Compa\u00f1eras and compa\u00f1eros of the social and political organizations of the world who are present at this event of such transcendence, we must thank you for being here with us, the Bolivarians, the Chavistas, at a singular moment for all Venezuelans, when passions explode and our hearts beat stronger, because it is the tenth anniversary of that day of pain and sadness, when our beloved Commander Hugo Ch\u00e1vez left.
In situations like this, words do not seem to be enough to express such deep feelings, and to tell the world that for us Ch\u00e1vez is present and future, and that the historic project he initiated is today assumed by a whole people, who have been capable of defeating the plan that the imperialists and their lackeys deployed to destroy the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
And it is in these weeks of such historical burden, when the principles that govern our revolutionary process are renewed with unusual force, in which the defense of our Independence and the heroic creation of Bolivarian Socialism are combined.
We can affirm with all propriety that it is indeed possible for the people to be the government, that our participatory and protagonist democracy is a tangible reality, both in the sacred pages of our Constitution and in the glorious battles that our people have fought and are fighting against the disastrous alliance of the neoliberal right wing and U.S. imperialism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fellow delegates.
With the greatest humility, the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), on behalf of all our people, must also be deeply grateful for the solidarity that all of you have shown us, because you did not pay attention to the infamies that the media of the international right wing have spread against our country, you, who in the midst of fierce campaigns and threats raise the flag of truth, and denounce in your countries, the most serious crime committed against our people by imperialism: the blockade of our economy.
Just two days ago, the President of the United States, Joe Biden, issued a statement in which he extended the validity of the Executive Order declaring our nation as an unusual and extraordinary threat, an act that clearly violates the most elementary principles of international law and the Charter of the United Nations, for Venezuela this is a dangerous and criminal decision, therefore, we demand the immediate repeal of these executive decisions by the Government of the United States.
The political aggressions, the diplomatic siege, the intense and unprecedented media campaign, and the unilateral coercive measures, that is to say, the blockade of our economy, have not been of any use to them, here we are, the patriots, the Bolivarians, firmer than ever, following the slogan that Commander Ch\u00e1vez left us in his farewell: Unity, Struggle, Battle and Victory!
Without the unity and the irreducible conscience of an entire people, the civic-military unity and the correct leadership of the National Directorate of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), it would not have been possible to defeat the plan of the stateless right wing such as the invasion of February 2019 (Battle of the Bridges), the mercenary actions of 2020, the conspiratorial plans of the neo-fascists, the sabotage to the electric system, the actions of mercenary groups, the diplomatic siege imposed by Washington, and the economic blockade.
Even so, the plan of the right wing and their imperialist masters was doomed to failure from the very first moment, because no one can convince a people to support the invasion of their country, much less the sons of Simon Bolivar.
Our President, Nicol\u00e1s Maduro Moros, with the serenity that characterizes him, said in the most difficult moments: Calm and sanity! Nerves of steel! Intense mobilization of the people!
Then, the plan of the Bolivarian Government of President Maduro, of the PSUV and of all the patriotic forces and social movements was to resist at all costs, to mobilize all the popular forces and to win. Today we can affirm in the most categorical manner that: we resisted and we won.
In this context, the pandemic arrived with its trail of death and pain, the stateless people rubbed their hands together, they thought that we could not meet the great challenge that Covid 19 meant for all humanity, again they were wrong, the President took the lead of the plan, called the people and the people responded, with discipline, with courage, with organizational capacity, helping each other, and we can’t do this without the help of all of us, and we can’t do this without the help of the people, We cannot fail to mention the solidarity of our Cuban brothers and of President Miguel Diaz-Canel, of the government of President Vladimir Putin and of the government of President Xi Jinping, while others not only did not help but prevented us with their macabre acts from acquiring the vaccines and medicines that we needed so much.
Our country was the least affected by the pandemic in all of South America, and that feat has a name: Nicol\u00e1s Maduro Moros, who knew how to make timely decisions and had the ability to unite the people in the face of the tragedy, confront it and defeat it.
From 2019 onwards, under the strategic leadership of President Maduro and our United Socialist Party of Venezuela, we have achieved political stability and peace in the country, and we have begun a firm process of recovery of the economy, in the midst of the economic, financial and commercial blockade, we have been reestablishing our social policy based on solidarity. In 2020, the National Dialogue and the victory in the parliamentary elections marked a new political moment, confirmed in the municipal and regional elections of 2021.
