Dear comrades,
 
It is an honor to be here with you at this third international meeting, here in Caracas, Venezuela, a veritable citadel besieged by the fanatical and reactionary hordes of US imperialism and its satellites. We could have dreamed of a better place to hold a meeting of the world anti-imperialist platform than in the heart of Latin America and the Caribbean, let me say “Our America”, yes, the America of dignified peoples struggling for their independence and freedom, the America of revolutionaries and progressives, the America of Simon Bolivar, Jos\u00e9 Marti, of Commander Fidel Castro and Hugo Chavez!
Yes, because it is here, on this continent, that the imperialism and capitalism that we are fighting today was born, through the fierce exploitation, slavery and genocide of the native populations that allowed the primitive accumulation of Capital. It was here that imperialism was born through the establishment of the first colonialist system by the European bourgeoisie, undoubtedly the most ferocious on the planet, and whose after-effects continue, 500 years later, to scar the faces of the peoples.
It was here on this continent that the torch of hope was lit when young revolutionaries liberated Havana on January 1, 1959, and proclaimed the first socialist revolution in the Western Hemisphere. It is still here, in Bolivar’s homeland, that the hope and the flag of socialism were brandished by Commander Hugo Chavez in the midst of the rising tide of the world counter-revolution. It is also here that many of the toughest battles against globalized imperialism have been fought in recent years and that the courageous Venezuelan people have resisted all the assaults of the foul beast. Caracas and its people have undoubtedly earned the merit and honor of being considered the world capital of anti-imperialism.
Today, when the US-NATO Empire is pushing for constant military escalation against the Russian Federation, which is waging a defensive war against the neo-Nazi and mercenary hordes of the fascist regime in Kiev and NATO, it is urgently necessary to build and strengthen the world anti-imperialist front, against the imperialist war of NATO, who are the intellectual authors of this war as we know, and claimed by their secretary general Jens Stoltenberg in a recent press interview.
In France the vulgar servitude of the Macronist regime is total, and to satisfy its masters they have taken the scandalous initiative of delivering Leclerc tanks to the terrorist regime of the oligarch Zelensky. A position supported by almost the entire spectrum of the socio-imperialist left, including the pseudo French “Communist” Party, which not content with having voted the infamous resolution of November 30, 2022 in the National Assembly for war credits and total support for the Kiev fascists and the annexation of Finland and Sweden, is defending Macron against the French people in the current massive mobilization against the plan to destroy pensions and the extension of the legal retirement age from 62 to 64.
Yes, because it is necessary to specify that our country is today on the verge of a social explosion, not feared but desired, with the biggest movement of protests and strikes since 1995, a mobilization that continues more than ever and in which is totally mobilized, even as I speak to you, our party, the Pole of Communist Rebirth in France (PRCF), as well as authentic communist activists such as our comrades of the ANC and others. And among the masses of our people the overwhelming majority rejects totally the scandalous financing and arming of the Kiev regime, whose financial resources are obviously taken away from our pension system and other social achievements historically acquired by the struggle of the working class.
Friends and comrades, you have surely come today to defend our most cherished humanist causes. Indeed, capitalism-imperialism, which has become more and more hegemonic, fascist and exterminist under the leadership of Washington, the EU-NATO, is now cynically pushing for what, long before the Russian intervention in Ukraine, the world crusaders of Russophobia and anti-Sovietism were already calling a “global conflict of high intensity”.
The risk of such a conflict is indeed the “end of history”\u2026 by eradicating humanity! But what does such a risk weigh in the eyes of those who already, in 1984, during the Euromissile crisis, cried out with Ronald Reagan “rather dead than red! “and for whom the risk of global extermination is less important, from the point of view of their class and caste, than that of seeing humanity free itself from Wall Street, the dollar, the US Army, the global cultural and linguistic domination of the Empire, GAFAM, the predations of neo-colonial empires on Africa and Latin America, the general aspiration of peoples to a world of sovereign, free, equal and fraternal nations cooperating for a development centered on man, respectful of the environment and emancipated from the suicidal quest of the all-profit?
