Dear Comrades,
In these turbulent times, the uniqueness of the revolutionary party of the working class and its adherence to internationalist principles and Anti-imperialists must give a strong message of unity and determination to fight for peace, and independence and against imperialism and wars.
We are living in a period marked by the war in Ukraine, which, day by day, is generalizing into a war between NATO and Russia. In February 2014, with the direct assistance of the USA and other NATO countries, a government coup took place in Ukraine. Throughout the long eight years, the European countries and the USA looked at the genocide of the Russian people in Donbas with extreme equanimity, thus effectively justifying the actions of the Kyiv regime.
Today, the EU and the USA are displaying unheard-of hypocrisy in describing people\u2019s suffering in the course of battles, but ignoring the fact that the use of civilians as human shields has become the standard practice of those whom they call \u201cfreedom fighters.\u201d
Nazi ideology is being inculcated in Ukraine. Ukrainian Fascists who organized and committed atrocities during the Second World War have been officially proclaimed national heroes. Their symbols have been adopted by the state. The Communist Party of Ukraine has been driven underground. Intimidation and assassinations of politicians (Kononovich brothers) and journalists have become the order of the day. Monuments to Lenin and everything reminiscent of life in the USSR is being destroyed.
While the Western politicians and the media, who arrogantly claim to represent \u201cthe world community,\u201d openly take the side of the Neo-Nazis, major countries in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America which have firsthand experience of European and American neo-colonialism, quite rightly see the events in Ukraine as Russia\u2019s struggle against the US-led unipolar world. NATO and Western imperialism are major enemies of peace. Moreover, US, EU and NATO lead policy against Cuba, Venezuela and progressive governments and movements in Latin America. Also, the US permanently provokes the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and the People’s Republic of China. Likewise, Western imperialism is guilty of wars and looting of Africa.
Peoples of the Balkans, especially in the area of the former Yugoslavia, know best what imperialism is. Imperialists want to underpin new clashes in Balkan.
Yugoslavia did not disintegrate on its own, it was violently dismantled for the sake of the interests of Western imperialism, big capital and monopolies who saw their important geostrategic goals and interests in our region, which are still of course very important to them.
Our position is that NATO is the striking fist of Western imperialism, it is a monstrous aggressive military alliance that provokes wars, conflicts and unrest around the world.
The Serbs directly opposed the interests of Western imperialism and NATO, and no doubt suffered great damage and were victims of it. Starting with the fact that the largest number of displaced persons from their homes from the territory of Yugoslavia were among the Serbian people, that NATO bombed us with weapons prohibited by international conventions and thus committed a serious war crime for which no one has been accused and convicted yet, with depleted uranium, from which tens of thousands of people die every year in Serbia.
Undoubtedly, however, all the peoples of the former Yugoslavia, all of them without any exception, have been and are victims of Western imperialism and the violent dismantling of Yugoslavia. Political and economic dependence and conditioning are crystal clear everywhere in former Yugoslavia, we have become easy prey for sharks that have entered our waters.
The necessary and urgent duty for the people is to reject and oppose the policy of \u201cdivide and conquer\u201d which aims at the emergence of new and weak states, in fact, protectorates, as is the case in face of the situation emerging in Kosovo. Today the imperialist plans and rivalry may again cause bloodshed in the region. The policy promoted by the imperialist powers aims not only to the intensification of foreign interventions but also to establishment of governments servile to the imperialist dictates, of regimes that will further deepen the capitalist exploitation and bind their countries to the imperialist organizations of NATO and EU.
The worsening of workers\u2019 living standards in the Balkan countries, the reinforcement of the imperialist organizations, and the measures of repression against communists and the anti-imperialist movement that are taken throughout Europe, also increase the need to act in a better, more organized, and coordinated manner through the ranks of the anti-imperialist, anti-NATO and mass labor movement.
The southern part of Serbia, Kosovo and Metohija, is occupied by NATO. The puppet regime in Kosovo permanently provokes Serbs and Non-Albanians and US and EU squint for it. In that part of our territory, there is the biggest US military base in Balkan – Bondsteel. This part of our territory is under the reign of mafia and war criminals that, with the help of NATO, have control over this territory. Today, negotiations are in process between the puppet regime of, so-called, Kosovo and the Serbian pro-imperialist regime. Western imperialism insists on that agreement because that is the continuation of breaking Yugoslavia.
Russia and China support Serbian sovereignty in United Nations Security Council and Serbia depends on Russian energy. The government in Serbia does not want to bring sanctions on Russia. This is a reason, because the EU, US, and NATO put a lot of pressure on Serbia. They support new clashes and nationalist tensions in Kosovo and Metohija between Serbs and Albanians and they put pressure on Serbia to recognize Kosovo.
People in Serbia have very strong Anti-imperialist sentiment. Young people do not trust the position or opposition, and over 90 percent of people are against the NATO alliance, 54 percent against the EU, and 65 percent of young people against the EU.
