Crisis General del Capitalismo:
El capitalismo entra en un declive permanente en relación a las formas de producción que chocan permanentemente con las formas de trabajo avanzadas, que son ampliamente colectivas, en cadena, desde la extracción de las materias primas hasta la fabricación de mercaderías en fábricas y grandes industrias. La forma de producción colectiva, cada vez choca más con la forma exagerada de apropiación individual, hoy, ya existen naciones, que usando las leyes generales del capitalismo, van construyendo las bases para avanzar a un mundo multipolar, es decir, nuevas reglas económicas y de relaciones entre los países, donde la posibilidad de apoyos mutuos, permiten el desarrollo de los países y terminar con la subyugación y la sobreexplotación propia de sistema capitalista.
El descenso de la supremacía de los EEUU, se manifiesta claramente en el desarrollo de otras grandes alianzas económicas como lo es el BRIC, que permite, atacar el corazón de la economía del imperialismo de los EEUU, que es el uso del dólar en las transacciones económicas del comercio internacional, esto aumenta la presión al imperialismo norteamericano, que ya no sólo ve el peligro de perder el privilegio de obligar a usar el dólar al resto del mundo, sino que su imposibilidad de seguir la velocidad de adelantos y progresos científicos, industriales y tecnológicos, de la República Popular China, que avanza en transformarse en la primera potencia económica del Mundo.
El impulso que recibió el imperialismo de los EEUU a partir de la caída de la Unión Soviética, en 1991, ya perdió todo su efecto temporal, hoy incluso los vestigios de algunas de las repúblicas que fueron parte de la URSS, retoman el camino de enfrentar abiertamente los planes del Imperialismo de los EEUU, la OTAN y los gobiernos títeres que tratan de frenar el auge de las ideas patrióticas, de cambios profundos, de autodeterminación, soberanía y de perspectiva socialista.
Hoy EEUU está centrado en tratar de salvar sus privilegios, es decir, salvar su sistema económico y de dominio a nivel internacional y enfrentar a todos quienes lo pongan en peligro, usando desde la guerra hibrida, las sanciones económicas y comerciales, el uso de grupos terroristas, mercenarios, mafias de la droga, hasta la entrega de tecnología, armamento y recursos económicos, para frenar el avance de quienes crecen en influencia y determinación en producir cambios estructurales que comienzan a superar la influencia y poder de los EEUU.
La República Popular China, la Federación Rusa, la República Popular Democrática de Corea, la República Islámica de Irán, son los blancos principales del Imperialismo de los EEUU-
Lenin escribía: El Imperialismo es, en general, una tendencia a la violencia y a la reacción.
Los EEUU usando la OTAN, es decir, más de 34 países directamente y los distintos gobiernos títeres, enfrentan a la Federación Rusa en Ucrania; El sionismo que se impone en Israel y con el apoyo de los EEUU, trata de aniquilar al pueblo Palestino, para apoderarse de su territorio y riquezas; En la península de Corea, se dan cada vez mayores provocaciones por parte de Corea el Sur, que mantiene el apoyo militar y la influencia ideológica de los EEUU y busca escalar en las provocaciones hacia la República Popular Democrática de Corea; la República Popular China, enfrenta permanentemente el intento de fraccionar su territorio, esto ocurre con Taiwan, que es alentada y financiada permanentemente por los EEUU, de manera de crear conflictos internos y justificar nuevas sanciones económicas en contra de la República Popular China.
América Latina:
Según como entienden los EEUU a América Latina, es para los EEUU lo que es Asia y África, para los Europeos (Occidentales), la Doctrina Monroe, 1823, indica: América para los Americanos; es decir, los EEUU entienden que América Latina es su patio trasero, así lo entienden desde su desarrollo como potencia económica, donde se dieron a la tarea de imponer sus políticas de dominación, no es extraño el financiamiento de golpes de estados en todo país donde se de la posibilidad de desarrollo de gobiernos patrióticos y soberanistas o que busquen alejarse de la influencia de los EEUU, por lo mismo, no es extraño la instauración de distintas dictaduras militares de ultraderecha, como lo ocurrido en países como Chile, Argentina, Brasil, Uruguay, etc., esto permitió reforzar la dependencia de los distintos países de América Latina con respecto a los EEUU, usando entre otras medidas la firma de tratados comerciales, tratados de libre comercio, tratados militares, etc.
Es necesario hoy, reforzar la tarea de las organizaciones patrióticas, populares, soberanistas, antiimperioaistas con ideas socialistas en América Latina, potenciar el conocimiento de las distintas experiencias que se dan en el mundo, de enfrentar al Imperialismo de los EEUU, la OTAN y los distintos gobiernos títeres. Es importante que se conozca la actitud y experiencia de la República Popular China, de la Federación Rusa, de la República Popular de Corea, para contra restar la desinformación permanente que se realiza desde los distintos medios de comunicaciones y rrss manejadas por los EEUU y gobiernos aliados.