Macron knows how to “simultaneously” find hundreds of billions of “magic money” to feed a military programming law fattening up missile merchants, and to deploy in France itself his class war against the workers, whose pensions, social security, nationalized companies like EdF, in short, everything that was won in 1945 when the communist ministers Thorez, Croizat, Paul, Casanova, Billoux, Tillon, Wallon, building on the prestige of the historical PCF, then called the Party of the Fusill\u00e9s, and on the class CGT of Frachon, excluded the extreme right from national life, put the big collabo employers on the defensive and gave our working class the most beautiful advances of our history?
Linked to NATO, the EU is supplying heavy weapons to the neo-Bandarist regime in Kiev, the ex-Western allies of the USSR are encouraging the outrageous rearmament of Berlin and Tokyo, and it is in the name of “Western democratic values” that all these people turn a blind eye to the oppression in Gaza, It is in the name of “Western democratic values” that the whole rabble turns a blind eye to the oppression of Gaza, joins in the blockade of Cuba, lets the Memphis police lynch black citizens, co-opts the clerical regime in Warsaw which bans the Polish CP or adores the nostalgic Mussolini Giorgia Melloni without a qualm. Moreover, these Atlanticists above all suspicion welcome with open arms the bloody putschist president of Peru as long as she is anti-Cuban. When the Berlin-led EU and Washington-led NATO ally themselves with the Kiev pronazis who are abolishing the Labor Code in Ukraine, what else are they really doing but exploiting the nine-year martyrdom of the working-class Donbass to prepare for the imperialist re-division by the Western imperialists of Russia, China and the other BRICS, and to subject European industry to American shale gas, while offering Berlin, as compensation, the possibility of once again becoming Europe’s largest army?
Let us be aware of this: in an even more global way than Nazi exterminism could be, we are dealing with a project of world subjugation of the same anthropocidal nature as was the hideous Hitlerian project that the Red Army of workers and peasants broke in Moscow, Stalingrad, Kursk and Berlin! That is why our loyalty to Stalingrad, which we celebrated on February 4 in Paris with our comrades of the ANC, is a loyalty to the future of the working class, the country, its youth and humanity.
I am here to say that to be a communist and French is to be faithful to the political principles, revolutionary values and historical memory of the international communist movement and the struggle of peoples against colonialism and imperialism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es un honor estar aqu\u00ed con ustedes en esta tercera reuni\u00f3n internacional, aqu\u00ed en Caracas, Venezuela, una verdadera ciudadela asediada por las hordas fan\u00e1ticas y reaccionarias del imperialismo estadounidense y sus sat\u00e9lites. \u00a1Se podr\u00eda haber so\u00f1ado con un lugar mejor para celebrar una reuni\u00f3n de la plataforma mundial antiimperialista que en el coraz\u00f3n de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe, perm\u00edtanme decir “Nuestra Am\u00e9rica”, s\u00ed la Am\u00e9rica de los pueblos dignos en lucha por su independencia y su libertad, la Am\u00e9rica de los revolucionarios y progresistas, la Am\u00e9rica de Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar, de Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed, del Comandante Fidel Castro y de Hugo Ch\u00e1vez!
S\u00ed, porque es aqu\u00ed, en este continente, donde naci\u00f3 el imperialismo y el capitalismo que hoy combatimos, a trav\u00e9s de la feroz explotaci\u00f3n, esclavitud y genocidio de las poblaciones originarias que permitieron la acumulaci\u00f3n primitiva del Capital. Es aqu\u00ed donde nace el imperialismo con la instauraci\u00f3n del primer sistema colonialista por la burgues\u00eda europea, sin duda el m\u00e1s feroz del planeta, y cuyas secuelas siguen, 500 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, marcando el rostro de los pueblos.
