The direction of the main thrust

Dear comrades!
More than 100 years have passed since V.I. Lenin discovered imperialism as the last stage of capitalism. All these years – and also now – the communists and all their sympathizers live and fight capitalism, relying on this Marxist-Leninist theory. Since the breakthrough of the world capitalist (imperialist) system by the Great October in bourgeois-landlord Russia in 1917, humanity has entered the most fateful period of its history – the real transition from capitalism to socialism on a world scale. A huge role in this was played by Stalinism as a Marxist-Leninist theory and practice of the escalation of the Great October Socialist Revolution into a world socialist revolution, the formation of the world socialist system. The period of Stalinism is characterized by the construction of socialism according to Leninist patterns in a single country – in the USSR, the defeat of the first terrorist form of the domination of capital – European fascism led by Nazi Germany, the opening of the path of transition from socialism as the initial stage of communism to its full implementation.
The emergence of real socialism and its development into communism is impossible spontaneously, as it was in the formation of all previous, exploitative formations. It is possible only on the basis of human intellect, and its supreme achievement – the science of social life (Marxism, Leninism, Stalinism, Kimirsenism-Kimjonirism, etc.). “Without a theory, we dy,” Stalin concluded, which, unfortunately, happened. fighting for its salvation from the expanding world socialist system, imperialism struck at its theoretical foundation – Stalinism. Imperialism achieved the rejection of Stalinism by demonizing Stalin’s personality, by rampant opportunism, by bourgeois deformations that matured within a socialist society , by resuscitation of capital, which blew up the socialist superstructure of the great socialist power – the USSR – and the socialist states of Eastern Europe. Imperialism temporarily destroyed most of the world’s achievements of socialism.
A return to Stalinism as Marxism-Leninism in the era of the Great October Revolution and its development, while taking into account the modern features of the class struggle, is an indispensable condition for the restoration of the world communist and the entire anti-imperialist movement and the success of the world socialist revolution. It is not by accident that the entire capitalist world continues the practice of resolute anti-Stalinism, since Stalinism is the movement towards socialism and communism, and anti-Stalinism is a defense of the domination of imperialism.
At the same time, it is important to take into account the main features of the conditions of the class struggle at the actual – global – imperialist stage of capitalism in order to develop adequate tactics for the struggle against modern imperialism.
If we understand globalization as a progressive stage of accelerated and comprehensive unity of mankind on the basis of scientific and technological achievements, then it is not difficult to see the entire reactionary essence of global capital, first of all, of the global financial oligarchy, which stood in the way of this process with its sanctions, destructive wars, the policy of “divide and rule”, etc.
Among the features of modern imperialism, two new conditions are defining;

1. The primacy in the capitalist world is no longer national, as in the time of V.I. Lenin, but global monopolies and, above all, the world’s financial oligarchs. Several of their detachments, which grew up on national-state and regional grounds (Anglo-Saxon, European, Russian, Arab-Muslim, etc.), are waging before our eyes an irreconcilable struggle for hegemony in the plundering of the working people of the whole world and their national resources, for the preservation and redistribution of spheres of influence, etc. Today, this is fraught with the Third World War.
   As is well known, all imperialism inevitably evolves towards fascism in order to reliably suppress by terrorist methods the growing socialist aspirations of the proletariat and its labor allies within the country due to the intensification of exploitation and to more effectively carry out the robbery and enslavement of peoples outside it.
   The first to rise to the world level of exploitation and fascist methods of external expansion was the Anglo-Saxon financial oligarchy, which grew fat on financing and supplies to the opposing parties in the Second World War and on the post-war restoration of their economy. After the defeat of European (Germany and its satellites) and Asian (Japanese) fascism in 1945, it took over the baton of embodying the delusional idea of Hitler’s fascism – the achievement of an undivided and ubiquitous
   World domination and fascist methods of its implementation and in many ways succeeded, including the destruction of socialism in the USSR and in Eastern Europe. Now it is throwing on the line all its so far prevailing economic (the policy of sanctions) and military (the policy of hybrid and armed foreign expansion) opportunities to maintain its imperial position in the world and achieve the same goal – world domination.
2. All competing detachments of the global financial oligarchy possess weapons of mass destruction, which puts humanity in front of the real prospect of self-destruction as a result of the incitement of the Third World War with the use of these weapons. This puts the struggle for peace in the first place along with the struggle for social justice, since the socially just organization of the world community can only be arranged if it does not perish. The success of the revolutionary struggle against imperialism for social justice will ensure peace, since imperialism, the only source of wars, will be destroyed, and success in the struggle for peace will be a condition for the salvation of mankind and also for the destruction of imperialism, since without wars it cannot survive.