Todos sabemos de la realidad de la Palestina ocupada, la que a partir del sionismo Israelí, y el patrocinio de los EEUU, busca negar su responsabilidad en cuanto a provocar la justa resistencia del pueblo Palestino, es por ello que se debe desplegar hoy una más amplia solidaridad y respaldo al pueblo de Palestina, y el repudio al Genocidio que implementa el sionismo de Israel.
Hoy en América Latina se va dando la derechización de distintos gobiernos, lo que da una base de sustento al imperialismo de los EEUU y las políticas neoliberales, están los ejemplos de países como Ecuador, El Salvador, Argentina y Chile, que pese a simular ser un gobierno de centro izquierda, permanentemente Da muestras de su servilismo a los intereses de los EEUU, ejemplo de ello es el apoyo a Ucrania, sus criticas permanentes a Venezuela, Nicaragua y Cuba, así como a todo país que lucho por su soberanía y por lo tanto, que entren en conflicto con los EEUU y los demás gobiernos lacayos del Imperialismo.
Es decir, no sólo los gobiernos que se definen abiertamente de derecha, sino incluso algunos que se disfrazan de progresistas son títeres de los intereses de los grupos hegemónicos de los EEUU.
Las teorías oportunistas sobre el imperialismo en América Latina, pueden alcanzar peligrosidad si no le dedicamos un especial esfuerzo al trabajo entre las masas populares oprimidas.
La aplicación de la política neoliberal en América Latina a partir del Consenso de Washington, 1989, donde se implementa la destrucción de la industria Nacional de los países dependientes y donde sólo los países de América Latina seamos exportadores de materias primas. Esto lo recuerda y profundiza Laura Richarson, quien dice que los países de américa latina, nuestras materias primas, son de interés estratégico para la seguridad interna de los EEUU.
Hoy se profundiza el narcotráfico y las redes internacionales que le apoyan y estas son utilizadas hábilmente por el imperialismo de los EEUU, son un importante instrumento que permite la justificación para el ascenso de gobiernos de derecha, como lo son, los gobiernos de Ecuador, Perú, El Salvador y Argentina.
El continente americano lo componen 35 países y con una población cercana a mil millones de de habitantes. Somos el tercer continente más habitado y tenemos una superficie de 43 millones de kilómetros cuadrados, somos el segundo continente más extenso, sólo superado por el continente Asiático.
El Producto interno bruto del conjunto de los países del continente americano es importante, pero esto es sólo un pequeño reflejo de las inmensas riquezas que tiene el continente y que son reservas importantes a la hora de grandes confrontaciones mundiales que se pueden extender en el tiempo, estas inmensas riquezas pueden asegurar ventajas que permiten autonomía, al ser mucho más complejo atacar las reservas que están cerca de quienes las usen y permite vigilancia y control, en este caso a los EEUU y la OTAN.

Esto da más 35.209.257.000.000 dólares sumando los distintos PIB de los países de América.
Sumemos a esta información que los efectivos militares de América y en condiciones de sumarse como reserva a las distintas intervenciones y conflictos abiertamente armados, aumentan por todo el mundo y por lo tanto el ejercito de reserva de los EEUU es objetivamente América latina, la que puede movilizar más de 1millon 300 mil efectivos.
América Latina, sigue siendo el patio trasero de los EEUU, donde tiene asegurada reservas enormes en una futura guerra de carácter mundial a gran escala, tiene asegurada la extracción de minerales, alimentos, capacidad humana para la industria militar y ejércitos vasallos de países títeres de América latina.
Camaradas, no todo es oscuridad, América latina está plagada de procesos de lucha, resistencia y nuevos intentos de reorganización, de esto es histórico los levantamientos populares antiimperialistas que se han dado.
Hoy, se hace necesario trabajar por la reconstrucción, desarrollo y superar las derrotas que se han dado, sabemos de la mano oculta del Imperialismo en la destrucción de distintas organizaciones revolucionarias, antiimperialistas que buscan independencia y soberanía en América Latina y el mundo, esta práctica le ha dado resultados, por no contar con espacios de discusión y coordinación de las fuerzas sanas que estamos por todo el mundo, con mayores grados de coordinación podremos enfrentar y destruir las falsas ideas que disfrazan de progresista los viejos pensamientos liberales, como lo hace hoy el PKE, que disfrazando su discurso de antiimperialismo, ataca fervientemente, bien financiado, a toda posibilidad de enfrentar al viejo orden unipolar. Camaradas, estamos convencidos, si trabajamos con fuerza y sacrificio, lograremos ayudar al renacer de una sana y poderosa fuerza antiimperialista, y por lo tanto una fuerza antifascista poderosa en toda América latina y el continente, desde las brasas que han quedado debemos soplarlas para iniciar el fuego que quemará las praderas de la opresión y la dominación sobre los pueblos.