Fue aqu\u00ed, en este continente, donde se encendi\u00f3 la antorcha de la esperanza cuando los j\u00f3venes revolucionarios liberaron La Habana el primero de enero de 1959 y proclamaron la primera revoluci\u00f3n socialista del hemisferio occidental. Todav\u00eda es aqu\u00ed, en la patria de Bol\u00edvar, donde la esperanza y la bandera del socialismo fueron enarboladas por el comandante Hugo Ch\u00e1vez en medio de la creciente marea de la contrarrevoluci\u00f3n mundial. Es tambi\u00e9n aqu\u00ed donde se han librado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os muchas de las batallas m\u00e1s duras contra el imperialismo globalizado y donde el valeroso pueblo venezolano ha resistido todos los embates de la bestia inmunda. Caracas y su pueblo se han ganado sin duda el m\u00e9rito y el honor de ser considerados la \u00a1capital mundial del antiimperialismo!
Hoy en d\u00eda, cuando el Imperio EEUU-OTAN presiona para una escalada militar constante contra la Federaci\u00f3n Rusa que est\u00e1 librando una guerra defensiva contra las hordas neonazis y mercenarias del r\u00e9gimen fascista de Kiev y la OTAN, es urgentemente necesario construir y fortalecer el frente antiimperialista global, contra la guerra imperialista de la OTAN que son los autores intelectuales de esta guerra como sabemos, y reivindicada por su secretario general Jens Stoltenberg en una reciente entrevista de prensa.
En Francia la vulgar servidumbre del r\u00e9gimen macronista es total, y para satisfacer a sus amos han tomado la escandalosa iniciativa de entregar tanques Leclerc al r\u00e9gimen terrorista del oligarca Zelensky. Una posici\u00f3n apoyada por casi todo el espectro de la izquierda socio-imperialista, incluido el pseudo Partido “Comunista” franc\u00e9s, que no contento con haber votado la infame resoluci\u00f3n del 30 de noviembre de 2022 en la Asamblea Nacional a favor de los cr\u00e9ditos de guerra y el apoyo total a los fascistas de Kiev y la anexi\u00f3n de Finlandia y Suecia en la OTAN, defiende a Macron frente al pueblo franc\u00e9s en la actual movilizaci\u00f3n masiva contra el plan de destrucci\u00f3n de las pensiones y la prolongaci\u00f3n de la edad legal de jubilaci\u00f3n de 62 a 64 a\u00f1os.
S\u00ed, porque hay que precisar que nuestro pa\u00eds est\u00e1 hoy al borde de una explosi\u00f3n social, no temida sino deseada, con el mayor movimiento de protestas y huelgas desde 1995, una movilizaci\u00f3n que contin\u00faa m\u00e1s que nunca y en la que est\u00e1n totalmente movilizados, incluso mientras les hablo, nuestro partido, el P\u00f4le de Renaissance Communiste en France (PRCF), as\u00ed como aut\u00e9nticos militantes comunistas como nuestros camaradas de la ANC y otros. Y entre las masas de nuestro pueblo la inmensa mayor\u00eda rechaza totalmente la escandalosa financiaci\u00f3n y el armamento del r\u00e9gimen de Kiev, cuyos recursos financieros se detraen obviamente de nuestro sistema de pensiones y de otras conquistas sociales hist\u00f3ricamente ganadas por la lucha de la clase obrera.
Amigos y camaradas, sin duda tambi\u00e9n hab\u00e9is venido hoy a defender nuestras causas humanistas m\u00e1s queridas. En efecto, el capitalismo-imperialismo, cada vez m\u00e1s hegem\u00f3nico, fascista y exterminador bajo el liderazgo de Washington, la UE y la OTAN, impulsa ahora c\u00ednicamente lo que, mucho antes de la intervenci\u00f3n rusa en Ucrania, los cruzados mundiales de la rusofobia y el antisovietismo retardatario ya llamaban un “conflicto global de alta intensidad”.
