The Decline of the unipolar world
The unipolar winter is coming to an end. This end will not come all of a sudden, for it bring snowdrops that started to appear a year ago. In order for spring to come, we will have to experience another storm, the consequences of which will cut the spring flora. The dream of the market and liberal globalisation no longer sounds realistic. Global leadership belongs less and less to the collective West, and the idea of a new multipolar world is getting closer to the throne today.
The “Arab Spring” has failed, the world no longer recognizes in it an option that can lead to the neoliberal “democracy” desired by the West in the Middle East and North Africa. Somewhere the “colourful revolutions” ended in total failure at the very beginning, and somewhere we just had to wait and see the “democratic election” of the new servants of the West, whose totalitarianism is being announced everywhere. The “fight against terrorism” of the economically rich democracies has turned into a farce and real lawless repression against the economically poor people, where the working class is once again the one who suffers the most.
The Covid crisis has brought to the surface all the bourgeois dis-solidarity, which has accumulated profits at the expense of the life of the common man. States have proven unsuccessful in dealing with domestic elites, who have turned the health crisis into military profiteers. The growing economic inequality between the bourgeoisie and the common man, the Western elite and the rest of the world, no one can hide it anymore!
It only took a day for the military operation in Ukraine to reveal the false appearance of Democracy. The first case where the West was not in control of a conflict, the private ceased to be “sacred”, the censure became the norm of behaviour in the public discourse, condemnation for expressed opinion has developed into a customary norm, and Sanctions against anyone who thinks differently, an imminent obligation of punishment . Again, the bourgeoisie transferred this punishment to the backs of the working class, a punishment that alienated the worker from his product, and the nations from the possibility of exchanging their goods.
The tightening of rhetoric and the heating up of tensions in every corner of the world, in Taiwan or Syria, in the Balkans or South America, in Ukraine or in Chile, is a confirmation of the loss of the power to manage things. The injustice imposed by force by NATO is no longer whispered even in the richest colonial powers. The idea of leaving NATO is no longer a taboo topic even in the countries of the collective West. The support of the parties and movements which in their postulate have outlined the realisation of exactly this is increasing.
The decline of the unipolar world, of capitalist society, of neoliberalism is inevitable. The idea of the birth of a multipolar world is becoming stronger than ever.
Therefore, this is a historical epoch of change that left platforms, socialist or communist parties must take advantage of. Painstaking work is needed by our parties and movements to establish the workers’ vision for managing the world in every social pore, – Where: the advancement of workers’ and socio-economic rights of citizens are a prerequisite for the suppression of poverty, for the reduction of class stratification and for creating a classless society, and fair redistribution and responsible use of production means and results is our moral obligation.
Workers must no longer be seen as a resource in the production process, but as human beings whose lives and health are more important than the products and profits they create.
It is our duty to stand against the unilateralism and dominance of the world superpower supported by the collective West, which is making the world a dangerous place to live in, mindlessly causing wars in other countries, and imposing controlled instability and dangerous militarization of societies around the world, which in its hostage they put the working class.
Our struggle is for a New World based on freedom, equality, solidarity, justice, peace, the satisfaction of human needs and the preservation and improvement of the environment. In the spirit of the maxim that “there are no rights without obligations, nor obligations without rights” – we are convinced that such a world can only be realised if people control their own actions and if they actively invest in creating a society based on those values.
In that sense, we fight for the interests of the oppressed and appreciate the role of each individual as a social actor.
We can and must fight for a new and better world!

El declive del mundo unipolar
El invierno unipolar está llegando a su fin. Este final no llegará de repente, pues traerá nevadas que empezaron a aparecer hace un año. Para que llegue la primavera, tendremos que vivir otra tormenta, cuyas consecuencias cortarán la flora primaveral. El sueño del mercado y la globalización liberal ya no parece realista. El liderazgo mundial pertenece cada vez menos al Occidente colectivo, y la idea de un nuevo mundo multipolar se acerca hoy al trono.
