Dear anti-imperialist comrades.
On behalf of the Marxist-Leninist organization Unión Proletaria, which I represent, I must show our gratitude for giving us the opportunity to participate in this International Summit against U.S. and NATO Imperialism.
Today’s imperialism is monopoly capitalism converted into an international hierarchical system of countries under the domination of the United States:
A few are purely exploiters.
The majority are exploited, and of the latter, more and more are resisting and confronting this unipolar system. These countries are headed by those that have been industrialized and strengthened thanks to socialism, such as Russia, China, DPR Korea, Cuba, Vietnam, etc..
The capitalist system of the exploiting powers leads them to more and more acute economic crises. In the first place, by reinforcing the exploitation and oppression of their workers and also of the rest of the nations and, in the second place, through a growing struggle between these powers, the capitalist monopolies try to increase the transfer of value in their favor to compensate for the fall in the rate of profit and indebtedness. Resistance to this overexploitation is responded to politically and militarily by the United States through blackmail, sanctions, blockades and aggression. Until recently, there was a united and beneficial action for all the so-called collective West (NATO, European Union, AUKUS). But since the economic rise of China, the political- military resistance of Russia and the formation of new alliances with these countries, the US is putting strong pressure on its allies and asserting its firm dominance over them. In the not too distant future, this will lead to a sharpening of the contradictions between the dominant imperialist powers, as their peoples are beginning to suffer the consequences and this process will accelerate.
The current Russian war against the Ukrainian coup and fascist regime has been provoked and is led by the USA, which is at the head of NATO. The aim of the US superpower is to take over Russia and, in the very short term, to weaken it in order to tighten the yoke on the oppressed countries, to acquire Russian resources cheaply and to slow down China’s economic development.
Although the U.S. does not want a nuclear war, but rather to maintain its domination and exploitation of the rest of the world, it does show that it is willing to play with fire and place us on the edge of the abyss into which humanity could plunge by any chance contingency. The greed of US monopoly capital is a danger to human survival itself.
The hypothesis of a substitution of the “Yankee master” by the Russian domination of the world, in case of a victory of capitalist Russia, is an imprecise hypothesis and far removed from the present reality.
The formation of the present still unipolar world was caused by the collapse of the Soviet Union and the socialist camp, previously weakened by the spread of revisionism in the international communist movement. The main objective basis of revisionism is the bribery of the upper stratum of the working class with a part of the superprofits wrested by the monopolies of the great imperialist powers from the workers of the rest of the world. The strengthening of these powers leads, therefore, to the weakening of the workers’ movement in them and to greater oppression of other peoples. And, conversely, the weakening of the imperialist powers favors the proletarian and democratic-national revolutions. On this weakening depends, for example, the fate of the sister Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela which, together with all expressions of anti-imperialist resistance, counts on our admiration and our solidarity.
At present, the cause of peace, democracy and national freedom of the peoples is closely linked to the success of the Special Military Operation of the Russian Federation. All workers and peoples of the world who wish to be free must promote the struggle against Yankee Imperialism and support for the Russian Federation. The victory of the latter opens a window of opportunity to reopen the road of the world proletarian revolution to free humanity from the yoke of capital.
However, this is not enough for this opportunity to become a reality: it is also indispensable to develop the subjective factor of the revolution. The greatest contribution that we communist parties can make to the World Front Against Imperialism is to win over the masses, above all the workers, through a persistent process of Bolshevization of our activity, in correspondence with the concrete reality of our times and countries.
The crises that are clearly the product of the capitalist/imperialist system – economic, famine, environmental and so on – make it more urgent every day to overthrow this imperialist economic system and replace it, through revolutionary action, with the economic system in which the means of production and the state belong to the working class, to the workers.
Let us defeat the imperialist alliance led by NATO!

Queridos camaradas antiimperialistas.
En nombre de la organización marxista leninista Unión Proletaria, a la cual represento, debo mostrar nuestro agradecimiento al darnos la oportunidad de participar en esta Cumbre Internacional contra el Imperialismo de EEUU y la OTAN.
El imperialismo actual es el capitalismo monopolista convertido en un sistema internacional de países jerarquizados bajo la dominación de Estados Unidos:
Unos pocos son netamente explotadores.
La mayoría son explotados, y de estos últimos, cada día son más los que resisten y se enfrentan a éste sistema unipolar. Estos países están encabezados por aquéllos que se industrializaron y fortalecieron gracias al socialismo, como Rusia, China, R. P. D. De Corea, Cuba, Vietnam, etc..
