Conclusion of the 9th International Anti-imperialist Conference, 2025
The following is the conclusion regarding the Venezuela issue, adopted at the International Anti-Imperialist Conference of the World Anti-Imperialist Platform, held in Caracas on October 22, 2025.
1. The World Anti-Imperialist Platform demands US imperialism to take its hands off Venezuela. US imperialism must immediately cease all acts of aggression, blockade, economic sanctions, and interference in Venezuela’s internal affairs. We firmly declare that all these criminal acts by US imperialism are violent breaches of the UN Charter and are unequivocally subject to international war crimes trials and criminal courts.
2. The World Anti-Imperialist Platform strongly condemns all military acts of aggression, “false-flag” operations, and attempts at “color revolution” carried out by US imperialism in its effort to overthrow the legitimate government of Venezuela—the workers’ and people’s government led by President Nicolás Maduro. We firmly believe that these foolish and clichéd reactionary attempts will be thoroughly crushed by the army, the communes, and the people united around President Maduro.
3. The World Anti-Imperialist Platform affirms that the approval of CIA operations by the imperialist Trump administration of the US constitutes an extremely dangerous act of war that must be immediately halted. We solemnly warn that any form of attack by US imperialism against the Maduro government, or any act of aggression against Venezuela, will become a decisive turning point that will intensify anti-US and anti-imperialist struggles not only across Latin America but throughout the world.
4. The World Anti‑Imperialist Platform emphasizes that the “color revolution” pushed forward by US imperialism, with Machado pushed to the forefront, must be stopped immediately. We note with deep concern that Machado is an extreme far-right fascist and a traitor of the worst sort—one who is pleading with US imperialism to attack the Maduro government and invade Venezuela, who supports the genocidal Zionist Netanyahu, and who, if brought to power, would sell off state-owned oil companies and other national assets to US imperialism. The vicious plot of US imperialism to turn Venezuela into a second Syria or a second Nepal will, as the history of the past 25 years proves, be utterly defeated by the united people of Venezuela.
5. The World Anti-Imperialist Platform fully supports the Maduro government—an anti-imperialist, anti-fascist, workers’ and people’s government that continues the path of the Bolivarian Revolution. We once again proclaim before the world that the Maduro government—the direct successor to the Chávez government—is a legitimate government born of democratic and lawful elections, and a people’s government with the wholehearted support of the broad masses.
6. The World Anti-imperialist Platform solemnly vows to further deepen and expand international solidarity, in various dimensions, with the Maduro government, which is based on the spirit of the Bolivarian Revolution and struggles under the banner of anti-imperialism and anti-fascism. As the first concrete step, we will center the Platform’s Latin American activities on Caracas, Venezuela, working in close cooperation with the people’s government of President Maduro to organize anti-imperialist actions in practice. Any attack on the Maduro government by US imperialism is an attack on the World Anti-imperialist Platform itself.
7. The World Anti-imperialist Platform shares and upholds the spirit of “Comuna o Nada”—the testament of Commander Chávez—and pledges to firmly support the Venezuelan comunas, the Paris Communes of the 21st century, making every possible effort for their strengthening. We will actively cooperate at the international level to help realize the innovative projects of the comunas, which embody the creativity of the people.
The people united will never be defeated.

Conclusión de la IX Conferencia Internacional Antiimperialista, 2025
La siguiente es la conclusión sobre la cuestión de Venezuela, adoptada en la Conferencia Internacional Antiimperialista de la Plataforma Antiimperialista Mundial, celebrada en Caracas el 22 de octubre de 2025.
1. La Plataforma Antiimperialista Mundial exige al imperialismo estadounidense que retire sus manos de Venezuela. El imperialismo estadounidense debe cesar inmediatamente todos los actos de agresión, bloqueo, sanciones económicas e injerencia en los asuntos internos de Venezuela. Declaramos firmemente que todos estos actos criminales del imperialismo estadounidense constituyen violaciones graves de la Carta de las Naciones Unidas y están inequívocamente sujetos a juicio ante tribunales penales internacionales por crímenes de guerra.
2. La Plataforma Mundial Antiimperialista condena enérgicamente todos los actos militares de agresión, las operaciones de «bandera falsa» y los intentos de «revolución de color» llevados a cabo por el imperialismo estadounidense en su esfuerzo por derrocar al gobierno legítimo de Venezuela, gobierno de los trabajadores y del pueblo, liderado por el presidente Nicolás Maduro. Creemos firmemente que estos intentos reaccionarios, insensatos y clichés serán aplastados por completo por el ejército, las comunas y el pueblo unido en torno al presidente Maduro.
3. La Plataforma Antiimperialista Mundial afirma que la aprobación de las operaciones de la CIA por parte de la administración imperialista de Trump en Estados Unidos constituye un acto de guerra extremadamente peligroso que debe detenerse de inmediato. Advertimos solemnemente que cualquier forma de ataque del imperialismo estadounidense contra el gobierno de Maduro, o cualquier acto de agresión contra Venezuela, se convertirá en un punto de inflexión decisivo que intensificará las luchas antiamericanas y antiimperialistas no solo en América Latina, sino en todo el mundo.
4. La Plataforma Antiimperialista Mundial apoya plenamente al gobierno de Maduro — un gobierno antiimperialista y antifascista; un gobierno de los trabajadores y del pueblo; un gobierno que impulsa la Revolución Bolivariana en Venezuela. Proclamamos una vez más, solemnemente ante el mundo, que el gobierno de Maduro — el legítimo sucesor del gobierno de Chávez — es un gobierno legítimo, nacido de elecciones democráticas y legales, y un gobierno popular que cuenta con el apoyo inquebrantable de las amplias masas.
5. La Plataforma Antiimperialista Mundial se compromete solemnemente a profundizar y ampliar aún más la solidaridad internacional, en diversas dimensiones, con el gobierno de Maduro, que se basa en el espíritu de la Revolución Bolivariana y lucha bajo la bandera del antiimperialismo y el antifascismo. Como primer paso concreto, centrará sus actividades en América Latina en Caracas, Venezuela, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con el gobierno popular del presidente Maduro para organizar acciones antiimperialistas en la práctica. Cualquier ataque del imperialismo estadounidense al gobierno de Maduro es un ataque a la propia Plataforma Antiimperialista Mundial.
6. La Plataforma Antiimperialista Mundial comparte y defiende el espíritu de «Comuna o Nada» —el testamento del comandante Chávez— y se compromete a apoyar firmemente a las comunas venezolanas, las comunas parisinas del siglo XXI, haciendo todo lo posible por su fortalecimiento. Cooperaremos activamente a nivel internacional para ayudar a realizar los proyectos innovadores de las comunas, que encarnan la creatividad del pueblo.
El pueblo unido jamás será vencido.