   The peculiarities of the global stage of imperialism predetermine the need for a significant adjustment of the tactics of the struggle against modern imperialism, different from the tactics of the First World War period unleashed by the national monopolies and their alliances, and a careful study of the victorious tactics of the USSR in the Second World War, in particular, the temporary alliance of the socialist country with the “democratic” imperialism of the USA and Great Britain to win the struggle against the fascist imperialism of Germany, Italy and their ilk. These points dictate the need to:

• directing the main blow of all anti-imperialist forces against the Anglo-Saxon and European detachments of the world financial oligarchy, which has grown to a neo-fascist alliance, with the understanding that the path of further preservation of the growth of socialism in the world and its development, the implementation of the world socialist revolution, locally and on the Planet as a whole, now lies through the victory over the so-called alliance of “democratic” fascism in the same way as the path to the preservation and development of the achievements of socialism lay in the middle of the twentieth century through the victory over European fascism led by Nazi Germany;
• the formation of the broadest anti-imperialist, anti-fascist front on a local and global scale, including not only the proletariat of the bourgeois states and the working class of the socialist states, but also all their labor allies (the toiling peasantry, the people’s intelligentsia, the self-employed) and all strata of the bourgeoisie oppressed and destroyed by competition and force by the neo-fascist detachments of the world financial oligarchy, including even local oligarchic forces (in the order of use) inter-imperialist contradictions, as J.V. Stalin did when forming the anti-Hitler coalition, bringing into it the “democratic” imperialist states – the USA, Great Britain, etc.). Naturally, such a front should arise not only spontaneously, but also be consciously organized locally and on a global scale, which for the Communists means the re-creation of the Leninist-Stalinist Comintern, since in the conditions of the domination of global capital only by the scattered efforts of national communist parties the world oligarchy cannot be curbed or destroyed.
  If, from the point of view of the criteria set forth here, we evaluate the position of some communist parties on the situation in Ukraine, which mistakenly called on progressive forces to fight equally against the oligarchs of the West and Russia who crossed swords here, then its inconsistency lies in the following:
• the culprit of this proxy war (the war of Western oligarchs with the oligarchs of Russia by the hands of the Ukrainian people) are the oligarchs of the West, who traditionally interfered in the internal affairs of Ukraine and staged a bloody fascist coup here in the capital Kiev in 2014 for aggressive purposes; starting the violent suppression of the national liberation movement in the Donbas; 8 years after the coup, they comprehensively prepared Ukraine as a springboard for aggression against Russia and were ready to transfer hostilities also to its territory (which is now happening), forcing Russia to defend itself; thus, According to Marx, Russia is waging a just war here, and the Western states are waging an unjust war, which requires all progressive forces to support Russia;- pursuing its oligarchic interests in Ukraine (security, retention in its political and economic sphere of Ukraine, etc.), Russia turned out to be a fellow traveler of the national liberation movement of Donbass and the anti-fascist interests of the population of Ukraine; The history of fascist Germany has shown that capital resorts to fascism in order to exclude an internal socialist revolution through terror, and that an external force was needed to liberate the German population from fascism, which in the middle of the twentieth century was mainly the socialist Soviet Union and partly its Western allies, and now for the population of Donbass and Ukraine – oligarchic Russia: the correlation of forces is as follows: that without an alliance with Russia, the national liberation movement of Donbass and the population of Ukraine, crushed by us-Bandera terror, will not be released on their own; naturally, in the struggle of the American-
  Bandera’s fascism, on the one hand, and Russia’s “democratic” oligarchy, which is still heading towards fascism, but has not yet grown up to it, on the other hand, Russia should be supported as a less reactionary party, which proclaimed the goal of denazification of Ukraine and assistance to the national liberation movement of the Russian-speaking population of Donbass;
• If we take an objective class analysis of modern imperialism and come to the conclusion that the main anti-imperialist blow should be dealt precisely to the alliance of the Anglo-Saxon and European detachments of the world financial oligarchy that had grown up to fascism with the aim of the subsequent destruction of imperialism in general, then the need to support Russia in Ukraine becomes especially clear;