Hoy las fuerzas sanas que luchamos: Las Comunistas; las inmensas fuerzas patrióticas, incluso las nacionalistas, podemos y debemos unificarlas para enfrentar con fuerza los intentos por destruir la humanidad por intermedio de una tercera Guerra Mundial, es nuestro deber de ayudar en la recomposición de una América Latina antiimperialista, anti-otan, en lucha contra todos los gobiernos títeres que impiden mediante nuevas leyes para frenar toda señal de rebeldía y sublevación, pero olvidan, una ley de la dialéctica que los destruirá y es que más temprano que tarde, lo nuevo superará lo viejo, sin embargo no basta con saberlo, es necesario y urgente unirse a nuestros pueblos, entender sus demandas, sus aspiraciones y necesidades, para organizarlas y ponerlas en movimiento, sólo las fuerzas sanas , podrán frenar la destrucción de la humanidad.

General Crisis of Capitalism:

The People’s Republic of China, the Russian Federation, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Islamic Republic of Iran, are the main targets of US Imperialism.

Latin America:
According to how the US understands Latin America, it is for the US what Asia and Africa is, for the Europeans (Westerners), the Monroe Doctrine, 1823, indicates: America for the Americans; that is, the U.S. understands that Latin America is its backyard, so they understand it from its development as an economic power, where they were given the task of imposing their policies of domination, it is not strange the financing of coups in every country where there is the possibility of development of patriotic and sovereign governments or seeking to move away from the influence of the U.S., for the same reason, it is not strange the establishment of various far-right military dictatorships, as what happened in countries such as Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, etc., This allowed reinforcing the dependence of the different Latin American countries on the USA, using among other measures the signing of commercial treaties, free trade agreements, military treaties, etc.
It is necessary today to reinforce the task of patriotic, popular, sovereigntist, anti-imperialist organizations with socialist ideas in Latin America, to strengthen the knowledge of the different experiences that are taking place in the world, to confront US Imperialism, NATO and the different puppet governments. It is important to know the attitude and experience of the People’s Republic of China, the Russian Federation, the People’s Republic of Korea, to counteract the permanent disinformation that is made from the various media and rrss managed by the U.S. and allied governments.
We all know the reality of occupied Palestine, which from Israeli Zionism, and the sponsorship of the U.S., seeks to deny its responsibility in provoking the just resistance of the Palestinian people, which is why we must deploy today a broader solidarity and support to the people of Palestine, and the repudiation of the Genocide implemented by the Zionism of Israel.
Today in Latin America the right-wing of different governments is taking place, which gives a basis of support to U.S. imperialism and neoliberal policies, there are examples of countries like Ecuador, El Salvador, Argentina and Chile, which despite pretending to be a center-left government, permanently shows its servility to the interests of the US, an example of this is the support to Ukraine, its permanent criticism to Venezuela, Nicaragua and Cuba, as well as to any country that fights for its sovereignty and therefore, that comes into conflict with the US and the other lackey governments of Imperialism.
That is to say, not only the governments that openly define themselves as right-wing, but even some that disguise themselves as progressive are puppets of the interests of the hegemonic groups of the USA.
The opportunist theories on imperialism in Latin America can become dangerous if we do not dedicate a special effort to work among the oppressed popular masses.
The application of the neoliberal policy in Latin America from the Washington Consensus, 1989, where the destruction of the national industry of the dependent countries is implemented and where only the countries of Latin America are exporters of raw materials. Latin America continues to be the backyard of the United States, where it has assured huge reserves in a future large-scale world war, it has assured the extraction of minerals, food, human capacity for the military industry and vassal armies of Latin American puppet countries.
Comrades, not all is darkness, Latin America is plagued with processes of struggle, resistance and new attempts at reorganization, the popular anti-imperialist uprisings that have taken place are historical.
Today, it is necessary to work for the reconstruction, development and overcome the defeats that have occurred, we know of the hidden hand of Imperialism in the destruction of various revolutionary, anti-imperialist organizations seeking independence and sovereignty in Latin America and the world, this practice has given results, With greater degrees of coordination we will be able to confront and destroy the false ideas that disguise as progressive the old liberal thoughts, as the PKE does today, which disguising its discourse of anti-imperialism, fervently attacks, well financed, any possibility of confronting the old unipolar order.
