Chers camarades,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le 24 f\u00e9vrier dernier, la Russie a renvers\u00e9 la table. Elle a entrepris de tout faire pour briser l’encerclement. Lorsque je songe aux 700 bases am\u00e9ricaines qui entourent la Russie et la Chine, \u00e0 John McCain et Victoria Nuland paradant \u00e0 Kiev huit ans plus t\u00f4t et distribuant des milliards de dollars aux forces n\u00e9ofascistes ukrainiennes, je ne peux m’emp\u00eacher de me repr\u00e9senter la Russie comme un fort encercl\u00e9 et \u00e0 ladite “op\u00e9ration sp\u00e9ciale” comme une tentative de sortie pour briser le si\u00e8ge. Les Fran\u00e7ais ont mentalement en t\u00eate le si\u00e8ge d’Al\u00e9sia, quand ce qui restait de la Gaule r\u00e9sistait dans un seul oppidum. On peut aussi penser aux troupes r\u00e9publicaines de Dombrowski ou du communard Rossel tentant de briser le si\u00e8ge de Paris effectu\u00e9 par Bismarck en 1871. D’autres peuples auraient, par exemple, Fort Alamo en t\u00eate. La comparaison, quelque peu tragique, s’arr\u00eate l\u00e0 car dans le cas pr\u00e9sent, je pense que la Russie, l’\u00e9ternelle encercl\u00e9e \u00e0 qui l’Occident n’avait de cesse d’interdire l’acc\u00e8s aux mers chaudes, ne cherche rien d’autre qu’\u00e0 \u00e9tablir un glacis dans l’Est et le Sud de l’Ukraine et faire respecter sa s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re durable et, cela va avec, garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour les populations russophones d’Ukraine martyris\u00e9es depuis huit ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Renvoyer dos \u00e0 dos “l’OTAN et Poutine”, comme on l’entend souvent, sans parler de ceux qui adoptent l’ab\u00eatissant narratif occidental diabolisant la “folie de Poutine”, revient \u00e0 prendre le parti du plus fort militairement. C’est ce que font la plupart des trotskistes imperturbablement. A se demander m\u00eame si le trotskysme n’est pas l’habillage id\u00e9ologique de cette posture. Chez nous, le parti affili\u00e9 \u00e0 ladite IVe internationale, le NPA, a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 soutenir militairement ce qu’ils appellent “l’Ukraine”. J’ai bien dit : le plus fort militairement. Car la Russie a d’autres atouts et notamment le soutien possible de larges secteurs de l’opinion mondiale, fort diff\u00e9rents de ce qu’on appelle, id\u00e9ologiquement, l’Occident. Les \u00c9tats-Unis, depuis leur retrait sans gloire d’Afghanistan, ont montr\u00e9 que la sup\u00e9riorit\u00e9 militaire, aussi patente soit-elle, ne suffit pas. Avec les atouts que peut comporter toute lutte asym\u00e9trique, fond\u00e9e sur l’appr\u00e9ciation id\u00e9ologique des rapports de force, la Russie peut imposer ce que ses dirigeants appellent le “multipolarisme”, ce qui semble son objectif de long terme apr\u00e8s celui de court terme que sont la d\u00e9nazification et la d\u00e9militarisation de l’Ukraine. Les communistes, qui esp\u00e8rent davantage, \u00e0 savoir la victoire du socialisme dans une coop\u00e9ration de nations libres, peuvent au moins prendre leurs responsabilit\u00e9s devant l’histoire en n’entravant pas ce processus multipolariste, v\u00e9ritable “optimum de second rang” pour prendre une m\u00e9taphore emprunt\u00e9e \u00e0 l’\u00e9conomie, qui a pour lui, par rapport \u00e0 la pr\u00e9tendue et mal nomm\u00e9e pax americana, l’avantage de la raison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’appel r\u00e9cent des r\u00e9servistes russes peut modifier la nature de la guerre, qui deviendrait une guerre du peuple, peut-\u00eatre aussi la nature du r\u00e9gime, cela ne changera rien \u00e0 la situation d’agress\u00e9e de la Russie. Il est erron\u00e9 de faire du soutien \u00e0 Vladimir Poutine un pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la prise en compte des int\u00e9r\u00eats vitaux de la Russie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le r\u00e9gime de M. Poutine est, comme sa personne, \u00e9minemment transitoire. Rien ne nous dit vers quoi il peut tendre : ou bien la fuite en avant dans une solitude bonapartiste (avec les ambigu\u00eft\u00e9s que comporte ce type de r\u00e9gime bourgeois issu d’un fond r\u00e9volutionnaire parfois en partie assum\u00e9 parfois clairement rejet\u00e9) ou