However, we do not want to whine. We are ready to change the circumstances in our country. Our orientation, as an Anti-imperialist organization is on the position of proletarian internationalism. For us, that is not a dead letter on paper, but a principle. We expect solidarity and help, but we are also ready to stand in solidarity and help as much as we can all of our sister organizations. Lenin teaches us about dialectical moments. We need to recognize it. The Anti \u2013 imperialists in these historical circumstances need to gather all progressive and anti-imperialist forces and fight against Imperialism. We are convinced that socialism is a lawful stage in the evolution of human society and that the 21st century will be the century of socialism. So, let\u2019s build a society where the working class and other working people are the owners of the government and the means of production!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Queridos camaradas,
En estos tiempos turbulentos, la unicidad del partido revolucionario de la clase obrera y su adhesi\u00f3n a los principios internacionalistas y antiimperialistas deben dar un fuerte mensaje de unidad y determinaci\u00f3n para luchar por la paz y la independencia y contra el imperialismo y las guerras.
Vivimos un periodo marcado por la guerra en Ucrania, que, d\u00eda a d\u00eda, se generaliza en una guerra entre la OTAN y Rusia. En febrero de 2014, con la ayuda directa de Estados Unidos y otros pa\u00edses de la OTAN, se produjo un golpe de Estado en Ucrania. A lo largo de los ocho largos a\u00f1os, los pa\u00edses europeos y EEUU contemplaron con extrema ecuanimidad el genocidio del pueblo ruso en Donb\u00e1s, justificando as\u00ed de hecho las acciones del r\u00e9gimen de Kiev.
En la actualidad, la UE y Estados Unidos hacen gala de una hipocres\u00eda inaudita al describir el sufrimiento de la poblaci\u00f3n en el transcurso de las batallas, pero ignoran el hecho de que el uso de civiles como escudos humanos se ha convertido en la pr\u00e1ctica habitual de aquellos a quienes llaman “luchadores por la libertad”.
En Ucrania se est\u00e1 inculcando la ideolog\u00eda nazi. Los fascistas ucranianos que organizaron y cometieron atrocidades durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial han sido proclamados oficialmente h\u00e9roes nacionales. El Estado ha adoptado sus s\u00edmbolos. El Partido Comunista de Ucrania ha pasado a la clandestinidad. La intimidaci\u00f3n y los asesinatos de pol\u00edticos (hermanos Kononovich) y periodistas est\u00e1n a la orden del d\u00eda. Se destruyen los monumentos a Lenin y todo lo que recuerda la vida en la URSS.
Mientras que los pol\u00edticos y los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n occidentales, que arrogantemente afirman representar a “la comunidad mundial”, se ponen abiertamente del lado de los neonazis, los principales pa\u00edses de Asia, \u00c1frica, Oriente Medio y Am\u00e9rica Latina, que tienen experiencia de primera mano del neocolonialismo europeo y estadounidense, ven con raz\u00f3n los acontecimientos de Ucrania como una lucha de Rusia contra el mundo unipolar dirigido por Estados Unidos. La OTAN y el imperialismo occidental son grandes enemigos de la paz. Adem\u00e1s, EE.UU., la UE y la OTAN dirigen la pol\u00edtica contra Cuba, Venezuela y los gobiernos y movimientos progresistas de Am\u00e9rica Latina. Asimismo, EEUU provoca permanentemente a la Rep\u00fablica Popular Democr\u00e1tica de Corea y a la Rep\u00fablica Popular China. Asimismo, el imperialismo occidental es culpable de las guerras y el saqueo de \u00c1frica.
Los pueblos de los Balcanes, especialmente en la zona de la antigua Yugoslavia, saben mejor que nadie lo que es el imperialismo. Los imperialistas quieren apuntalar nuevos enfrentamientos en los Balcanes.
Yugoslavia no se desintegr\u00f3 por s\u00ed misma, fue desmantelada violentamente en aras de los intereses del imperialismo occidental, del gran capital y de los monopolios que ve\u00edan en nuestra regi\u00f3n sus importantes objetivos e intereses geoestrat\u00e9gicos, que siguen siendo, por supuesto, muy importantes para ellos.
Nuestra posici\u00f3n es que la OTAN es el pu\u00f1o en huelga del imperialismo occidental, es una monstruosa alianza militar agresiva que provoca guerras, conflictos y disturbios en todo el mundo.
Los serbios se opusieron directamente a los intereses del imperialismo occidental y de la OTAN, y sin duda sufrieron grandes da\u00f1os y fueron v\u00edctimas de ello. Empezando por el hecho de que el mayor n\u00famero de desplazados de sus hogares del territorio de Yugoslavia pertenec\u00eda al pueblo serbio, que la OTAN nos bombarde\u00f3 con armas prohibidas por las convenciones internacionales y cometi\u00f3 as\u00ed un grave crimen de guerra por el que nadie ha sido acusado y condenado todav\u00eda, con uranio empobrecido, a causa del cual decenas de miles de personas mueren cada a\u00f1o en Serbia.
