El PARTIDO COMUNISTA DEL ECUADOR, saluda la extraordinaria iniciativa de reunir en la ciudad de Washington, EE.UU. la plataforma antimperialista en contra de las fuerzas más retardatarias, criminales y fascistas de llevar a la humanidad a su colapso total con la infame decisión de llevarnos a una tercera guerra mundial, para lo cual han desatado guerras localizadas en los diferentes continentes donde ofrecen sus vidas los pueblos de los países a los que le ofrecen y entregan las armas de fabricación de los países imperialistas con los cuales se endeudan por siempre dichos pueblos.
La segunda Guerra Mundial, costo a los países invadidos por la criminal y bien organizados gobiernos fascistas de Europa que alcanzaron con sus ofrecimientos económicos la adhesión de los grupos oligárquico en el poder de los países europeos con la sumisión política y social. Las huestes fascistas hitlerianas no repararon en hacer del asesinato masivo una forma muy convincente de apoderarse de los pueblos, países y gobiernos europeos, avanzar hacia Asia y África, sumiendo a estos territorios en regímenes coloniales de los que se extraía inmensos valores económicos en base de los productos naturales extraordinarios donde los metales y piedras preciosas se jugaban la primacía. La presencia invasora y colonialista del gobierno de Japón que amenazaba China y más países asiáticos completaba la amenaza criminal fascista de las hordas hitlerianas Los pueblos invadidos bajo la mirada complaciente de los países capitalista que aunque sentían la disputa hegemónica veían la guerra que se extendía aceleradamente hacia la naciente UNION SOVIETICA con el gobierno de las clase obrera y campesina que construía un nuevo estado, el estado socialista como base firme hacia el comunismo. El gobierno soviético con José Stalin a la cabeza, líder del Partido comunista de la Unión Soviética, hizo lo imposible para la defensa de su territorio y de su pueblo lo que consiguió a un costo humano de mas de 25 millones de hombres, mujeres y niños que dejaron una muestra de valor y consecuencia revolucionaria para la historia mundial.
Los países capitalistas, encabezados por los Estado Unidos de Norteamérica, se sumaron a la gran batalla de la segunda guerra mundial a objeto de preservar sus intereses coloniales y económicos y firmaron tratados y acuerdos para así mantenerse, recuperar sus influencias políticas y declararse en una guerra soterrada, llamada la GUERRA FRIA desatada contra la Unión Soviética y los países liberados que adoptaron el sistema democrático con miras al socialismo y el comunismo. Los resultados y consecuencias de esta guerra son bastante conocido en especial por los traidores encaramados en la dirección partidaria y el gobierno que pactaron y se entregaron al imperialismo y sus coidearios con lo que pretendieron crear lo que irónicamente llamaron EL FIN DE LA HISTORIA.
La gran mayoría de los Partidos Comunistas en el mundo se ha recuperado de esta extrema situación política, los partidos comunistas de Rusia se encuentran vivos y luchando con gran aceptación popular, de la clase obrera, de los campesinos, pueblos originarios que combaten para volver al estado social que les brindo el socialismo para asegurar su futuro social. La presencia del ENCUENTRO DE LOS PARTIDOS COMUNISTAS Y OBREOS DEL MUNDO, como revalorización superior de la Internacional Comunista significa la esperanza de los pueblos del mundo bajo las diferentes condiciones y características de los países donde existen y luchan con la determinación programática del MARXISMO – LENINISMO a la que nadie ha renunciado y está más viva y fuerte que nunca.
Hoy, nos enfrentamos a un nuevo proceso económico social, donde la crisis capitalista se enfrenta a las nuevas fuerzas sociales que se organizan en las antiguas colonias que hoy son potentes países en Asia África, América Latina que pretende alejarse del llamado tercer mundo y se desarrollan en difíciles condiciones pero que encuentran apoyo en países como la República Popular China que alcanza los niveles más altos en la economía mundial y ejerce una política comercial de beneficios mutuos para lo pueblos y países con los que se aplica un nuevo sistema comercial.
El estilo de guerra imperialista no ha cesado y se desata de diferentes formas, aunque ya conocidas, la agresión contra los pueblos de Dombass, Lugansk y Donestk, iniciada en el 2014 y con ello las amenazas de Ucrania con el apoyo militar del imperialismo norteamericano y los reaccionarios países europeos contra la frontera y el pueblo ruso.