bien un large front o\u00f9 les communistes joueraient un r\u00f4le encore plus actif qu’\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. Bien entendu, il importe pour cela que soit d\u00e9fendue l’histoire r\u00e9elle de l’Ukraine sovi\u00e9tique et que soient repouss\u00e9es toutes les tentatives, y compris celles qui \u00e9manent de Poutine, pour pr\u00e9senter L\u00e9nine comme le responsable lointain de la situation actuelle alors que le “Drang nach Osten” actuel des imp\u00e9rialismes anglo-saxon et euro-germanique via l’UE et l’OTAN est un effet direct de la contre-r\u00e9volution foment\u00e9e par Gorbatchev, Eltsine et ceux qui ont alors soutenu la contre-r\u00e9volution russe largement aid\u00e9e, voire pilot\u00e9e par l’imp\u00e9rialisme \u00e9tats-unien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce qui me semble \u00e9vident c’est que les consid\u00e9rations de type imp\u00e9rialiste sont loin de d\u00e9terminer la politique russe en la mati\u00e8re. Certes, la Russie a ses int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00e9conomiques (qui n’en a pas? m\u00eame des pays socialistes en auraient) mais il faudra beaucoup d’ann\u00e9es \u00e0 la Russie pour arriver au point o\u00f9 l’exportation de capitaux deviendrait le crit\u00e8re majeur, vital qui d\u00e9terminerait le d\u00e9clenchement ou non d’une guerre. L’un des crit\u00e8res l\u00e9ninistes essentiel du stade imp\u00e9rialiste est la configuration de l’appareil \u00e9conomique vers l’exportation de capitaux. Or la Russie exporte bien davantage des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, l’exportation de capitaux a cru, bien entendu, depuis trente ans mais reste marginale. La Russie ressemble \u00e0 beaucoup de pays avec une bourgeoisie nationale, d\u00e9fendant des int\u00e9r\u00eats nationaux, vitaux, et se heurtant \u00e0 des offensives r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es de l’imp\u00e9rialisme am\u00e9ricain, mais cette fois-ci, et c’est une garantie de son succ\u00e8s, avec le reste d’un appareil d’\u00c9tat fourni par le socialisme et avec l’exp\u00e9rience d’un pays socialiste ayant subi les attaques continuelles de l’imp\u00e9rialisme, ce qui lui permet, pour l’instant, de tenir. Sans oublier la nouvelle donne de la d\u00e9dollarisation, qui permet \u00e0 la Russie de survivre \u00e9conomiquement aux sanctions, et qui n’aurait pas pu avoir lieu sans la croissance rapide de l’\u00e9conomie chinoise ou encore l’exemple galvanisant de pays comme la RPDC qui ont maintenu leur ind\u00e9pendance en dehors des diktats mondiaux du FMI ou de la Banque mondiale, montrant, par l\u00e0, au sens propre du terme, qu’un autre monde est possible. Ajoutons que, quand bien m\u00eame on parlerait d’imp\u00e9rialisme russe, cela ne changerait pas le fait que la Russie est actuellement en posture d\u00e9fensive et que l’UE-OTAN est fondamentalement, contre les apparences, l’agresseur du peuple russe et le bourreau des populations ouvri\u00e8res du Donbass. D\u00e9j\u00e0 en 1935, lors du VIIe congr\u00e8s de l’IC, Dimitrov montrait dans son rapport que, bien que la France et l’Angleterre fussent des \u00c9tats imp\u00e9rialistes, l’agresseur lors de la prochaine guerre serait clairement Hitler et l’imp\u00e9rialisme allemand. D\u00e9finir un \u00c9tat comme imp\u00e9rialiste ne suffit donc pas \u00e0 \u00e9tablir, hors de toute analyse concr\u00e8te de la situation concr\u00e8te, qui est l’agresseur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au P\u00f4le de Renaissance Communiste en France, d’aucuns pensent tout comme moi, d’autres peuvent d\u00e9velopper d’autres analyses, nous ne demandons pas l’unanimisme. Nous ne faisons pas de la question de la non-existence de l’imp\u00e9rialisme russe une question de principes ou un pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la discussion et \u00e0 l’action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce qui importe pour nous, c’est la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d’une lutte antifasciste, d’un front antifasciste, voire d’un front anti-exterministe tant d\u00e9sormais le bloc h\u00e9g\u00e9monique euro-atlantique en perte de vitesse et n\u00e9anmoins, “h\u00e9g\u00e9mon” du monde capitaliste-imp\u00e9rialiste, repr\u00e9sente de