• The Soviet people, struggling for the revival of their united Soviet and socialist Fatherland – the USSR – which meets not only their national, but also international interests, are not interested in the Ukrainian part of its territory falling under the rule of the interventionists, especially the fascist kind, so that the fratricidal intervention and civil war in the territory of Donbass and Ukraine continue in the form of confrontation between Soviet people of Ukrainian and Russian nationalities, organized for the funeral of the friendship of the Soviet peoples and its replacement by the imperialist policy of “divide with blood and rule”; from this point of view, the communists of the world, pursuing a policy of internationalism, should show solidarity with the Soviet people and support the Russian anti-fascist national liberation military action in the Donbass and Ukraine and the demand of the working people to the rulers of Russia to bring the policy of rebuffing fascist intervention and denazification in Ukraine to the end; by keeping the Soviet territory free from fascism by the efforts of oligarchic power, it will be easier for the Soviet people to revive the unity of their former Fatherland by repelling the counterrevolution that temporarily won on Soviet soil by revolutionary means to regain the lost socialism;
• oligarchic Russia, by its victory over NATO in the Donbass and Ukraine, brought to an end, will objectively play the role of an essential element of a broad anti-imperialist, anti-fascist front, the only one capable of putting an end to the most reactionary detachments of the world financial oligarchy – the Anglo-Saxon and European ones, will serve as the beginning of the end of their world domination, the beginning of the salvation of human civilization from the prospect of going into oblivion as a result of the Third World War with the use of weapons. mass destruction, unlocks the road to the progress of mankind, to the revolutionary achievement of socialism and communism; Of course, given the common class nature of the oligarchs of the West and Russia, their next conspiracy, which once already happened in 2014 (“Crimea is ours – Ukraine is yours”), and which led to the current tragic events in the Donbass and Ukraine, is not excluded.
  The tactical principles of the use of intra-imperialist contradictions, the usefulness of temporary compromises with the enemy and even alliances with him in the interests of achieving the social and national liberation goals of the working people in their struggle for peace and socialism, are binding on the Communists, including when applied to the events in Ukraine. The road to the victory of local and world socialism lies today – we repeat – through the victory over Western “democratic” fascism, just as it lay in the middle of the twentieth century through the victory over Nazi fascism (in Europe) and militaristic (Japan), over the “Anti-Comintern Pact”.
  As for Latin America, by virtue of the foregoing, the path of its peoples to social and national freedom, to state independence, to peace and socialism lies through unity in the struggle against the aggressiveness of the United States, Great Britain and all other NATO states as part of the broad anti-imperialist, anti-fascist front that is taking shape in the world today, through all possible mutual support in this struggle, in alliance with Russia and China. Resisting the aggressive attempts of the neo-fascist West to maintain its hegemony in the world and get out of the systemic crisis on the way to unleashing the Third World War.

Han pasado más de 100 años desde que V.I. Lenin descubrió el imperialismo como la última etapa del capitalismo.  Todos estos años -y también ahora- los comunistas y todos sus simpatizantes viven y luchan contra el capitalismo apoyándose en esta teoría marxista-leninista.  Desde la ruptura del sistema capitalista (imperialista) mundial por el Gran Octubre en la Rusia propietaria de la burguesía en 1917, la humanidad ha entrado en el período más decisivo de su historia: la transición real del capitalismo al socialismo a escala mundial. Un enorme papel en esto fue desempeñado por el estalinismo como teoría y práctica marxista-leninista de la escalada de la Gran Revolución Socialista de Octubre en una revolución socialista mundial, la formación del sistema socialista mundial. El período del estalinismo se caracteriza por la construcción del socialismo según los patrones leninistas en un solo país -en la URSS-, la derrota de la primera forma terrorista de la dominación del capital -el fascismo europeo dirigido por la Alemania nazi-, la apertura del camino de la transición del socialismo como fase inicial del comunismo a su plena implantación.
El surgimiento del socialismo real y su desarrollo hacia el comunismo es imposible espontáneamente, como lo fue en la formación de todas las formaciones explotadoras anteriores. Sólo es posible sobre la base del intelecto humano y su logro supremo: la ciencia de la vida social (marxismo, leninismo, estalinismo, kimirsenismo-kimjonirismo, etc.). “Sin teoría, morimos”, concluyó Stalin, lo que, desgraciadamente, ocurrió. Luchando por su salvación del sistema socialista mundial en expansión, el imperialismo golpeó su fundamento teórico: el estalinismo.  El imperialismo logró el rechazo del estalinismo mediante la demonización de la personalidad de Stalin, el oportunismo rampante, las deformaciones burguesas que maduraron en el seno de una sociedad socialista , la resurreccion del capital, que hizo volar por los aires la superestructura socialista de la gran potencia socialista -la URSS- y de los Estados socialistas de Europa del Este. El imperialismo destruyó temporalmente la mayor parte de los logros del socialismo en el mundo.  
