On June 3, the People’s Democracy Party held a demonstration for the solidarity with the Serbian at Gwanghwamun square in Seoul.

The members of PDP chanted the slogan “Kosovo is Serbia!”, “NATO Killers, Get out from the Balkans!”, “The Balkans belong to the People!”

The chairperson of the student committee stressed “the new politicians in Northern part of Kosovo were elected the illegitimate election which was boycotted by the Serbian. The Serbian people demonstrated against these politicians but the police forcibly oppressed the demonstration.”

The chairperson of anti-US anti-war special committee of the PDP pointed out that “Nobody can deny this fact that the US imperialism and the Nato are on the back of the fascist oppression and the puppet politicians.”

“The Balkans in Eastern Europe and the Korean Peninsula in East Asia are where imperialist war drive are most vicious and blatant,” She added.

The members of student committee said “In Europe, by its eastward expansion, the prolonged war in Ukraine, and its dominance of Kosovo, Nato is plunging Europeans into crisis” and “Despite the fact that more than 50 civilians were injured and shot, Nato continued its interference and domination of the Serbian people with 700 more troops.”

“For the sake of peace and stability for the peoples of the world, we must dismantle the NATO and withdraw all US aggressive forces” and “We support the just struggle of the Serbian people and stand firmly united in the one front of the people of the world, the world anti-imperialist front”, they added.

The demonstration was ended with “The International.”

On the same day, PDP held the urgent struggle in front of the US embassy.