dangers mortels pour l’humanit\u00e9, voire pour l’avenir du vivant sur Terre. Le VIIe congr\u00e8s de l’Internationale communiste, qui appelait r\u00e9solument \u00e0 ce front, tout en appelant aussi, de mani\u00e8re non moins d\u00e9cisive, \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer l’internationalisme prol\u00e9tarien et le combat de classe, reste pour nous un jalon fondateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00eame dans son discours fondateur du VIIe congr\u00e8s de l’Internationale communiste, rappelons que Dimitrov \u00e9voquait hardiment la possibilit\u00e9 d’un \u00e9ventuel soutien communiste \u00e0 un gouvernement non communiste, en France, qui m\u00e8nerait r\u00e9solument une politique antifasciste. Or, on ne pouvait pas nier que la France \u00e9tait, a fortiori pour l’\u00e9poque, un pays imp\u00e9rialiste. N\u00e9anmoins, tout le monde voyait que c’\u00e9tait Hitler l’agresseur. Et Dimitrov proposait d’autant plus un front antifasciste coh\u00e9rent dirig\u00e9, autant que faire se pouvait, par la classe ouvri\u00e8re et par le pays du socialisme. On peut lire dans cette m\u00eame intervention au congr\u00e8s des consid\u00e9rations similaires concernant l’Angleterre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le VIIe congr\u00e8s n’est pas un choix parmi d’autres, il a d\u00e9termin\u00e9 une strat\u00e9gie coh\u00e9rente qui s’est av\u00e9r\u00e9e victorieuse dans la d\u00e9faite du fascisme et l’expansion du mode de production socialiste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces consid\u00e9rations faites, si d’autres camarades d’autres organisations sont sur d’autres analyses, j’insiste non sur l’obligation, mais du moins sur la possibilit\u00e9, malgr\u00e9 les divergences, d’actions communes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les tenants du “ni-ni”, pour peu qu’ils veulent r\u00e9ellement se d\u00e9marquer de la russophobie ambiante promue \u00e0 son de trompe par les bourgeoisies occidentales, doivent \u00e0 tout le moins s’appliquer le mot d’ordre qui nous vient du regrett\u00e9 Karl Liebknecht : “l’ennemi principal est dans ton propre pays”. Ils sont donc attendus, en Occident, sur une lutte concr\u00e8te contre l’OTAN. Ajoutons que le mot d’ordre de Liebknecht ne doit pas \u00eatre lu \u00e0 contresens car ce dernier n’a jamais dit “l’ennemi principal est ton propre pays” et nous-m\u00eames, communistes fran\u00e7ais qui aimons notre peuple, nous constatons que l’alignement des Sarkozy, Hollande et autre Macron nuit gravement \u00e0 notre pays en l’entra\u00eenant pas \u00e0 pas vers une guerre mondiale pour la supr\u00e9matie mondiale de l’Oncle Sam, ce qui est totalement contraire \u00e0 l’int\u00e9r\u00eat national de notre peuple, et centralement \u00e0 celui des travailleurs. Nous nous battons \u00e0 la fois pour la paix mondiale et pour la souverainet\u00e9 de tous les peuples, non seulement celle des peuples d’Afrique, mais celle de notre pays. Nous rappelons que lorsque le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Gaulle, alors soutenu en cela par le PCF d’alors, sortait du commandement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de l’OTAN, condamnait l’intervention US au Vietnam ou l’expansionnisme isra\u00e9lien au Proche-Orient, ou encore lorsque Dominique de Villepin refusait d’engager la France dans l’invasion am\u00e9ricaine de l’Irak, notre pays jouissait d’un grand prestige mondial alors que l’alignement de Macron sur Biden et que la marche de l’UE-OTAN vers un \u00c9tat f\u00e9d\u00e9ral europ\u00e9en supervis\u00e9 par Washington et pilot\u00e9 par Berlin, ne fait qu’abaisser, humilier, voire menacer notre pays dans son existence nationale m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En Occident, il faut alerter notre opinion ;
1) contre le poids accru de l’OTAN, le r\u00e9armement de l’Allemagne et la militarisation-fascisation croissante de l’UE, contre la mise en place d’un \u00c9tat f\u00e9d\u00e9ral europ\u00e9en supranational qui est un danger majeur pour tous les peuples, contre la criminalisation du communisme associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9habilitation des nazis que comporte implicitement la R\u00e9solution du Parlement europ\u00e9en vot\u00e9e en septembre 2019.