El retorno al estalinismo como marxismo-leninismo en la época de la Gran Revolución de Octubre y su desarrollo, teniendo en cuenta las características modernas de la lucha de clases, es una condición indispensable para la restauración del comunismo mundial y de todo el movimiento antiimperialista y el éxito de la revolución socialista mundial. No es casualidad que todo el mundo capitalista continúe la práctica del antiestalinismo resuelto, ya que el estalinismo es el movimiento hacia el socialismo y el comunismo, y el antiestalinismo es una defensa de la dominación del imperialismo.
Al mismo tiempo, es importante tener en cuenta las principales características de las condiciones de la lucha de clases en la actual fase imperialista -global- del capitalismo para desarrollar tácticas adecuadas para la lucha contra el imperialismo moderno.
Si entendemos la globalización como una etapa progresiva de unidad acelerada e integral de la humanidad sobre la base de los logros científicos y tecnológicos, entonces no es difícil ver toda la esencia reaccionaria del capital global, en primer lugar, de la oligarquía financiera global, que se interpuso en el camino de este proceso con sus sanciones, guerras destructivas, la política de “divide y vencerás”, etc.    
Entre las características del imperialismo moderno, dos nuevas condiciones son definitorias;
1.La primacía en el mundo capitalista ya no es nacional, como en tiempos de V.I. Lenin, sino de los monopolios globales y, sobre todo, de los oligarcas financieros mundiales. Varios de sus destacamentos, surgidos sobre bases nacional-estatales y regionales (anglosajona, europea, rusa, árabe-musulmana, etc.), libran ante nuestros ojos una lucha irreconciliable por la hegemonía en el saqueo de los trabajadores de todo el mundo y de sus recursos nacionales, por la conservación y redistribución de las esferas de influencia, etc.  Hoy, esto está cargado de la Tercera Guerra Mundial.
Como es bien sabido, todo imperialismo evoluciona inevitablemente hacia el fascismo con el fin de reprimir de forma fiable mediante métodos terroristas las crecientes aspiraciones socialistas del proletariado y sus aliados obreros dentro del país debido a la intensificación de la explotación y para llevar a cabo con mayor eficacia el robo y la esclavización de los pueblos fuera de él. 
La primera en elevarse al nivel mundial de la explotación y los métodos fascistas de expansión exterior fue la oligarquía financiera anglosajona, que engordó con la financiación y los suministros a las partes enfrentadas en la Segunda Guerra Mundial y con la restauración de su economía en la posguerra. Tras la derrota del fascismo europeo (Alemania y sus satélites) y asiático (Japón) en 1945, tomó el testigo de encarnar la idea delirante del fascismo hitleriano: la consecución de un Estado indiviso y omnipresente.
La dominación del mundo y los métodos fascistas de su aplicación y de muchas maneras tuvieron éxito, incluyendo la destrucción del socialismo en la URSS y en Europa del Este. Ahora está poniendo en juego todas sus oportunidades económicas (la política de sanciones) y militares (la política de expansión exterior híbrida y armada) para mantener su posición imperial en el mundo y lograr el mismo objetivo: la dominación mundial.     
2.Todos los destacamentos rivales de la oligarquía financiera mundial poseen armas de destrucción masiva, lo que sitúa a la humanidad ante la perspectiva real de autodestrucción como resultado de la incitación a la Tercera Guerra Mundial con el uso de estas armas. Esto coloca la lucha por la paz en primer lugar junto con la lucha por la justicia social, ya que la organización socialmente justa de la comunidad mundial sólo puede organizarse si no perece. El éxito de la lucha revolucionaria contra el imperialismo por la justicia social garantizará la paz, ya que el imperialismo, única fuente de guerras, será destruido, y el éxito en la lucha por la paz será una condición para la salvación de la humanidad y también para la destrucción del imperialismo, ya que sin guerras no puede sobrevivir.
