Грозящая пята фашизма и задачи коммунистов

О справедливом характере антифашистской борьбы и использовании временных союзов и тактики общих фронтов

Идущая уже восьмой месяц официально объявленная Российскими властями военная схватка на территории Донбасса и Украины подтвердила правильность основных оценок РКРП, данных в Докладе ЦК на мартовском (2022 г.) Пленуме:

1. Причиной войны является борьба крупнейших империалистических хищников во главе с США за мировую гегемонию.
2. Экономические интересы американских империалистов, как основа войны, ярко проявились в санкционной борьбе не только против российских конкурентов, но и в подавлении экономического потенциала своих европейских союзников (прежде всего, Германии) через газовую войну, диверсии против «Северных потоков» в пользу открытия пути для СПГ из США.
3. Объектом агрессии является Россия, а средством реализации, тараном натовского империализма  выступает  Украина и её националистический режим.
4. Российский, гораздо более слабый, находящийся в стадии становления империализм, борется за свое место в рыночном мире, за право самим эксплуатировать энергетические и др. ресурсы страны. 
5. Для народа Донбасса эта война является однозначно справедливой, длящейся уже девятый год.
6. Подтвердилась данная нашей партией научно обоснованная оценка агрессивной внешней политики США и их союзников по НАТО, как объективно являющейся фашистской, продолжающей цепочку расправ с суверенными государствами: Югославия, Ирак, Ливия, Сирия, Донбасс. Сегодня на территории Украины войну с Россией и Донбассом ведут более 50 стран под железным управлением США.
7. Украинский фашизм, являющийся порождением политики американских наставников, – это настоящий живой фашизм, сам себя признающий фашизмом – наследником пособников Гитлера.
8. В силу наличия советского военного наследства, Россия сегодня является единственной страной, способной противостоять хищной своре империалистов во главе с США.
9. В случае поражения России, повторения ею судьбы Югославии, Ирака, Ливии,  железная пята современной фашистской диктатуры установится над большинством стран мира надолго.
10. В этой связи борьба вооружённых сил России по подавлению фашизма на Украине является справедливой. В некоторой степени союзниками РФ являются КНР и ряд стран, не входящих в НАТО, в силу своей собственной конкурентной борьбы против экономического господства США. 
11. Война ещё раз показала, что причиной, позволившей стравить бывшие братские народы в кровопролитной схватке, является свершившаяся в СССР контрреволюция и установившийся в России и на Украине капитализм. Эту войну США и их союзники будут поддерживать как можно дольше, подбрасывая в очаг дрова для поддержания огня. Это бизнес, лекарство от кризиса, миллиардные заказы и соответствующие доходы. Это дележ будущего мира капиталов. 
    
    Кроме того, война выявила:
    
12. Налицо уникальное сплочение всех сил стран НАТО и их ближайших союзников в антироссийском блоке, сложение их экономической, политической и военной мощи. Вероятно, Путин и российские власти этот вариант недооценили.
13. Ход военных действий выявил во многом неготовность российских ВС к ведению войны, гнилость системы, когда интересы наживы перевешивают заявленные национальные задачи. Выявлена неготовность экономики, тыла, управления, дефицит кадров и отсутствие планов и методов удержания территорий. Все это дает основания предположить, что версия о провоцировании Путина на начало военной операции (подобно агрессии Ирака против Кувейта) вполне правдоподобна.
14. Целый ряд военных провалов с оставлением занятых территорий и людей на расправу нацистам, а более того, состоявшийся обмен главарей нацистов «Азова» на обычных бойцов ВС (и кума Путина – олигарха Медведчука), не только поставили под сомнение слоган «своих не бросаем», но и показали гнилую идейную сущность российских властей.
15. Продолжается так называемая декоммунизация со стороны Путина, использующего в оправдание своих провалов в политике возложение вины за создавшееся положение на большевиков и Ленина.  Наблюдаются тенденции закручивания гаек на производстве, урезания политических свобод, усиления реакции.
16. Провозглашенные цели СВО не только не достигнуты, но во многом и отодвинуты, ситуация обострилась. (Донбасс не освобожден, накачка оружием усилилась, НАТО расширился и приблизился, нацистский угар возрос, усилились обстрелы городов и не только Донбасса, но и России….).
17. Как результат неготовности к решению задач и достижению объявленных целей СВО, проведены референдумы и принято решение о включении 4-х субъектов в состав РФ. Объявлена мобилизация. Война явно идет на расширение и на затяжку.
18. Всё чаще с разных сторон звучат предложения воспользоваться хотя бы тактическим ядерным оружием. Украинская сторона ведёт обстрелы АЭС. Угроза ядерного конфликта явно возрастает.
19. Обеими воюющими сторонами всё больше используется институт наемников. НАТО шлёт своих головорезов на помощь бандеровцам. А в РФ выдвигаются предложения кроме ЧВК использовать ещё иностранные легионы, дать возможность искупить вину заключённым из тюрем, разрешить найм в ВС по контракту иностранных граждан и пр.   
20. При этом продолжается торговля и поставка со стороны РФ энергоносителей и стратегического сырья фактически своим врагам из лагеря НАТО.