El riesgo de un conflicto as\u00ed es, en efecto, el “fin de la historia”\u2026 \u00a1erradicando la humanidad! Pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 peso tiene semejante riesgo a los ojos de quienes ya en 1984, durante la crisis de los euromisiles, gritaron con Ronald Reagan “\u00a1antes muertos que rojos!” y para quienes el riesgo de exterminio global es menos importante, desde su punto de vista de clase y de casta, que el de ver a la humanidad liberarse de Wall Street, del d\u00f3lar, del ej\u00e9rcito estadounidense, de la dominaci\u00f3n cultural y ling\u00fc\u00edstica global del Imperio, GAFAM, las depredaciones de los imperios neocoloniales sobre \u00c1frica y Am\u00e9rica Latina, la aspiraci\u00f3n general de los pueblos a un mundo de naciones soberanas, libres, iguales y fraternas que cooperen por un desarrollo centrado en el ser humano, respetuoso del medio ambiente y emancipado de la b\u00fasqueda suicida del todo vale?
Macron sabe “al mismo tiempo” encontrar cientos de miles de millones de “dinero m\u00e1gico” para alimentar una ley de programaci\u00f3n militar engordando a los mercaderes de misiles, y desplegar en la propia Francia su guerra de clases contra los trabajadores cuyas pensiones, seguridad social, empresas nacionalizadas como EdF, en fin, todo lo que se gan\u00f3 en 1945 cuando los ministros comunistas Thorez, Croizat, Paul, Casanova, Billoux, Tillon, Wallon, apoy\u00e1ndose en el prestigio del hist\u00f3rico PCF, entonces apodado Partido de los Fusilados, y en la CGT clasista de Frachon, excluyeron a la extrema derecha de la vida nacional, pusieron a la defensiva a los grandes patronos del colabo y dieron a nuestra clase obrera los m\u00e1s bellos avances de nuestra historia?
La UE, vinculada a la OTAN, suministra armas pesadas al r\u00e9gimen neobandarista de Kiev, los antiguos aliados occidentales de la URSS fomentan el escandaloso rearme de Berl\u00edn y Tokio y es en nombre de los “valores democr\u00e1ticos occidentales” que toda la chusma hace la vista gorda ante la opresi\u00f3n de Gaza, Se asocian al bloqueo de Cuba, permiten que la polic\u00eda de Memphis linche a ciudadanos negros, cooptan al r\u00e9gimen clerical de Varsovia que proh\u00edbe el PC polaco o respaldan sin pudor a la nost\u00e1lgica mussolinista Giorgia Melloni. Adem\u00e1s, estos atlantistas, por encima de toda sospecha, reciben con los brazos abiertos a la sangrienta presidenta golpista de Per\u00fa, siempre que sea anticubana. Cuando la UE dirigida por Berl\u00edn y la OTAN dirigida por Washington se al\u00edan con los pronazis de Kiev que est\u00e1n aboliendo el C\u00f3digo del Trabajo en Ucrania, \u00bfqu\u00e9 est\u00e1n haciendo realmente sino explotar el martirio sufrido durante nueve a\u00f1os por la clase obrera de Donbass para preparar el nuevo reparto imperialista de Rusia, China y los dem\u00e1s BRICS, y someter a la industria europea al gas de esquisto estadounidense, mientras ofrecen a Berl\u00edn, como compensaci\u00f3n, la posibilidad de volver a ser el primer ej\u00e9rcito de Europa?
Seamos conscientes de ello: \u00a1de forma a\u00fan m\u00e1s global de lo que pudo ser el exterminismo nazi, estamos ante un proyecto de sometimiento mundial de la misma naturaleza antropocida que fue el horrendo proyecto hitleriano que el Ej\u00e9rcito Rojo de obreros y campesinos rompi\u00f3 en Mosc\u00fa, Stalingrado, Kursk y Berl\u00edn! Por eso nuestra lealtad a Stalingrado, que celebramos el 4 de febrero en Par\u00eds con nuestros camaradas del ANC, es una lealtad al futuro de la clase obrera, del pa\u00eds, de su juventud y de la humanidad. Estoy aqu\u00ed para decir que ser comunista y franc\u00e9s es ser fiel a los principios pol\u00edticos, a los valores revolucionarios y a la memoria hist\u00f3rica del movimiento comunista internacional y de la lucha de los pueblos contra el colonialismo y el imperialismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On aurait pu r\u00eaver meilleur endroit pour tenir une r\u00e9union de la plateforme anti-imp\u00e9rialiste mondiale que dans le c\u0153ur de l\u2019Am\u00e9rique latine et des cara\u00efbes, permettez-moi de dire \u00ab Notre Am\u00e9rique \u00bb, oui l\u2019Am\u00e9rique des peuples dignes en luttes pour leur ind\u00e9pendance et leur libert\u00e9, l\u2019Am\u00e9rique des r\u00e9volutionnaires et des progressistes, l\u2019Am\u00e9rique de Simon Bolivar, Jos\u00e9 Marti, du commandant Fidel Castro et Hugo Chavez !