En este juego fascista, la OTAN amenazan con una tercera guerra mundial con la característica de ser una guerra nuclear que sería devastadora con la humanidad, que nos volvería al palo y la piedra, si es que alguien subsiste.
El imperialismo amenaza a China dentro de su territorio como Taiwán, desarrolla una situación de guerra en toda la región, se establece restricciones, bloqueo económico y comerciales contra Rusia, mantiene más de sesenta años de criminal bloqueo contra Cuba, lo propio hace con Venezuela, Nicaragua, y amenaza a todos los pueblos y países del mundo para que se mantengan sumisos al sistema capitalista y neoliberal de la que los pueblos quieren liberarse y luchan contra ello.
La agresión contra el pueblo Palestino muestra la intensidad criminal del imperialismo y su principal agente, el gobierno sionista israelí que alcanza decenas de miles de niños, mujeres y hombres civiles asesinado bajo la indiferencia de las Naciones Unidas y los organismos internacionales. La solidaridad internacional con el pueblo Palestino es una obligación moral.
La injerencia política militar del imperialismo norteamericano ha sido manifiestos en el mundo, en América Latina ha instalado bases militares con supuesto apoyo contra las mafias en tráfico de drogas, País que es uno de los más grandes consumidores y donde las mafias hacen la más grande distribución económicos y lavados de activos que nadie ve. No se puede olvidar las dictaduras militares en todo América Latina, cuestión que quieren volver a repetir con el apoyo y presencia de organizaciones fascistas europeas como la VOX, que ya organiza grupos de jóvenes vinculados a sectas religiosas. Gran interés nos motiva los gobiernos progresistas en América Latina con programas políticos populares como en Chile, Brasil, Colombia, últimamente el triunfo del Movimiento Morena y la elección de Claudia Sheinbaum en México como esperanza para su pueblo y América Latina.
Los pueblos del mundo amanecen a una alborada con la posibilidad de un nuevo orden internacional de un mundo globalizado con relaciones económicas multilateral con el BRICG a la cabeza y por la terminación de la tiranía del dólar y el rechazo al sistema imperial capitalista y neoliberal
En el Ecuador, El Partido Comunista, junto con las fuerzas democráticas, Progresistas y revolucionarias, a través de los 98 años de su historia ha organizado frentes antiimperialistas, democráticos, que lucharon contra las fuerzas militares que se apoderaron del gobierno con el apoyo de las oligarquías reaccionarias y el imperialismo norteamericano y permanece junto a estas fuerzas, en lo que hoy se llama PROYECTO ALFARISTA NACIONAL, PAN, que ha convocado a la más amplia unidad política de las FUERZAS DEMOCRATICAS, PROGRESISTAS Y REVOLUCIONARIAS para el próximo proceso electoral para elegir Presidente, Vicepresidente. Asambleístas, el parlamento andino a realizarse en próximo mes de febrero del 2025 donde se plantea una revolución democrática que mantenga la soberanías nacional, una política económica social nacional dirigida a los intereses populares en la salud, educación, defensa de los derechos de los trabajadores, una reforma agraria que entregue la tierra a quien la trabaja, la defensa del pueblo en su integridad física contra las mafias criminales nacionales y extranjeras, en fin de un estado que procure las bases para un futuro social socialista.

SOCIALISM AND COMMUNISM AS HOPE FOR THE PEOPLES AND HUMANITY.
The COMMUNIST PARTY OF ECUADOR, salutes the extraordinary initiative to gather in the city of Washington, USA, the anti-imperialist platform against the most retarded, criminal and fascist forces to lead humanity to its total collapse with the infamous decision to take us to a third world war, for which they have unleashed localized wars in the different continents where they offer their lives the peoples of the countries to which they offer and deliver the weapons manufactured by the imperialist countries with which these peoples are indebted forever.
The Second World War cost the countries invaded by the criminal and well-organized fascist governments of Europe that achieved with their economic offers the adhesion of the oligarchic groups in power of the European countries with political and social submission. The fascist Hitlerite hosts did not hesitate to make mass murder a very convincing way to take over European peoples, countries and governments, to advance towards Asia and Africa, plunging these territories into colonial regimes from which immense economic values were extracted on the basis of extraordinary natural products where metals and precious stones played the primacy. The invading and colonialist presence of the government of Japan that threatened China and more Asian countries completed the criminal fascist threat of the Hitlerian hordes. The invaded peoples under the complacent gaze of the capitalist countries that although they felt the hegemonic dispute saw the war that was spreading rapidly towards the nascent SOVIET UNION with the government of the working class and peasants that was building a new state, the socialist state as a firm base towards communism. The Soviet government with Joseph Stalin at the head, leader of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, did the impossible for the defense of its territory and its people, which it achieved at a human cost of more than 25 million men, women and children who left a sample of courage and revolutionary consequence for world history.