And in this International Anti-Imperialist Conference we want to make it very clear that in the face of the armed conflicts that today shake the world, we are committed to peace, to the realistic and diplomatic solution of conflicts, as well as ratifying our firm commitment to the integration and unity of the peoples of Latin America and the Caribbean, and firm conviction of the need to confront and defeat the forces of neo-fascism and the ultra-right, which are nothing more than the political instrument of imperialism, at a time when its hegemony is threatened by the emergence of a multi-polar world.
From this Homeland of Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar and Hugo Ch\u00e1vez, we express to this International Anti-Imperialist Conference that we are in full combat for the recovery of our productive economy, for the defense of our Bolivarian democracy, and for the defense of our national sovereignty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Long live the Solidarity of the peoples of the world!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will win!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compa\u00f1eras y compa\u00f1eros de las organizaciones sociales y pol\u00edticas del mundo que est\u00e1n presentes en este acto de tanta trascendencia, debemos darles las gracias por estar aqu\u00ed, con nosotros los bolivarianos, los chavistas, en un momento singular para todos los venezolanos y las venezolanas, cuando estallan las pasiones y palpitan con m\u00e1s fuerza nuestros corazones, porque se cumple el d\u00e9cimo aniversario, de aquel d\u00eda de dolor y tristeza, cuando se produjo la partida de nuestro querido Comandante Hugo Ch\u00e1vez.
En situaciones como esta, las palabras parecieran no ser suficientes para expresar sentimientos tan profundos, y para decirle al mundo, que para nosotros Ch\u00e1vez es presente y es futuro, y que el proyecto hist\u00f3rico que \u00e9l inici\u00f3, hoy es asumido por todo un pueblo, que ha sido capaz de vencer el plan que los imperialistas y sus lacayos desplegaron para destruir a la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela.
Y es en estas semanas de tanta carga hist\u00f3rica, cuando se renuevan con inusitada fuerza los principios que rigen nuestro proceso revolucionario, en el que se conjugan, la defensa de nuestra Independencia y la creaci\u00f3n heroica del Socialismo Bolivariano.
Nosotros podemos afirmar con toda propiedad que s\u00ed es posible que el pueblo sea gobierno, que nuestra democracia participativa y protag\u00f3nica es una realidad tangible, tanto en las p\u00e1ginas sagradas de nuestra Constituci\u00f3n, como en las gloriosas batallas que ha librado y que libra nuestro pueblo, contra la funesta alianza de la derecha neoliberal y el imperialismo norteamericano.
Compa\u00f1eras delegadas y compa\u00f1eros delegados.
Con la mayor humildad, el Partido Socialista Unido de Venezuela (PSUV), a nombre de todo nuestro pueblo, tambi\u00e9n, debe agradecer profundamente la solidaridad que todos ustedes nos han brindado, porque ustedes no atendieron a las infamias que contra nuestro pa\u00eds han propagado los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n de la derecha internacional, ustedes, que en medio de <\/p>\n\n\n\n

feroces campa\u00f1as y de amenazas levantan la bandera de la verdad, y denuncian en sus pa\u00edses, el m\u00e1s grave crimen que contra nuestro pueblo comete el imperialismo: el bloqueo a nuestra econom\u00eda.
Hace apenas dos d\u00edas, el Presidente de Estados Unidos, Joe Biden, emiti\u00f3 un comunicado en el que extiende la vigencia del Decreto que declara a nuestra naci\u00f3n como una amenaza inusual y extraordinaria, un acto a todas luces violatorio de los m\u00e1s elementales principios del derecho internacional y de la Carta de las Naciones Unidas, para Venezuela esa es una decisi\u00f3n peligrosa y criminal , por lo tanto, exigimos al Gobierno de Estados Unidos la derogatoria inmediata de esas decisiones ejecutivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las agresiones pol\u00edticas, el cerco diplom\u00e1tico, la intensa e in\u00e9dita campa\u00f1a medi\u00e1tica, y las medidas coercitivas unilaterales, es decir, el bloqueo a nuestra econom\u00eda, no les ha servido para nada, aqu\u00ed estamos nosotros, los patriotas, los bolivarianos, m\u00e1s firmes que nunca, siguiendo la consigna que nos dej\u00f3 en su despedida el Comandante Ch\u00e1vez: \u00a1Unidad, Lucha, Batalla y Victoria!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sin la unidad y la conciencia irreductible de todo un pueblo, la unidad c\u00edvico militar y la correcta conducci\u00f3n de la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional del Partido Socialista Unido de Venezuela (PSUV), no hubiese sido posible derrotar el plan de la derecha ap\u00e1trida como el de la invasi\u00f3n de febrero de 2019 (Batalla de los puentes), las acciones mercenarias de 2020, los planes conspirativos de los neofascistas, el sabotaje al sistema el\u00e9ctrico, las acciones de grupos mercenarios, el cerco diplom\u00e1tico impuesto por Washington, y el bloqueo econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aun as\u00ed, el plan de la derecha y sus amos imperialistas estaba condenado al fracaso desde el primer momento, porque nadie puede convencer a un pueblo que apoye la invasi\u00f3n de su pa\u00eds, y mucho menos, a los hijos de Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar.