The looming heel of fascism and the tasks of the communists
On the just nature of the anti-fascist struggle and the use of temporary alliances and the tactics of common fronts
The military confrontation in Donbass and Ukraine, now in its eighth month, officially declared by the Russian authorities, has confirmed the correctness of the main assessments of the RCWP given in the Report of the Central Committee at the March Plenum (2022):

1. The cause of the war is the struggle of the major imperialist predators led by the USA for world hegemony.
2. The economic interests of the U.S. imperialists, as the basis of the war, are vividly manifested in the sanctions struggle not only against Russian competitors, but also in the suppression of the economic potential of their European allies (above all Germany) through the gas war, sabotage against the Nord Streams in favour of opening a route for Liquefied natural gaz from the USA.
3. The object of aggression is Russia, and the means of implementation, the battering ram of NATO imperialism is Ukraine and its nationalist regime.
4. Russian imperialism, which is much weaker and in its formative stage, is fighting for its place in the world market, for the right to exploit the energy and other resources of the country itself.
5. For the people of Donbass this war is unequivocally just, now in its ninth year.
6. Our party’s scientifically substantiated assessment of the aggressive foreign policy of the USA and its NATO allies was confirmed as objectively fascist, continuing the chain of massacres against sovereign states: Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Donbass. Today there are more than 50 countries in Ukraine at war with Russia and the Donbass under the iron rule of the USA.
7. Ukrainian fascism, which is the spawn of the policy of American mentors, is a real living fascism, itself recognized as fascism – the heir of Hitler’s accomplices.
8. By virtue of its Soviet military inheritance, Russia is today the only country capable of standing up to the rapacious pack of imperialists led by the US.
9. If Russia is defeated, if it repeats the fate of Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya, the iron heel of today’s fascist dictatorship will be established over most of the world for a long time to come.
10. In this context the struggle of the Russian armed forces to suppress fascism in Ukraine is a just one. To some extent Russia’s allies are the PRC and a number of non-NATO countries, due to their own competitive struggle against the US economic dominance.
11. The war showed once again that the counter-revolution in the USSR and the establishment of capitalism in Russia and Ukraine is the reason that allowed the former brotherly peoples to clash in a bloody confrontation. The US and its allies will keep this war going for as long as possible, and they will be pouring wood into the fire to keep the fire going. It is a business, a cure for the crisis, billions of dollars in orders and corresponding revenues. It is a division of the future world of capital.
    
    Moreover, the war has revealed:
    
12. There is a unique convergence of all the forces of the NATO countries and their closest allies in the anti-Russian bloc, adding up their economic, political and military might. Putin and the Russian authorities probably underestimated this option.
13. The course of hostilities has revealed in many ways the unpreparedness of the Russian Armed Forces for combat operations, the rottenness of the system, where the interests of profit outweigh the stated national objectives. The unpreparedness of the economy, the home front, the management, the shortage of personnel, and the lack of plans and methods for retaining territories have been exposed. All this suggests that the version that Putin was provoked into launching a military operation (similar to the Iraqi aggression against Kuwait) is quite plausible.
14. A series of military failures with the abandonment of occupied territories and people to the Nazis, and, moreover, the exchange of Azov Nazi leaders for ordinary fighters of the armed forces (and Putin’s cousin the oligarch Medvedchuk), have not only called into question the “we do not abandon our own” slogan, but also demonstrated the rotten ideological nature of the Russian authorities.
15. The so-called de-communisation of Putin continues, using the Bolsheviks and Lenin as justification for his policy failures. There is a tendency to tighten the screws on production, curtail political freedoms and reinforce reaction.
16. Not only have the declared aims of the military special operation not been achieved, but in many respects they have been pushed back, and the situation has escalated. (Donbass has not been liberated, arms pumping has intensified, NATO has expanded and approached, Nazi blight has increased, shelling of cities has intensified and not only in Donbass, but also in Russia….).
17. As a result of the unpreparedness to face the challenges and achieve the declared goals of the NWO, referendums were held and the decision to incorporate 4 constituent entities into the Russian Federation was taken. Mobilisation has been declared. The war is clearly on an expansion and a drag.
18. Increasingly from different sides, there are proposals to use at least tactical nuclear weapons. The Ukrainian side is shelling nuclear power plants. The threat of nuclear conflict is clearly increasing.
19. The institution of mercenaries is increasingly being used on both warring sides. NATO sends its thugs to help the Banderites. The Russian Federation has put forward proposals to use foreign legions in addition to PMCs, to allow prisoners to redeem themselves from prisons, to allow foreign nationals to be contracted into the armed forces, and so on.
20. At the same time, the Russian Federation continues to trade and supply energy and strategic raw materials to its enemies in the NATO camp.