2) contre la propagande de guerre : refuser qu’on nous fasse gober que les Russes bombardent une centrale nucl\u00e9aire qu’ils contr\u00f4lent d\u00e9j\u00e0, ou d\u00e9truisent leur propre gazoduc alors qu’ils n’auraient qu’\u00e0 fermer le robinet, ou encore que le jour du rattachement apr\u00e8s le r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum les Russes prendraient pour cibles des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s cherchant \u00e0 rejoindre la Russie alors qu’il est bien plus logique, m\u00eame si c’est une logique perverse, qu’il s’agit vraisemblablement de mesures de repr\u00e9sailles de la part des ki\u00e9viens. Nous avons affaire \u00e0 une propagande \u00e0 la Goebbels du type plus c’est gros plus \u00e7a marche. C’est comme lorsque Macron dit “l’antisionisme c’est de l’antis\u00e9mitisme”, tout le monde comprend que c’est stupide mais c’est une d\u00e9claration qui fait sens, qui montre une soumission au discours dominant, c’est un acte de foi, fanatique. On reconna\u00eet \u00e0 cet irrationalisme de la propagande un sympt\u00f4me clair de la fascisation et de l’obscurcissement des “Lumi\u00e8res”, que la grande bourgeoisie est devenue totalement incapable de porter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans tous les cas, je pense que les partis communistes qui voudraient imposer \u00e0 tous d’adopter le “ni-ni” comme plate-forme th\u00e9orique se nuiraient involontairement \u00e0 eux-m\u00eames. Rappelons que la libert\u00e9 de critique fait partie de la discussion internationale entre communistes et qu’elle est un pr\u00e9alable n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l’union dans le respect des particularit\u00e9s nationales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En tout cas, on aura bien compris que pour la russophobie, pour la sinophobie, ce sera sans nous. Nous saluons donc tr\u00e8s chaleureusement cette initiative parisienne qui regroupe de nombreux partis communistes \u00e9trangers refusant clairement le “ni-ni” comme une \u00e9tape essentielle vers une prise de conscience des int\u00e9r\u00eats profonds du mouvement communiste international.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Et cela dans une situation g\u00e9opolitique o\u00f9, de plus en plus, des gr\u00e8ves qui montent tr\u00e8s fort en Inde, en Grande-Bretagne, aux USA, et je l’esp\u00e8re, en France prochainement, le prol\u00e9tariat international et la classe ouvri\u00e8re de chaque pays seront de plus en plus appel\u00e9s \u00e0 se confronter durement, avec l’aide d’un Mouvement communiste International r\u00e9surgent, uni et clair, \u00e0 reprendre peu \u00e0 peu l’initiative historique dont les avaient priv\u00e9s la contre-r\u00e9volution, la trahison et la capitulation gorbatch\u00e9vienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dear comrades,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On February 24, Russia turned the tables. It undertook to do everything to break the encirclement. When I think of the 700 American bases surrounding Russia and China, of John McCain and Victoria Nuland parading around Kiev eight years ago and handing out billions of dollars to Ukrainian neo-fascist forces, I can’t help but picture Russia as a beleaguered fort and the said “special operation” as an attempt to break the siege. The French have in mind the siege of Alesia, when what remained of Gaul resisted in a single oppidum. One can also think of the republican troops of Dombrowski or the communard Rossel trying to break the siege of Paris carried out by Bismark in 1871. Other peoples would have, for example, Fort Alamo in mind. The comparison, somewhat tragic, stops there because in this case, I think that Russia, the eternal encircled to which the West had no cease to forbid the access to the warm seas, seeks nothing else than to establish a glacis in the East and the South of Ukraine and to make respect its security in a durable way and, that goes with it, to guarantee the security for the Russian-speaking populations of Ukraine martyred since eight years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To dismiss “NATO and Putin”, as one often hears, not to mention those who adopt the mindless Western narrative demonizing “Putin’s madness”, is to take the side of the strongest militarily. This is what most Trotskyists do unperturbed. One wonders whether Trotskyism is not the ideological clothing of this posture. In our country, the party affiliated to the so-called Fourth International, the NPA, has called for military support for what they call “Ukraine”. I did say: the strongest militarily. Because Russia has other assets and notably the possible support of large sectors of the world opinion, very different from what is ideologically called the West.