больницы, дороги, квартиры под ипотеки! Но вот в Кыргызстане за последние 30 лет было 3 государственных переворота! Каждый раз трудящиеся и масса безработных ожидали улучшения жизни, социальной справедливости, равенства! Люди, жившие в условиях СОЦИАЛИЗМА каждый раз надеются на это! Но не тут то было! Просто вместо одних буржуев приходили ДРУГИЕ БУРЖУИ! ПО СУТИ ПОЧТИ НИЧЕГО ПО БОЛЬШОМУ СЧЕТУ НЕ МЕНЯЛОСЬ? ПОЧЕМУ? Потому что СОБСТВЕННОСТЬ оставалась в руках господствующего класса-эксплуататоров! А кубинская социалистическая революция провела массированную НАЦИОНАЛИЗАЦИЮ ЧАСТНОГО СЕКТОРА! Поэтому у Кубы появилась возможность обеспечить свою молодежь за счет государственного бюджета бесплатным образованием на всех уровнях обучения, бесплатной самой лучшей медициной в мире! Венесуэла тоже национализировала свою нефтяную промышленность, которая стала работать на трудящиеся массы!
Но не тут то было! США и весь Запад на обе страны сразу наложили санкции! ПОЧЕМУ США ТАКАЯ КРОВОЖАДНАЯ СТРАНА? Почему она своей мощью не дает свободно развиваться другим государствам? Не дает возможности выбора любого пути развития? Особенно США всеми своими технологиями не дает возможности развиваться социалистическим государствам, беспардонно лезет в их внутренние дела! Все помним как после последнего избрания Николаса Мадуро на должность Президента, США нагло толкали в Президенты этого Хуано Гуайдо! Как раз в 2019 году в Венесуэле должен был состояться МЕЖДУНАРОДНЫЙ ФОРУМ ДВИЖЕНИЯ НАРОДОВ МИРА ЗА СОЦИАЛИЗМ!
США пытались разными путями помешать тому Форуму! Но желания и решимость народных масс, левых, коммунистических и рабочих партий не остановить! Поэтому Всемирная Антиимпериалистическая Платформа набирает темп, переходит из КОНТИНЕНТА В КОНТИНЕНТ! ПАРИЖ, БЕЛГРАД, ВЕНЕСУЭЛА! ОНА ПОЙДЕТ И ДАЛЬШЕ! Одновременно идет ВОЕННАЯ СПЕЦОПЕРАЦИЯ РОССИИ, РОССИЙСКОЙ КРАСНОЙ АРМИИ И ВОЕННО-МОРСКОГО ФЛОТА по денацификации и демилитаризации Украины! Думается эта спецоперация уже далеко вышла за пределы поставленных задач! Сегодня она уже воюет со всем западным фашизмом, как в 1941-1945 годах, империалистическим, колониальным миром! ОБЬЕКТИВНО ЭТА Военная Спецоперация становится катализатором социалистической революции на всей Планете и в первую очередь, где развит рабочий класс, где есть промышленность! МВФ, например, господствует еще на всем постсоветском пространстве и не позволяет своими “рекомендациями” восстанавливать или строить заводы и фабрики! Вот в Кыргызстане в 2020 году сменилась власть! Вновь избранный Президент и ГКНБ (Госуд. Комитет Национ. Безопасности) стремятся изменить экономическую ситуацию в Кыргызстана в пользу народа! Но они не владеют, к сожалению, теорией марксизма и ведомы до каждой клеточки пропитанной либеральной идеологией председателем Кабинета Министров! Он-то точно не собирается ничего национализировать, передавать собственность в руки трудящихся, строить заводы, создавать рабочие места! Вот такая у нас получилась двуглавая власть: одна хочет для народа, другая для буржуазии при поддержке парламента!
Из опыта Кыргызстана еще раз подтверждается фундаментальные положения марксисткой теории НЕОБХОДИМОСТИ КЛАССОГО ПОДХОДА ПРИ РЕШЕНИИ ЛЮБОГО ВОПРОСА! В.И.ЛЕНИН говорил о выборе или одно, или другое, или и то и другое? При ПЕРЕХОДНОМ ЭТАПЕ, естественно, будет в экономике и общественный и частный сектор! Но все приоритетные сферы, ЖИЗНЕОБЕСПЕЧИВАЮШИЕ ОТРАСЛИ ДОЛЖНЫ БЫТЬ В РУКАХ ТРУДЯШИХСЯ, В РУКАХ ГОСУДАРСТВА, тем более, если объявил себя СОЦИАЛЬНЫМ ГОСУДАРСТВОМ!