Las peculiaridades de la etapa global del imperialismo predeterminan la necesidad de un ajuste significativo de la táctica de la lucha contra el imperialismo moderno, diferente de la táctica del período de la Primera Guerra Mundial desencadenada por los monopolios nacionales y sus alianzas, y un estudio cuidadoso de la táctica victoriosa de la URSS en la Segunda Guerra Mundial, en particular, la alianza temporal del país socialista con el imperialismo “democrático” de los EE.UU. y Gran Bretaña para ganar la lucha contra el imperialismo fascista de Alemania, Italia y sus similares. Estos puntos dictan la necesidad de:

• dirigir el golpe principal de todas las fuerzas antiimperialistas contra los destacamentos anglosajones y europeos de la oligarquía financiera mundial, que se ha convertido en una alianza neofascista, en el entendimiento de que el camino de la preservación posterior del crecimiento del socialismo en el mundo y su desarrollo, la aplicación de la revolución socialista mundial, localmente y en el Planeta en su conjunto, pasa ahora por la victoria sobre la llamada alianza del fascismo “democrático”, del mismo modo que el camino hacia la preservación y el desarrollo de los logros del socialismo pasaba a mediados del siglo XX por la victoria sobre el fascismo europeo dirigido por la Alemania nazi;
• formar el más amplio frente antiimperialista y antifascista a escala local y mundial, incluyendo no sólo al proletariado de los Estados burgueses y a la clase obrera de los Estados socialistas, sino también a todos sus aliados obreros (el campesinado trabajador, la intelectualidad popular, los trabajadores autónomos) y todas las capas de la burguesía oprimidas y destruidas por la competencia y la fuerza de los destacamentos neofascistas de la oligarquía financiera mundial, incluidas incluso las fuerzas oligárquicas locales (en el orden de utilización) contradicciones interimperialistas, como hizo J.V. Stalin cuando formó la coalición antihitleriana, incorporando a ella a los Estados imperialistas “democráticos” -EE.UU., Gran Bretaña, etc.-).   Si, desde el punto de vista de los criterios aquí expuestos, evaluamos la posición de algunos partidos comunistas sobre la situación en Ucrania, que erróneamente llamaron a las fuerzas progresistas a luchar por igual contra los oligarcas de Occidente y Rusia que cruzaron espadas aquí, su incoherencia radica en lo siguiente:

• Si hacemos un análisis objetivo de clase del imperialismo moderno y llegamos a la conclusión de que el principal golpe antiimperialista debe asestarse precisamente a la alianza de los destacamentos anglosajones y europeos de la oligarquía financiera mundial que había crecido hasta el fascismo con el objetivo de la posterior destrucción del imperialismo en general, entonces la necesidad de apoyar a Rusia en Ucrania se hace especialmente evidente;
• El pueblo soviético, que lucha por el renacimiento de su Patria unida soviética y socialista – la URSS – que satisface no sólo sus intereses nacionales, sino también internacionales, no está interesado en que la parte ucraniana de su territorio caiga bajo el dominio de los intervencionistas, especialmente del tipo fascista, de modo que la intervención fratricida y la guerra civil en el territorio de Donbass y Ucrania continúan en forma de enfrentamiento entre soviéticos de las nacionalidades ucraniana y rusa, organizado para el entierro de la amistad de los pueblos soviéticos y su sustitución por la política imperialista de “dividir con sangre y reinar”; desde este punto de vista, los comunistas del mundo, siguiendo una política de internacionalismo, deben solidarizarse con el pueblo soviético y apoyar la acción militar antifascista rusa de liberación nacional en el Donbass y Ucrania y la exigencia del pueblo trabajador a los gobernantes de Rusia de llevar a término la política de rechazo a la intervención fascista y la desnazificación en Ucrania; al mantener el territorio soviético libre del fascismo por los esfuerzos del poder oligárquico, será más fácil para el pueblo soviético revivir la unidad de su antigua Patria rechazando la contrarrevolución que ganó temporalmente en suelo soviético por medios revolucionarios para recuperar el socialismo perdido;
• la Rusia oligárquica, con su victoria sobre la OTAN en el Donbass y Ucrania, llevada a su fin, desempeñará objetivamente el papel de elemento esencial de un amplio frente antiimperialista y antifascista, el único capaz de poner fin a los destacamentos más reaccionarios de la oligarquía financiera mundial: los anglosajones y europeos, y servirá como el principio del fin de su dominación mundial, el principio de la salvación de la civilización humana de la perspectiva de ir al olvido como resultado de la Tercera Guerra Mundial con el uso de armas.  destrucción masiva, desbloqueara el camino hacia el progreso de la humanidad, hacia el logro revolucionario del socialismo y el comunismo; Por supuesto, dada la naturaleza de clase común de los oligarcas de Occidente y Rusia, su próxima conspiración, que una vez ya ocurrió en 2014 (“Crimea es nuestra – Ucrania es vuestra”), y que condujo a los trágicos acontecimientos actuales en el Donbass y Ucrania, no está excluida.