Oui car c\u2019est ici, sur ce continent, que l\u2019imp\u00e9rialisme et le capitalisme que nous combattons aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 vu le jour, par l\u2019exploitation f\u00e9roce, l\u2019esclavage et le g\u00e9nocide des populations originaires qui ont permis l\u2019accumulation primitive du Capital. C\u2019est ici que l\u2019imp\u00e9rialisme est n\u00e9 par la mise en place du premier syst\u00e8me colonialiste par la bourgeoisie europ\u00e9enne, sans aucun doute le plus f\u00e9roce de la plan\u00e8te, et dont les s\u00e9quelles continuent, 500 ans plus tard, de meurtrir le visage des peuples.
C\u2019est ici sur ce continent que la torche de l\u2019espoir s\u2019est allum\u00e9e quand de jeunes r\u00e9volutionnaires lib\u00e9r\u00e8rent La Havane, un premier janvier de 1959, et proclam\u00e8rent la premi\u00e8re r\u00e9volution socialiste de l\u2019h\u00e9misph\u00e8re occidental. C\u2019est encore ici, dans la patrie de Bolivar, que l\u2019espoir et le drapeau du socialisme ont \u00e9t\u00e9 brandi par le Commandant Hugo Chavez en pleine mar\u00e9e montante de la contre-r\u00e9volution mondiale. C\u2019est ici aussi que plusieurs des plus dures batailles contre l\u2019imp\u00e9rialisme mondialis\u00e9 se sont livr\u00e9s dans les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et que le courageux peuple v\u00e9n\u00e9zu\u00e9lien a r\u00e9sist\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les assauts de la b\u00eate immonde. Caracas et son peuple ont sans aucun doute gagn\u00e9 le m\u00e9rite et les honneurs d\u2019\u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 capitale mondiale de l\u2019anti-imp\u00e9rialisme.
Aujourd\u2019hui alors que l\u2019Empire US-OTAN pousse \u00e0 l\u2019escalade militaire constante contre la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration de Russie qui m\u00e8ne une guerre d\u00e9fensive contre les hordes n\u00e9o-nazies et mercenaires du r\u00e9gime fasciste de Kiev et de l\u2019OTAN, il est urgemment n\u00e9cessaire de construire et renforcer le front anti-imp\u00e9rialiste mondial, contre la guerre imp\u00e9rialiste de l\u2019OTAN qui sont les auteurs intellectuels de cette guerre comme on le sait, et revendiqu\u00e9s qui plus par leur secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Jens Stoltenberg dans une r\u00e9cente interview \u00e0 la presse.
En France la servitude vulgaire du r\u00e9gime macroniste est totale, et pour satisfaire ses ma\u00eetres ils ont pris la scandaleuse initiative de livrer des chars Leclerc au r\u00e9gime terroriste de l\u2019oligarque Zelensky. Une position soutenue par la quasi-totalit\u00e9 du spectre de la gauche socio-imp\u00e9rialiste y compris le pseudo Parti \u00bbCommuniste\u00bb Fran\u00e7ais qui non content d\u2019avoir vot\u00e9 l\u2019inf\u00e2me r\u00e9solution du 30 novembre 2022 \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e Nationale pour des cr\u00e9dits de guerre et le soutien total aux fascistes de Kiev et \u00e0 l\u2019annexion de la Finlande et de la Su\u00e8de, d\u00e9fend Macron contre le peuple fran\u00e7ais dans l\u2019actuel mobilisation massive contre le plan de destruction des retraites et l\u2019allongement du d\u00e9part l\u00e9gal \u00e0 la retraite de 62 \u00e0 64 ans.