La “primavera árabe” ha fracasado, el mundo ya no reconoce en ella una opción que pueda conducir a la “democracia” neoliberal deseada por Occidente en Oriente Medio y el Norte de África. De alguna forma las “revoluciones de colores” terminaron en un fracaso total desde el principio, y sólo tuvimos que esperar y ver la “elección democrática” de los nuevos siervos de Occidente, cuyo totalitarismo se anuncia por todas partes. La “lucha contra el terrorismo” de las democracias económicamente ricas se ha convertido en una farsa y en una verdadera represión sin ley contra los pueblos económicamente pobres, donde la clase obrera es una vez más la que más sufre.
La crisis del Covid ha sacado a la superficie la ausencia total de solidaridad burguesa, que ha acumulado beneficios a costa de la vida del hombre común. Los Estados se han mostrado infructuosos a la hora de hacer frente a las élites nacionales, que han convertido la crisis sanitaria en ganancias militares. La creciente desigualdad económica entre la burguesía y el hombre común, la élite occidental y el resto del mundo, ¡ya nadie puede ocultarla!
Bastó un día para que la operación militar en Ucrania revelara la falsa apariencia de Democracia. El primer caso en el que Occidente no tenía el control de un conflicto, lo privado dejó de ser “sagrado”, la censura se convirtió en la norma de comportamiento en el discurso público, la condena por la opinión expresada se ha convertido en una norma habitual, y las sanciones contra cualquiera que piense diferente, una obligación inminente de castigo . Una vez más, la burguesía trasladó este castigo a las espaldas de la clase obrera, un castigo que alejó al trabajador de su producto, y a las naciones de la posibilidad de intercambiar sus mercancías.
El endurecimiento de la retórica y el calentamiento de las tensiones en todos los rincones del mundo, en Taiwán o en Siria, en los Balcanes o en Sudamérica, en Ucrania o en Chile, es una confirmación de la pérdida del poder de gestionar las cosas. La injusticia impuesta por la fuerza por la OTAN ya no se susurra ni siquiera en las potencias coloniales más ricas. La idea de salir de la OTAN ya no es un tema tabú ni siquiera en los países del Occidente colectivo. El apoyo a los partidos y movimientos que en su postulado han esbozado la realización de esto exactamente, es cada vez mayor.
El declive del mundo unipolar, de la sociedad capitalista, del neoliberalismo es inevitable. La idea del nacimiento de un mundo multipolar cobra más fuerza que nunca.
Por lo tanto, ésta es una época histórica de cambio que las plataformas de izquierda y los partidos socialistas o comunistas deben aprovechar. Es necesario que nuestros partidos y movimientos realicen un trabajo concienzudo para establecer la visión obrera de la gestión del mundo en todos los poros sociales, – Donde: el avance de los derechos obreros y socioeconómicos de los ciudadanos son un requisito previo para la supresión de la pobreza, para la reducción de la estratificación de clases y para crear una sociedad sin clases, y la redistribución justa y el uso responsable de los medios y resultados de la producción es nuestra obligación moral.
Los trabajadores ya no deben ser vistos como un recurso en el proceso de producción, sino como seres humanos cuyas vidas y salud son más importantes que los productos y beneficios que crean.
Es nuestro deber levantarnos contra el unilateralismo y la dominación de la superpotencia mundial apoyada por el Occidente colectivo, que está haciendo del mundo un lugar peligroso para vivir, provocando guerras sin sentido en otros países, e imponiendo una inestabilidad controlada y una peligrosa militarización de las sociedades de todo el mundo, que toman como rehén ponen a la clase trabajadora.
Nuestra lucha es por un Nuevo Mundo basado en la libertad, la igualdad, la solidaridad, la justicia, la paz, la satisfacción de las necesidades humanas y la preservación y mejora del medio ambiente. Siguiendo la máxima de que “no hay derechos sin obligaciones, ni obligaciones sin derechos”, estamos convencidos de que ese mundo sólo puede hacerse realidad si las personas controlan sus propios actos y si invierten activamente en la creación de una sociedad basada en esos valores.
En ese sentido, luchamos por los intereses de los oprimidos y valoramos el papel de cada individuo como actor social.
¡Podemos y debemos luchar por un mundo nuevo y mejor!