El camino hacia la victoria del socialismo local y mundial pasa hoy -repetimos- por la victoria sobre el fascismo “democrático” occidental, como pasó a mediados del siglo XX con la victoria sobre el fascismo nazi (en Europa) y militarista (Japón), sobre el “Pacto Anti-Comintern”.  
  En cuanto a América Latina, en virtud de lo anterior, el camino de sus pueblos hacia la libertad social y nacional, hacia la independencia del Estado, hacia la paz y el socialismo pasa por la unidad en la lucha contra la agresividad de Estados Unidos, Gran Bretaña y todos los demás Estados de la OTAN, como parte del amplio frente antiimperialista y antifascista que se está configurando hoy en el mundo, mediante todo el apoyo mutuo posible en esta lucha, en alianza con Rusia y China. Se trata de resistir a los intentos agresivos del Occidente neofascista de mantener su hegemonía en el mundo y salir de la crisis sistémica que amenaza con desencadenar la Tercera Guerra Mundial.

Уважаемые товарищи!
Прошло свыше 100 лет со дня открытия В.И.Лениным империализма как последней стадии капитализма. Все эти годы – и ныне – коммунисты и все сочувствующие им живут и борются с капитализмом, опираясь на эту марксистско-ленинскую теорию. С момента прорыва мировой капиталистической (империалистической) системы Великим Октябрём в буржуазно-помещичьей России в 1917 году человечество вступило в самый судьбоносный период своей истории – реального перехода от капитализма к социализму в мировом масштабе. Огромную роль при этом сыграл сталинизм как марксистско-ленинская теория и практика перерастания Великой Октябрьской социалистической революции в мировую социалистическую революцию, формирования мировой системы социализма. Период сталинизма характеризуется построением по ленинским лекалам социализма в отдельно взятой стране – в СССР, разгромом первой террористической формы господства капитала – европейского фашизма во главе с нацистской Германией, открытием пути перехода от социализма как начальной стадии коммунизма к его полному воплощению.
Возникновение реального социализма и его развитие в коммунизм невозможно стихийно, как это было при становлении всех предшествующих, эксплуататорских формаций. Оно возможно только на основе человеческого разума и его верховного достижения – науки об общественной жизни (марксизма, ленинизма, сталинизма, кимирсенизма-кимчениризма и т.д.) «Без теории нам смерть» – сделал вывод И.В.Сталин, что, к сожалению, и случилось: борясь за своё спасение от расширяющейся мировой системы социализма, империализм ударил по её теоретическому фундаменту – сталинизму, добившись отбрасывания сталинизма методом демонизации личности Сталина, разгула оппортунизма, вызревания в социалистическом обществе буржуазных деформаций, реанимации капитала, который и взорвал социалистическую надстройку великой социалистической державы – СССР – и социалистических государств Восточной Европы, то есть временно уничтожив большинство мировых достижений социализма.
Возврат к сталинизму как марксизму-ленинизму эпохи перерастания Великого Октября в мировую социалистическую революцию и его развитие с учётом современных особенностей классовой борьбы – непременное условие восстановления мирового коммунистического и всего антиимпериалистического движения и успехов мировой социалистической революции. Не случайно весь капиталистический мир продолжает практику решительного антисталинизма, поскольку сталинизм – это движение к социализму и коммунизму, а антисталинизм – это защита господства империализма.
При этом важно учесть главные особенности условий классовой борьбы на современном – глобальном – этапе империалистической стадии капитализма, чтобы выработать адекватную тактику борьбы с современным империализмом.
Если понимать глобализацию как прогрессивный этап ускоренного и всестороннего единения человечества на базе научно-технических достижений, то нетрудно увидеть всю реакционную сущность глобального капитала, прежде всего, мировой финансовой олигархии, вставшей на пути этого процесса своими санкциями, разрушительными войнами, политикой «разделяй и властвуй» и т.д.
Среди особенностей современного империализма, определяющими являются два новых условия;
1.Главенство в капиталистическом мире уже не национальных, как во времена В.И.Ленина, а глобальных монополий и, прежде всего, мировых финансовых олигархов. Несколько их отрядов, выросших на национально-государственной и региональной почве (англосаксонской, европейской, российской, арабо-мусульманской и т.д.) на наших глазах ведут непримиримую борьбу за гегемонию в деле ограблении трудящихся всего мира и их национальных ресурсов, за сохранение и передел сфер влияния и т.д. Сегодня это чревато уже Третьей мировой войной.