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The United States, since its inglorious withdrawal from Afghanistan, has shown that military superiority, however obvious, is not enough. With the assets that any asymmetrical struggle, based on the ideological appreciation of the balance of power, can bring, Russia can impose what its leaders call “multipolarism”, which seems to be its long-term objective after the short-term objective of denazification and demilitarization of Ukraine. The communists, who hope for more, namely the victory of socialism in a cooperation of free nations, can at least take their responsibility before history by not hindering this multipolarist process, a real “second best” to take a metaphor borrowed from economics, which has for him, compared to the so-called and badly named pax americana, the advantage of reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The recent call-up of Russian reservists may change the nature of the war, which would become a war of the people, and perhaps also the nature of the regime, but it will not change anything in Russia’s situation as an aggressor. It is wrong to make support for Vladimir Putin a prerequisite for taking into account Russia’s vital interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Putin’s regime is, like his person, eminently transitory. Nothing tells us what he may be aiming at: either a flight forward into a Bonapartist solitude (with the ambiguities that this type of the bourgeois regime entails, stemming from a revolutionary background that is sometimes partly assumed and sometimes clearly rejected) or a broad front where the communists would play an even more active role than at present. Of course, it is important for this to defend the real history of the Soviet Ukraine and to reject all attempts, including those coming from Putin, to present Lenin as the remote responsible for the current situation, whereas the current “Drang nach Osten” of Anglo-Saxon and Euro-German imperialism via the EU and NATO is a direct effect of the counter-revolution fomented by Gorbachev, Yeltsin and those who then supported the Russian counter-revolution largely helped, if not piloted, by US imperialism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What seems obvious to me is that imperialist considerations are far from determining Russian policy in this area. Certainly, Russia has its economic interests (who doesn’t? even socialist countries would have them) but it will take many years for Russia to reach the point where the export of capital would become the major, vital criterion that would determine whether or not to start a war. One of the essential Leninist criteria of the imperialist stage is the configuration of the economic apparatus towards the export of capital. Now Russia exports much more raw materials, the export of capital has grown, of course, for thirty years but remains marginal. Russia resembles many countries with a national bourgeoisie, defending national, vital interests, and facing repeated offensives from American imperialism, but this time, and this is a guarantee of its success, with the remainder of a state apparatus provided by socialism and with the experience of a socialist country that has undergone continuous attacks from imperialism, which allows it, for the moment, to hold out. Not to mention the new deal of de-dollarization, which allows Russia to survive economically the sanctions, and which could not have happened without the rapid growth of the Chinese economy, or the galvanizing example of countries like the DPRK that have maintained their independence outside the global dictates of the IMF or the World Bank, showing, in the true sense of the word, that another world is possible. Let us add that, even if we speak of Russian imperialism, this would not change the fact that Russia is currently in a defensive posture and that the EU-NATO is basically, against all appearances, the aggressor of the Russian people and the executioner of the working people of Donbass. Already in 1935, at the VII Congress of the CI, Dimitrov showed in his report that, although France and England were imperialist states, the aggressor in the next war would clearly be Hitler and German imperialism. Defining a state as imperialist is therefore not enough to establish, outside of any concrete analysis of the concrete situation, who the aggressor is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the P\u00f4le de Renaissance Communiste in France, some people think just like me, others can develop other analyses, we do not ask for unanimity. We do not make the question of the non-existence of Russian imperialism a question of principles or a prerequisite for discussion and action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is important for us is the necessity of an anti-fascist struggle, of an anti-fascist front, even of an anti-exterminist front, because the declining Euro-Atlantic hegemonic bloc, which is nevertheless the “hegemon” of the capitalist-imperialist world, represents mortal dangers for humanity, and even for the future of life on earth. The 7th Congress of the Communist International, which resolutely called for this front, while also calling, no less decisively, for the deployment of proletarian