Oui car il faut pr\u00e9ciser que notre pays est aujourd\u2019hui au bord de l\u2019explosion sociale, non pas redout\u00e9e mais souhait\u00e9e, avec le plus grand mouvement de protestations et de gr\u00e8ves depuis 1995, mobilisation qui continue plus que jamais et dans laquelle est totalement mobilis\u00e9, au moment m\u00eame o\u00f9 je vous parle, notre parti, le P\u00f4le de Renaissance Communiste en France (PRCF), ainsi que les authentiques militants communistes comme nos camarades de l\u2019ANC et autres. Et parmi les masses de notre peuple l\u2019\u00e9crasante majorit\u00e9 rejette totalement le financement et l\u2019armement scandaleux du r\u00e9gime de Kiev dont il est \u00e9videment que les ressources financi\u00e8res sont enlev\u00e9s de notre syst\u00e8me des retraites et des autres conqu\u00eates sociales historiquement  acquises par la lutte de la classe ouvri\u00e8re.
Amis et camarades, vous \u00eates \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr venus aussi aujourd\u2019hui pour d\u00e9fendre au pr\u00e9sent nos causes humanistes les plus ch\u00e8res. En effet, le capitalisme-imp\u00e9rialisme devenu de plus en plus h\u00e9g\u00e9moniste, fascisant et exterministe sous la houlette de Washington, de l\u2019UE-OTAN, pousse d\u00e9sormais cyniquement \u00e0 ce que, bien avant l\u2019intervention russe en Ukraine, les crois\u00e9s mondiaux de la russophobie et de l\u2019antisovi\u00e9tisme \u00e0 retardement appelaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 un \u00ab conflit global de haute intensit\u00e9 \u00bb.
Le risque d\u2019un tel conflit est bel et bien la \u00ab fin de l\u2019histoire \u00bb\u2026 par \u00e9radication de l\u2019humanit\u00e9 ! Du reste, ces Atlantistes au-dessus de tout soup\u00e7on accueillent \u00e0 bras ouverts la sanglante pr\u00e9sidente putschiste du P\u00e9rou pourvu qu\u2019elle soit anti-cubaine. Quand l\u2019UE pilot\u00e9e par Berlin et l\u2019OTAN dirig\u00e9e par Washington s\u2019allient aux pronazis de Kiev qui suppriment le Code du travail en Ukraine, que font-ils d\u2019autre en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 qu\u2019exploiter le martyre subi depuis neuf ans par le Donbass ouvrier pour pr\u00e9parer le repartage par les imp\u00e9rialistes occidentaux de la Russie, de la Chine et des autres BRICS, pour soumettre l\u2019industrie europ\u00e9enne au gaz de schiste am\u00e9ricain tout en offrant \u00e0 Berlin, en guise de compensation, la possibilit\u00e9 de redevenir la premi\u00e8re arm\u00e9e d\u2019Europe ?
Soyons-en conscients : de mani\u00e8re encore plus globale que ne put l\u2019\u00eatre l\u2019exterminisme nazi, nous avons affaire \u00e0 un projet d\u2019asservissement mondial de m\u00eame nature anthropocidaire que ne l\u2019\u00e9tait le hideux projet hitl\u00e9rien que l\u2019Arm\u00e9e rouge des ouvriers et des paysans a bris\u00e9 \u00e0 Moscou, Stalingrad, Koursk et Berlin ! C\u2019est pourquoi notre fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 \u00e0 Stalingrad, que nous avons f\u00eat\u00e9 le 04 f\u00e9vrier dernier \u00e0 Paris avec nos camarades de l\u2019ANC est une fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019avenir de la classe ouvri\u00e8re, du pays, de sa jeunesse et de l\u2019humanit\u00e9.