Как известно, всякий империализм неминуемо эволюционирует в сторону фашизму, чтобы надёжно, террористическими методами подавлять усиливающиеся социалистические устремления пролетариата и его трудовых союзников внутри страны из-за ужесточающейся эксплуатации и результативнее осуществлять ограбление и порабощение народов вне её.
Первой поднялась до мирового уровня эксплуатации и фашистских методов внешней экспансии англосаксонская финансовая олигархия, разжиревшая на финансировании и поставках противоборствовавшим сторонам во Второй мировой войне и на послевоенном восстановлении их хозяйства. После разгрома европейского (Германия и её сателлиты) и азиатского (японского) фашизма в 1945 году, она переняла эстафету воплощения бредовой идеи гитлеровского фашизма – достижения безраздельного и повсеместного мирового господства и фашистские методы её воплощения и во многом преуспела, включая разрушение социализма в СССР и в Восточной Европе. Ныне она бросает на кон все свои пока превалирующие экономические (политика санкций) и военные (политика гибридной и вооружённой внешней экспансии) возможности для сохранения своих имперских позиций в мире и достижения той же цели – мирового господства.

2. Все конкурирующие отряды мировой финансовой олигархии обладают оружием массового поражения, что ставит человечество перед реальной перспективой самоуничтожения в результате идущего наших глазах разжигания Третьей мировой войны с применением этого оружия. Это ставит борьбу за мир на первостепенное место наряду с борьбой за социальную справедливость, так как социально справедливо устроить мировое сообщество можно только, если оно не погибнет. Успех революционной борьбы с империализмом за социальную справедливость обеспечит мир, так как империализм – единственный источник войн – будет уничтожен, а успех в борьбе за мир – условие спасения человечества и тоже уничтожение империализма, так как без войн он выжить не может.
   Особенности глобального этапа империализма предопределяют необходимость существенной корректировки тактики борьбы с современным империализмом, отличной от тактики периода Первой мировой войны, развязанной национальными монополиями и их союзами, и внимательного изучения победной тактики СССР во Второй мировой войне, в частности, временного союза социалистической страны с «демократическим» империализмом США и Великобритании для победы в борьбе с фашистским империализмом Германии, Италии и иже с ними. Эти пункты диктуют необходимость:

• направления главного удара всех антиимпериалистических сил против доросшего до неофашистского альянса англосаксонского и европейского отрядов мировой финансовой олигархии с пониманием того, что путь дальнейшего сохранения поросли социализма в мире и её развития, осуществление мировой социалистической революции на местах и на Планете в целом лежит ныне через победу над названным альянсом «демократического» фашизма точно так же, как путь к сохранению и развитию достижений социализма лежал в середине ХХ века через победу над европейским фашизмом во главе с нацистской Германией;
• формирования самого широкого антиимпериалистического, антифашистского фронта на местах и в мировом масштабе, включая не только пролетариат буржуазных государств и рабочий класс государств социалистических, но и всех их трудовых союзников (трудового крестьянства, народной интеллигенции, самозанятых) и все слои буржуазии, притесняемые и уничтожаемые конкуренцией и силой неофашистскими отрядами мировой финансовой олигархии, включая даже местные олигархические силы (в порядке использования межимпериалистических противоречий, как это сделал И.В.Сталин при формировании антигитлеровской коалиции, приведя в неё «демократические» империалистические государства – США, Великобританию и т.д.). Естественно, что такой фронт должен возникать не только спонтанно, но и быть сознательно организован на местах и в мировом масштабе, что для коммунистов означает воссоздание ленинско-сталинского Коминтерна, так как в условиях господства глобального капитала только разрозненными усилиями национальных компартий мировой олигархат не обуздать и не уничтожить.