internationalism and class struggle, remains for us a founding milestone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even in his founding speech at the VIIth Congress of the Communist International, let’s recall that Dimitrov boldly evoked the possibility of a possible communist support to a non-communist government, in France, which would resolutely carry out an anti-fascist policy. Now, it could not be denied that France was, a fortiori for that time, an imperialist country. Nevertheless, everyone saw that Hitler was the aggressor. And Dimitrov proposed all the more a coherent anti-fascist front led, as far as possible, by the working class and by the country of socialism. Similar considerations concerning England can be read in the same speech to the congress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The VII Congress is not a choice among others, it determined a coherent strategy that proved to be victorious in the defeat of fascism and the expansion of the socialist mode of production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With these considerations in mind, if other comrades from other organizations have different analyses, I insist not on the obligation, but at least on the possibility, despite the differences, of common actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The supporters of “ni-ni”, if they really want to distance themselves from the ambient Russophobia promoted by the Western bourgeoisie, must at least apply the motto that comes from the late Karl Liebknecht: “the main enemy is in your own country”. They are therefore expected, in the West, to wage a concrete struggle against NATO. Let us add that Liebknecht’s motto should not be read in the wrong way, because Liebknecht never said “the main enemy is your own country” and we, French communists who love our people, see that the alignment of Sarkozy, Hollande and Macron is seriously damaging to our country by dragging it step by step towards a world war for the global supremacy of Uncle Sam, which is totally contrary to the national interest of our people, and centrally to that of the workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are fighting both for world peace and for the sovereignty of all peoples, not only that of the people of Africa, but of our country. In the West, we must alert our opinion:
1) Against the increased weight of NATO, the rearmament of Germany and the increasing militarization-fascization of the EU, against the establishment of a supranational European federal state which is a major danger for all peoples, against the criminalization of communism associated with the rehabilitation of the Nazis that is implicitly included in the Resolution of the European Parliament voted in September 2019.
2) Against war propaganda: refusing to believe that the Russians are bombing a nuclear power station that they already control, or destroying their own gas pipeline when they could just turn off the tap, or that on the day of the reattachment after the referendum the Russians would target refugees seeking to join Russia when it is much more logical, even if it is a perverse logic, that it is probably a question of retaliation on the part of the Kievians. We are dealing with Goebbels-style propaganda, the bigger the better. It’s like when Macron says “anti-Zionism is anti-Semitism”, everyone understands that it’s stupid but it’s a statement that makes sense, that shows a submission to the dominant discourse, it’s an act of faith, fanatical. This irrationalism of the propaganda is a clear symptom of the fascization and obscuration of the “Enlightenment”, which the big bourgeoisie has become totally incapable of carrying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In any case, I think that the communist parties that would like to impose to all to adopt the “ni-ni” as a theoretical platform would involuntarily harm themselves. Let’s remember that freedom of criticism is part of the international discussion between communists and that it is a necessary precondition for the union while respecting national particularities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In any case, it will be well understood that for Russophobia, for Sinophobia, it will be without us. We therefore warmly welcome this Parisian initiative which gathers many foreign communist parties clearly refusing the “ni-ni” as an essential step towards an awareness of the deep interests of the international communist movement.
And this in a geopolitical situation where, more and more, from the strikes which are rising very strongly in India, in Great Britain, in the USA, and I hope, in France soon, the international proletariat and the working class of each country will be more and more called to confront each other hard, with the help of a resurgent, united and clear International Communist Movement, to take back, little by little, the historical initiative of which they had been deprived by the counter-revolution, the betrayal and the Gorbachevian capitulation.<\/p>\n\n\n
