For international week, Nov.12, the Student committee of the People’s Democracy Party in South Corea held a demonstration in front of the US Embassy in Seoul, which demands to release Kononovich Brothers who was forcibly arrested by the fascist Ukraine government.

The Student committee of the PDP handed up the slogan that “Release Kononovich Brothers Now!”, “Solidarity with the Anti-fascist Resistance in Ukraine!” and “Oppose the war scheme of US imperialism!”

The chairman of the student committee of the PDP remarked that we stood here for sending our solidarity to the militant youth fighters suffering behind the bars and threatening of death due to the reason why they struggled against the fascist in Ukraine where the war is ongoing .. The Zelensky regime has made bad use of the war and done the fascist suppression by prohibiting the activities of over 30 progressive political parties’. The people around the world are enraged and send their solidarity to the brothers due to the fact that 2 Ukrainian youth activists were arrested by the fascist forces without any legitimate reason.

He also said that the confrontation between imperialist forces and anti-imperialist forces is ongoing. As the starting point of it, the Ukraine war warns us that the war can be broken out at the end of the schemes of the fascist forces controlled by the imperialism .. the allies between the world anti-imperialist forces are important than ever .. In South Corea, pro-US and fascist Yoon Suk-Yeol regime followed the nuclear war schemes led by the imperialist and instigated the war by sending the killing weapons to Ukraine. Against this fascist regime, South Corean people make it resign and take part in the anti-imperialist struggle of the world people. 

At the end, he stated that the Student committee of the People’s Democracy Party will struggle until the end with Kononovich Brothers who militantly fight for their people even in the bars of fascism, Release Kononovich Brothers Now!

On Nov. 12, there was the massive struggle of workers and people. At the site of demonstration, the Platform held the slogans for releasing Kononovich Brothers. 

On same day, at the  Place de la Nation and the Place de la République of Paris, they also stood in solidarity with the Kononovich Brothers.