Pero, sin duda, todos los pueblos de la antigua Yugoslavia, todos sin excepci\u00f3n, han sido y son v\u00edctimas del imperialismo occidental y del violento desmantelamiento de Yugoslavia. La dependencia y el condicionamiento pol\u00edtico y econ\u00f3mico son evidentes en toda la antigua Yugoslavia, nos hemos convertido en presa f\u00e1cil de los tiburones que han entrado en nuestras aguas.
El deber necesario y urgente de los pueblos es rechazar y oponerse a la pol\u00edtica de “divide y vencer\u00e1s” que tiene como objetivo el surgimiento de nuevos y d\u00e9biles Estados, de hecho, protectorados, como es el caso ante la situaci\u00f3n que est\u00e1 surgiendo en Kosovo. En la actualidad, los planes y la rivalidad imperialistas pueden volver a provocar un derramamiento de sangre en la regi\u00f3n. La pol\u00edtica promovida por las potencias imperialistas apunta no s\u00f3lo a la intensificaci\u00f3n de las intervenciones extranjeras sino tambi\u00e9n al establecimiento de gobiernos serviles a los dictados imperialistas, de reg\u00edmenes que profundizar\u00e1n a\u00fan m\u00e1s la explotaci\u00f3n capitalista y atar\u00e1n sus pa\u00edses a las organizaciones imperialistas de la OTAN y la UE.
El empeoramiento del nivel de vida de los trabajadores en los pa\u00edses balc\u00e1nicos, el reforzamiento de las organizaciones imperialistas y las medidas de represi\u00f3n contra los comunistas y el movimiento antiimperialista que se toman en toda Europa, aumentan tambi\u00e9n la necesidad de actuar de forma mejor, m\u00e1s organizada y coordinada a trav\u00e9s de las filas del movimiento antiimperialista, anti-OTAN y obrero de masas.
La parte sur de Serbia, Kosovo y Metohija, est\u00e1 ocupada por la OTAN. El r\u00e9gimen t\u00edtere de Kosovo provoca permanentemente a serbios y no albaneses y EE.UU. y la UE lo consienten. En esa parte de nuestro territorio se encuentra la mayor base militar estadounidense de los Balcanes: Bondsteel. Esta parte de nuestro territorio est\u00e1 bajo el reino de la mafia y los criminales de guerra que, con la ayuda de la OTAN, tienen el control sobre este territorio. Hoy en d\u00eda, se est\u00e1n llevando a cabo negociaciones entre el r\u00e9gimen t\u00edtere de, as\u00ed llamado, Kosovo y el r\u00e9gimen pro-imperialista serbio. El imperialismo occidental insiste en ese acuerdo porque es la continuaci\u00f3n de la ruptura de Yugoslavia.
Rusia y China apoyan la soberan\u00eda serbia en el Consejo de Seguridad de Naciones Unidas y Serbia depende de la energ\u00eda rusa. El gobierno serbio no quiere imponer sanciones a Rusia. Esto se debe a que la UE, Estados Unidos y la OTAN ejercen mucha presi\u00f3n sobre Serbia. Apoyan nuevos enfrentamientos y tensiones nacionalistas en Kosovo y Metohija entre serbios y albaneses y presionan a Serbia para que reconozca a Kosovo.
La poblaci\u00f3n serbia tiene un sentimiento antiimperialista muy fuerte. M\u00e1s del 90% de la gente est\u00e1 en contra de la alianza de la OTAN, el 54% en contra de la UE y el 65% de los j\u00f3venes en contra de la UE.
Sin embargo, no queremos quejarnos. Estamos dispuestos a cambiar las circunstancias de nuestro pa\u00eds. Nuestra orientaci\u00f3n, como organizaci\u00f3n antiimperialista, est\u00e1 en la posici\u00f3n del internacionalismo proletario. Para nosotros, eso no es letra muerta sobre el papel, sino un principio. Esperamos solidaridad y ayuda, pero tambi\u00e9n estamos dispuestos a solidarizarnos y ayudar en todo lo que podamos a todas nuestras organizaciones hermanas. Lenin nos ense\u00f1a sobre los momentos dial\u00e9cticos. Tenemos que reconocerlo. Los antiimperialistas en estas circunstancias hist\u00f3ricas necesitan reunir todas las fuerzas progresistas y antiimperialistas y luchar contra el imperialismo. Estamos convencidos de que el socialismo es una etapa leg\u00edtima en la evoluci\u00f3n de la sociedad humana y que el siglo XXI ser\u00e1 el siglo del socialismo. As\u00ed pues, \u00a1construyamos una sociedad en la que la clase obrera y los dem\u00e1s trabajadores sean los due\u00f1os del gobierno y de los medios de producci\u00f3n!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