  Если с точки зрения изложенных здесь критериев оценить позицию некоторых компартий по ситуации на Украине, которые ошибочно призвали прогрессивные силы бороться равно против скрестивших здесь шпаги олигархов Запада и России, то её несостоятельность заключается в следующем:
• виновником этой прокси-войны (войны западных олигархов с олигархами России руками украинского народа) являются олигархи Запада, которые традиционно вмешались во внутренние дела Украины и устроили здесь кровавый фашистский переворот в столице Киеве в 2014 году с захватническими целями; начав силовое подавление национально-освободительного движения на Донбассе; за 8 лет после переворота они всесторонне подготовили Украину как плацдарм для агрессии против России и были готовы перенести военные действия также на её территорию (что ныне и происходит), вынудив Россию защищаться; таким образом Россия ведёт здесь, по Марксу, справедливую войну, а западные государства – несправедливую, что требует от всех прогрессивных сил поддержки России;
• преследуя на Украине свои олигархические интересы (безопасности, удержания в своей политико-экономической сфере Украины и т.д.), Россия оказалась попутчиком национально-освободительного движения Донбасса и антифашистских интересов населения Украины; история фашистской Германии показала, что капитал прибегает к фашизму для того, чтобы посредством террора исключить внутреннюю социалистическую революцию, и что для освобождения от фашизма населения Германии оказалась нужной внешняя сила, которой являлся в середине ХХ века, в основном, социалистический Советский Союз и частично его западные союзники, а ныне для населения Донбасса и Украины – олигархическая Россия: соотношение сил таково, что без союза с Россией национально–освободительному движению Донбасса и задавленному американо-бандеровским террором населению Украины самостоятельно не освободиться; естественно, в борьбе американо-бандеровского фашизма, с одной стороны, и пока идущей к фашизму, но не доросшей до него «демократической» олигархией России – с другой следует поддерживать Россию как менее реакционную сторону, провозгласившую цель денацификации Украины и помощи национально-освободительному движению русскоязычного населения Донбасса;
• если взять объективный классовый анализ современного империализма и прийти к выводу, что основной антиимпериалистический удар нужно наносить именно по альянсу доросших до фашизма англосаксонского и европейского отрядов мировой финансовой олигархии с целью последующего уничтожения империализма вообще, то необходимость поддержки России на Украине становится особо ясной;
• Советский народ, борющийся за возрождение своего единого советского и социалистического Отечества – СССР, – что отвечает не только его национальным, но и интернациональным интересам, не заинтересован, чтобы украинская часть его территории попала под власть интервентов, тем более фашистского пошиба, чтобы продолжалась братоубийственная интервенция и гражданская война на территории Донбасса и Украины в форме противоборства советских людей украинской и российских национальностей, организованного для похорон дружбы советских народов и её замены империалистической политикой «разделяй кровью и властвуй»; с этой точки зрения коммунисты мира, проводящие политику интернационализма, должны проявить солидарность с Советским народом и поддержать российскую антифашистскую национально-освободительную военную акцию в Донбассе и на Украине и требование трудового народа к правителям России о доведении политики отпора фашистской интервенции и денацификации на Украине до конца; сохранив советскую территорию свободной от фашизма усилиями олигархической власти, советским людям легче будет возродить единство своего былого Отечества, путём отпора временно победившей на советской земле контрреволюции революционным путём вернуть потерянный социализм;
• олигархическая Россия своей победой над НАТО в Донбассе и на Украине, доведенной до конца, объективно сыграет роль существенного элемента широкого антиимпериалистического, антифашистского фронта, единственно способного покончить с самыми реакционными отрядами мировой финансовой олигархии – англосаксонским и европейским, послужит началом конца их мировому засилью, началом спасения человеческой цивилизации от перспективы ухода в небытие в результате Третьей мировой войны с применением оружия массового поражения, разблокирует дорогу к прогрессу человечества, к революционному достижению социализма и коммунизма; разумеется, учитывая общность классовой природы олигархов Запада и России, не исключён и их очередной сговор, который однажды уже был в 2014 году («Крым наш –Украина ваша») и привёл к нынешним трагическим событиям на Донбассе и Украине.
  Тактические принципы использования внутриимпериалистических противоречий, полезности временных компромиссов с противником и даже союзов с ним в интересах достижения социально- и национально-освободительных целей трудящихся в их борьбе за мир и социализм, обязательны для коммунистов, в том числе в применении к событиям на Украине. Дорога к победе местного и мирового социализма лежит сегодня – повторим – через победу над западным «демократическим» фашизмом так же, как она лежала в середине ХХ века через победу над фашизмом нацистским (в Европе) и милитаристским (Япония), над «антикоминтерновским пактом».
  Что касается Латинской Америки, то в силу изложенного путь её народов к социальной и национально свободе, к государственной самостоятельности, к миру и социализму лежит через единение в борьбе против агрессивности США, Великобритании и всех других государств НАТО в составе широкого антиимпериалистического, антифашистского фронта, складывающегося сегодня в мире, через всемерную взаимоподдержку в этой борьбе, в союзе с Россией и Китаем, противостоящими агрессивным потугам неофашистского Запада сохранить свою гегемонию в мире и выйти из системного кризиса на пути развязывания Третьей мировой войны.
