ORGANIZED PEOPLES ARE ALWAYS THE STRONGEST

I am speaking on behalf of the Pan-African Uniter Dynamics (DUP), which brings together more than twenty African and Afro-descendant organizations. Its objective is the conquest of sovereignty at the service of the African peoples and the so-called overseas territories and departments, as well as the unity of Africa. It fights for a break with imperialism and capitalism.

At a time when imperialism shows itself in all its nakedness, monstrosity, and cruelty by pursuing its warlike and mercantile assaults against Venezuela without disguise, by attempting to strangle Cuba, and, after having struck Iran, unduly claiming Greenland and pursuing the genocide in Gaza and across all Palestinian territories occupied by the Israeli Zionist state. The leader of imperialism, the USA, continues its penetration into the African continent, ignoring its imperialist allies already in place, such as France and its European partners, and a few other satellites seeking to get their piece of the cake. The grip of imperialism is everywhere in Africa; it continues to foment, fuel, balkanize (Sudan, Somalia, Mayotte), plunder, and run up debt for its own benefit, while supporting neocolonial regimes vomited by their peoples.

It is in the DRC—a concentration of minerals and rare earths—where for over 30 years a war has been fueled by imperialism, its multinational corporations, and its satellites, resulting in nearly 10 million deaths, leaving the Congolese people totally bloodless. It is in Sudan, which was balkanized a first time and continues to suffer the assaults of USsatellites, namely the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, which arm and finance the factions present. All of this is in the name of controlling rare earths and, in particular, gold reserves. The result is more than 10 million displaced persons and refugees, 44 million Sudanese on the brink of famine, and more than 150 thousand deaths in two years. Imperialism in Africa means 14 former French colonies.