Nuestro Presidente, Nicol\u00e1s Maduro Moros, con la serenidad que lo caracteriza, dijo en los momentos m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles: \u00a1Calma y cordura! \u00a1Nervios de acero! \u00a1Intensa movilizaci\u00f3n del pueblo! Entonces, el plan del Gobierno Bolivariano del Presidente Maduro, del PSUV y de todas las fuerzas patri\u00f3ticas y de los movimientos sociales, fue el de resistir a toda costa, movilizar a todas las fuerzas populares y vencer. Hoy podemos afirmar de la manera m\u00e1s categ\u00f3rica, que: resistimos y vencimos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ese contexto, lleg\u00f3 la pandemia con su estela de muerte y dolor, los ap\u00e1tridas se frotaban las manos, pensaban que no podr\u00edamos atender el gran desaf\u00edo que signific\u00f3 el Covid 19 para toda la humanidad, de nuevo se equivocaron, el Presidente se puso al frente del plan, convoc\u00f3 al pueblo y el pueblo respondi\u00f3, con disciplina,con valor, con capacidad organizativa, ayud\u00e1ndonos entre todos, y no podemos dejar de mencionar la solidaridad de nuestros hermanos cubanos y del Presidente Miguel D\u00edaz-Canel, del gobierno del Presidente Vladimir Putin, y del Gobierno del Presidente Xi Jinping, mientras que otros no solo no ayudaron sino que impidieron con sus actos macabros que adquiri\u00e9ramos las vacunas y las medicinas que tanta falta nos hac\u00edan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nuestro pa\u00eds fue el menos afectado de toda Am\u00e9rica del Sur por la pandemia, y esa proeza tiene un nombre: Nicol\u00e1s Maduro Moros, quien supo tomar decisiones a tiempo y tuvo la <\/p>\n\n\n\n

capacidad de unir al pueblo ante la tragedia, enfrentarla y vencerla.
Desde el 2019 en adelante, bajo la conducci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica del Presidente Maduro y de nuestro Partido Socialista Unido de Venezuela, hemos logrado la estabilidad pol\u00edtica y la paz del pa\u00eds, y hemos comenzado un proceso firme de recuperaci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda, en medio del bloqueo econ\u00f3mico, financiero y comercial, hemos ido restableciendo nuestra pol\u00edtica social fundamentada en la solidaridad. En 2020, el Di\u00e1logo Nacional y la victoria en las elecciones parlamentarias marcaron un nuevo momento pol\u00edtico, confirmado en los comicios municipales y regionales de 2021.
Y en esta Conferencia Internacional Antiimperialista queremos dejar bien claro que ante los conflictos b\u00e9licos que hoy estremecen al mundo, nosotros apostamos a la paz, a la soluci\u00f3n realista y diplom\u00e1tica de los conflictos, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n, ratificamos nuestro firme compromiso con la integraci\u00f3n y la unidad de los pueblos de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe, y firme convicci\u00f3n de la necesidad de enfrentar y vencer a las fuerzas del neofascismo y de la ultraderecha, que no son otra cosa que el instrumento pol\u00edtico del imperialismo, en un tiempo en que se ve amenazada su hegemon\u00eda, ante el surgimiento de un mundo pluripolar.
Desde esta la Patria de Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar y de Hugo Ch\u00e1vez, le expresamos a esta Conferencia Internacional Antiimperialista que estamos en pleno combate por la recuperaci\u00f3n de nuestra econom\u00eda productiva, por la defensa de nuestra democracia bolivariana, y por la defensa de nuestra soberan\u00eda nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