El sistema capitalista de las potencias explotadoras las conduce a crisis económicas cada vez más agudas. En primer lugar, reforzando la explotación y opresión sobre sus trabajadores y también sobre el resto de naciones y, en segundo lugar, mediante una creciente pugna entre estas potencias, los monopolios capitalistas tratan de aumentar la transferencia de valor en su favor para compensar la caída de la tasa de ganancia y el endeudamiento. La resistencia a esta sobreexplotación es respondida política y militarmente por Estados Unidos mediante chantajes, sanciones, bloqueos y agresiones. Hasta hace poco, había una acción mancomunada y beneficiosa para todo el llamado Occidente colectivo (OTAN, Unión Europea, AUKUS). Pero desde el auge económico de China, la resistencia político -militar de Rusia y la formación de nuevas alianzas con estos países, EEUU presiona fuertemente sobre sus aliados y hace valer su firme dominio sobre ellos. En un futuro no muy lejano, esto derivará en una agudización de las contradicciones entre las potencias imperialistas dominantes, ya que sus pueblos estamos empezando a sufrir las consecuencias y se acelerará este proceso.
La actual guerra de Rusia contra el régimen golpista y fascista ucraniano ha sido provocada y es conducida por EEUU, que está al frente de la OTAN. El objetivo de la superpotencia norteamericana es adueñarse de Rusia y, a muy corto plazo, debilitarla para así poder apretar el yugo sobre los países oprimidos, adquirir a bajo precio los recursos rusos y frenar el desarrollo económico de China.
Aunque EEUU no desea una guerra nuclear, sino mantener su dominio y explotación del resto del mundo, sí demuestra estar dispuesto a jugar con fuego y colocarnos al borde del abismo al cual la humanidad podría precipitarse por cualquier contingencia casual. La avaricia del capital monopolista de EEUU es un peligro para la misma supervivencia humana.
La hipótesis de una sustitución del “amo yanki” por el dominio ruso del mundo, en caso de una victoria de la Rusia capitalista, es una hipótesis imprecisa y muy alejada de la realidad presente.
La formación del actual mundo todavía unipolar fue causada por el hundimiento de la Unión Soviética y del campo socialista, previamente debilitados por la expansión del revisionismo en el movimiento comunista internacional. La principal base objetiva del revisionismo es el soborno de la capa superior de la clase obrera con una parte de los superbeneficios arrancados por los monopolios de las grandes potencias imperialistas a los trabajadores del resto del mundo. El fortalecimiento de estas potencias lleva, por tanto, al debilitamiento del movimiento obrero en éstas y a la mayor opresión sobre otros pueblos. Y, a la inversa, el debilitamiento de las potencias imperialistas favorece las revoluciones proletarias y democrático -nacionales. De este debilitamiento depende, por ejemplo, la suerte de la hermana República Bolivariana de Venezuela que, junto con todas las expresiones de resistencia antiimperialista, cuenta con nuestra admiración y nuestra solidaridad.
En el presente, la causa de la paz, la democracia y la libertad nacional de los pueblos está estrechamente unida al éxito de la Operación Militar Especial de la Federación Rusa. Todos los trabajadores y pueblos y pueblos del mundo que deseen ser libres deben promover la lucha contra el Imperialismo Yankee y el apoyo a la Federación Rusa. La victoria de ésta abre una ventana de oportunidad para reanudar el camino de la revolución proletaria mundial que libere a la humanidad del yugo del capital.
Sin embargo, esto no es suficiente para que esta oportunidad se convierta en realidad: también es indispensable desarrollar el factor subjetivo de la revolución. La mayor contribución que los partidos comunistas podemos hacer al Frente Mundial Contra el Imperialismo es ganarnos a las masas, ante todo a los obreros, mediante un persistente proceso de bolchevización de nuestra actividad, en correspondencia con la realidad concreta de nuestros tiempos y países.
Las crisis que claramente son producto del sistema capitalista/imperialista -económica, hambruna, ambiental y demás- hacen que sea cada día más urgente acabar con este sistema económico imperialista y reemplazarlo, mediante la acción revolucionaria, por el sistema económico en el que los medios de producción y el Estado sean de la clase obrera, de los trabajadores.
¡Derrotemos a la alianza imperialista liderada por la OTAN!
¡No a la cooperación con la guerra imperialista!