The capitalist countries, headed by the United States of America, joined the great battle of the Second World War in order to preserve their colonial and economic interests and signed treaties and agreements in order to maintain themselves, recover their political influence and declare themselves in a hidden war, called the COLD WAR unleashed against the Soviet Union and the liberated countries that adopted the democratic system with a view to socialism and communism. The results and consequences of this war are well known especially by the traitors perched in the party leadership and the government who made a pact and surrendered to imperialism and its co-ideitaries with which they pretended to create what they ironically called THE END OF HISTORY.
The great majority of the Communist Parties in the world have recovered from this extreme political situation, the Communist Parties of Russia are alive and fighting with great popular acceptance, of the working class, of the peasants, of the native peoples who are fighting to return to the social state that socialism offered them to assure their social future. The presence of the ENCOUNTER OF THE COMMUNIST PARTIES AND OBREOS OF THE WORLD, as a superior revaluation of the Communist International means the hope of the peoples of the world under the different conditions and characteristics of the countries where they exist and fight with the programmatic determination of MARXISM-LENINISM to which no one has renounced and which is more alive and stronger than ever.
Today, we face a new social economic process, where the capitalist crisis confronts the new social forces that are organized in the former colonies that today are powerful countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America that seek to move away from the so-called third world and develop in difficult conditions but that find support in countries like the People’s Republic of China that reaches the highest levels in the world economy and exercises a trade policy of mutual benefits for the peoples and countries with which it applies a new trading system.
The imperialist style of war has not ceased and is unleashed in different forms, although already known, the aggression against the peoples of Dombass, Lugansk and Donetsk, initiated in 2014 and with it the threats of Ukraine with the military support of US imperialism and the reactionary European countries against the Russian border and the Russian people.
In this fascist game, NATO threatens with a third world war with the characteristic of being a nuclear war that would be devastating to humanity, that would return us to the stick and stone, if anyone survives.
Imperialism threatens China within its territory like Taiwan, develops a situation of war in the whole region, establishes restrictions, economic and commercial blockade against Russia, maintains more than sixty years of criminal blockade against Cuba, the same is done with Venezuela, Nicaragua, and threatens all the peoples and countries of the world to keep them submissive to the capitalist and neoliberal system from which the peoples want to free themselves and fight against it.
The aggression against the Palestinian people shows the criminal intensity of imperialism and its main agent, the Israeli Zionist government that reaches tens of thousands of children, women and civilian men killed under the indifference of the United Nations and international organizations. International solidarity with the Palestinian people is a moral obligation.
The military political interference of US imperialism has been manifest in the world, in Latin America has installed military bases with alleged support against drug trafficking mafias, a country that is one of the largest consumers and where the mafias make the largest economic distribution and laundering of assets that no one sees. We cannot forget the military dictatorships throughout Latin America, an issue that they want to repeat with the support and presence of European fascist organizations such as VOX, which already organizes groups of young people linked to religious sects. Great interest motivates us the progressive governments in Latin America with popular political programs as in Chile, Brazil, Colombia, lately the triumph of the Morena Movement and the election of Claudia Sheinbaum in Mexico as hope for its people and Latin America.
The peoples of the world are dawning a dawn with the possibility of a new international order of a globalized world with multilateral economic relations with the BRICG at the head and for the termination of the tyranny of the dollar and the rejection of the imperial capitalist and neoliberal system.
In Ecuador, the Communist Party, together with the democratic, progressive and revolutionary forces, throughout the 98 years of its history has organized anti-imperialist, democratic fronts, which fought against the military forces that took over the government with the support of the reactionary oligarchies and U.S. imperialism and remains alongside these forces, in what today is called the NATIONAL ALFARIST PROJECT, PAN, which has called for the broadest political unity of the DEMOCRATIC, PROGRESSIVE AND REVOLUTIONARY FORCES for the next electoral process to elect President, Vice President. Assembly members, the Andean parliament to be held next February 2025 where a democratic revolution that maintains national sovereignty, a national social economic policy directed to the popular interests in health, education, defense of the rights of workers, an agrarian reform that gives the land to those who work it, the defense of the people in their physical integrity against national and foreign criminal mafias, in short, a state that provides the basis for a social socialist future.