Это в экономической сфере еще можно продрейфовать из одной стороны в другую в силу объективных экономических обстоятельств, НО В ИДЕОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ СФЕРЕ ДОЛЖНА БЫТЬ ЧЕТКОСТЬ И КОНКРЕТНОСТЬ! ЗДЕСЬ СТОЯТЬ В РАСКОРЯЧКУ НЕЛЬЗЯ! ПОЖАЛУЙСТА КУБА, ВЕНЕСУЭЛА, СЕВЕРНАЯ КОРЕЯ, ВЬЕТНАМ, ВЕЛИКИЙ КИТАЙ В ИДЕЛОГИИ ЧЕТКО СТОИТ НА МАРКСИСТСКИХ ПОЗИЦИЯХ! ВЕРИМ, ЧТО СВО в России заставит скоро сказать ей открыто какой идеологии она придерживается! После капитализма и ее гибели есть только одна идеология ТРУДЯЩИХСЯ МАСС – СОЦИАЛИСТИЧЕСКАЯ ИДЕОЛОГИЯ! УГО ЧАВЕС обучал свой народ МАРКСИСТСКОЙ ИДЕОЛОГИИ! МАНИФЕСТ КОММУНИСТИЧЕСКОЙ ПАРТИИ был обязателен для всех! Сами подумайте, оказывается, Венесуэла стоит на первом месте по запасам нефти! Население более 30 миллионов! Держится, как бы не было трудно! Почему? Потому что курс социалистический на строительство социализма!
Всему мировому рабочему и коммунистическому движению, ВСЕМИРНОЙ АНТИИМПЕРИАЛИСТИЧЕСКОЙ ПЛАТФОРМЕ СО СВОИМИ ГОСУДАРСТВАМИ НАДО ПРОРВАТЬ БЛОКАДУ, ВСЯКИЕ САНКЦИ СО СТОРОНЫ СТРАН ЗАПАДА, в первую очередь со стороны США! Прекратить фашистский диктат США на все государства мира! Наконец- то совместными усилиями сказать США: “ХВАТИТ! ТАК ДАЛЬШЕ НЕ БУДЕТ!” США! НАТО! РУКИ ПРОЧЬ ОТ ВЕНЕСУЭЛЫ! РУКИ ПРОЧЬ ОТ КУБЫ! ОТ КНДР РУКИ ПРОЧЬ ОТ РОССИИ! ХВАТИТ ПОСТАВЛЯТЬ ОРУЖИЕ УКРАИНЕ! ТЕБЕ ЧТО ЖИТЬ НАДОЕЛО? СМОТРИ! НЕ УТОНИ В АТЛАНТИКЕ!? ВЕРХУШКУ НАЕВШИХСЯ НЕ ЖАЛКО! НО НАРОД США ТОЖЕ ЖАЛКО!
В.И. Ленин писал в своей работе “Задачи пролетариата в нашей революции”, что “От капитализма человечество может перейти непосредственно только к социализму, т.е. общему владению средствами производства и распределению продуктов по мере работы каждого”
(См. ПСС. т.31, с.179-180). Все мы прекрасно помним принципы социализма “Каждому по способностям, каждому по труду”, а при коммунизме “Каждому по способностям, каждому по потребностям!”
В.И Ленин также писал в статье “Великий почин”, что “СОЦИАЛИЗМ СОЗДАЕТ НОВУЮ, ГОРАЗДО БОЛЕЕ ВЫСОКУЮ ПРОИЗВОДИТЕЛЬНОСТЬ ТРУДА”. (ПСС.Т.39 с.21). Строительство социализма в Советском Союзе, Китайской Народной Республике – это уже доказало на практике!
Теоретики марксизма не раз указывали, что для строительства социализма необходимо единство ТЕОРИИ И ПРАКТИКИ! ТЕОРИЯ БЕЗ ПРАКТИКИ – ЭТО ПУСТОЦВЕТ, А ПРАКТИКА БЕЗ ТЕОРИИ – СЛЕПА! Поэтому должно быть умелое сочетание как теории и практики в любом деле! В XIX веке человечество получило в лице марксизма научную теорию развития общества, пути перехода от капитализма к социализму! В.И. Ленин и И.В. Сталин реализовали теорию в жизнь уже в XX веке на территории России! А Фидель Кастро и Уго Чавес в Латинской Америке! Т.е. доказывается теория ЗАКОНОМЕРНОСТИ ПЕРЕХОДА КАПИТАЛИЗМА в СОЦИАЛИЗМ! Сегодня же эта система в своей последней стадии развития! Она агонизирует, деградирует! Тяжело больна, занята расчеловечиванием всего человечества, больна ложью, обманом, провокациями, черным пиаром! Капитализм сегодня нравственный и политический деградант! Поэтому он занят самыми фантастическими похотями: казино, игроманией, наркоманией, педофилией, адренохромией! Это пик деградации психики человека от индивидуализма и пороков частной собственности! От пороков человечества даже наша Земля, оказывается, с 1995 года быстрее крутится и время ускоряется, а магма земли изнутри горит и скоро выйдет наружу! Жизнь наша на Земле заканчивается! В живых останется очень мало! Может все задумаемся и совместно примем меры?!
Так пишут некоторые геологи, физики, как-будто ученый мир! Возможно, это и так! Но, чтобы не разрушать природу, подумать нам и о ней, человечеству надо вернуть самосознание! Глядя на богатых мира сего, такое ощущение, что свое самосознание они потеряли в сверх потреблении, мещанских интересах, в погоне за прибылями, за валютами, за нефтью и газом, за мыслями как удушить других? Вдруг все попадут в объятия собственных проектов, как с исламскими экстремистами и террористами?!
Дорогие товарищи! Пожелаем успехов в строительстве социализма легендарным и героическим странам как Куба, Венесуэла, их героические лидеры всегда будут в наших сердцах и нашей памяти как Фидель Кастро, Че Гевара, Уго Чавес! Мы рады, что у них есть достойные продолжатели их Великого дела, как Рауль Кастро, Мигель Диас Канель, Николас Мадуро и другие! Пожелаем им больших творческих успехов в строительстве социализма в Латинской Америке! Куба и Венесуэла станут маяками, за которыми пойдут другие страны этого континента! Ведь не случайно весь мир собрался здесь в Венесуэле! Пожелаем Коммунистической партии Кубы, Единой Социалистической партии Венесуэлы и многим единомышленникам новых успехов на этом Великом пути строительства социализма во имя интересов трудящихся масс как Латинской Америки так и во всем мире!
Мы верим, что обе республики будут наращивать связи с Россией,
с б. республиками Советского Союза, с Востоком и в целом коммунистическим и рабочим движением всего мира! Куба и Венесуэла должны стать примером и для наших ЦЕНТРАЛЬНОАЗИАТСКИХ СТРАН И В ЧАСТНОСТИ И ДЛЯ КЫРГЫЗСТАНА, показывая, что такое на самом деле борьба за интересы своего трудового народа и что же делать с массой безработных!? Об этом серьезно думает и решает только социалистическое, пролетарское государство! Буржуазному государству вообще нет никакого дела до массы обездоленных и безработных кроме слов! Они их тысячами погонят на Запад в рабство и будут чувствовать себя героями! А у работающих будут выжимать налоги, в борьбе за власть между собой устраивать всякие диверсии, от которых будет страдать снова же простой народ! Товарищи! Проблема объединения всех социалистических сил на Планете стоит очень остро!
Сейчас Военная спецоперация Российской Красной Армии на Украине играет для коммунистических сил как СУБЬЕКТИВНЫЙ ФАКТОР СОЦИАЛИСТИЧЕСКОЙ РЕВОЛЮЦИИ! КОММУНИСТЫ, РАБОЧИЙ КЛАСС, ТРУДЯЩИЕСЯ ДОЛЖНЫ БЫТЬ ГОТОВЫ ИМ ПОМОЧЬ И НАПРАВИТЬ ВСЕ ПОЛИТИЧЕСКИЕ ПРОЦЕССЫ НА ПУТЬ СОЦИАЛИЗМА! Процесс к тому и идет, но мы должны суметь все направить в русло социалистических процессов на принципах СОЦИАЛИСТИЧЕСКОГО ПРОЛЕТАРСКОГО ИНТЕРНАЦИОНАЛИЗМА! БУРЖУАЗИЯ пытается нас столкнуть на межязыковых дрязгах, межнациональных конфликтах и недоверии! Объединить нас по этническому признаку, а не по классовому!
“Буржуазный национализм и пролетарский интернационализм – вот два непримиримо – враждебные лозунги, соответствующие двум великим классовым лагерям всего капиталистического мира и выражающие две политики… в национальном вопросе”. (В.И. Ленин. Критические заметки по национальному вопросу. ПСС.Т.24, с.123).
В.И. Ленин был как Великий прогнозист! Сегодня вся проамериканская соросовская пропаганда, чтобы оторвать все постсоветские республики от России вся построена на этой методологии! В парламентах обсуждают проблемы давно прошедших дней и событий, постоянно актуализируют названия городов, сел, районов, будируют языковые проблемы типа, какая советская власть была плохой, что коренной язык чуть не пропал, когда уже в регионах, особенно молодежь уже мало понимает русский язык, не то, что говорить и писать! ЗАПАД ХОЧЕТ нагнетать и создавать атмосферу РУСОФОБИИ на сей раз и играть сознанием людей! Коммунисты должны бороться с этим злом – национализмом! Впереди большая работа по революционному преобразованию умирающего капитализма – империализма в будущий светлый, справедливый, достойный СОЦИАЛИЗМ, ВОССТАНОВЛЕНИЕ СОВЕТСКОГО СОЮЗА! ПРОЛЕТАРИИ И ТРУДЯЩИЕСЯ ВСЕГО МИРА ОБЕДИНЯЙТЕСЬ!
